The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I feel the restaurant Icara needs more options and better hours. The loungers on the beach could be replaced or refurbished. Overall, we had a lovely time. As far as Tulum, the taxi rates are outrageous.
I spent a lovely two days at Bespoke and truly enjoyed the ultra-calming, off-the-beaten-path vibe. It’s a little ways from Tulum town, so be prepared to rent or hire transportation to get to the party zone. If you’re looking for chill luxury with top-tier spa services, this is your place. Mature and chic crowd. My friend and I had a 3-bedroom suite and I couldn’t believe how large the space is how well-equipped the kitchen is. The massage therapists came directly to our suite and created a peaceful environment that lulled me to sleep. Icaro has a fabulous breakfast + I especially loved the aguachile and strawberry ice cream. The concierge team went above and beyond!
The energy of this place is absolutely incredible. I’ve never felt so grounded, peaceful, and grateful for a stay anywhere else. Every corner is beautiful, and there’s something truly special about being here. Yes, there is a little bit of seaweed on the beach from time to time, but honestly, it doesn’t take away from the experience at all. The beauty of the property, the atmosphere, and the overall feeling of this place make it completely insignificant. This has been one of the most magical places I’ve ever stayed, and I genuinely wish I could stay here forever. I can’t recommend it enough.
We cannot praise this hotel enough! To say it is a luxury hotel is an understatement. We had a 2-bedroom unit that was quite spacious and tastefully decorated. We had our own private soaking tub and spacious patio where we ate breakfast every morning. I appreciated the intentionality of this place- its staff, its aesthetic, its beautiful location. We traveled with 2 kids, and the hotel was very accommodating and welcoming. Like other hotels, WhatsApp is super helpful for communicating with staff. We rented a car, and it was quite easy to get around town if you want to explore cenotes, Tulum, etc. In all, I would say the level of privacy you get in such a standout location truly feels like you’re in a lap of luxury. If you’re considering this place, you will not be disappointed!
Our stay had a very rocky start as there was a mixup with our shuttle to the hotel. Thankfully, the mistake was quickly overshadowed by this lovely private hotel with incredible service! The accommodations were well kept, well stocked, and very spacious with modern fixtures and private plunge pools. The location is quite isolated from the town, which promotes lots of privacy during your visit but also creates difficulty to get around if you’re not renting a car. The front desk is helpful with taxi services but it gets costly. The front desk also offers activities for booking but these are similarly expensive, so we recommended doing your research and planning prior to your arrival. By far, the standout of our entire stay was the incredible service! Nelson stands out as one of a kind, going above and beyond to anticipate our needs and make our stay easier. We will be coming back just for him! Across the board, the staff (shoutout to Jesus as well) were very helpful and kind. They definitely made our stay what it was. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
