Be Destination Tulum

I went to beat the loom to have a 10 day Zen away from my busy life and I have to say it was the best experience of my life. The service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I worked a lot with Sol to do my Schedule of classes and things that were there available to me and my family . She was an absolute delight very knowledgeable and caring. I also worked with Jose to figure stuff out and he was so kind and patient with all of my questions and concerns had an answer for everything made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, and the hotel he never seem rushed or hurried. He spent his time with me and my family helping us. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who just wants to get away and be treated like royalty so thank you so much for your amazing service.

I recently visited Be Tulum for the Summer Solstice as a single day excursion from a nearby town. It was as much an inner as outward journey and well worth the effort. The natural setting is warm, calm and inviting with an authenticity that is challenging to find. Sol and Jose are the journey facilitators and curate the sessions for the wellness program. I immediately felt at ease by their warm and inviting presence. I participated in a solstice ceremony and sound bath. Although I have experience with these practices, I felt my nervous system decompress into a deeper and more profound level of inner healing than I have previously felt. I was open and ready for this gift and Be Tulum more than provided. I spent the remainder of the day integrating and relaxing by the sea. I had the barbacoa tacos at the restaurant and they were ¡Delicioso!! I left the resort feeling refreshed and nourished physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I hope to visit for a longer stay in the near future.

Nice location — but service and pricing nowhere near the level they charge for. The location is genuinely great, and that's the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the service didn't come close to matching the prices. We visited off-season, when the hotel was far from full, yet the service throughout — and especially in the restaurant — was rarely attentive. We constantly had to track down staff and wait far too long for everything. More than the waiting, it was the feeling that they weren't truly interested in looking after us — going through the motions rather than genuinely wanting to take care of their guests. On the occasions when something went wrong, an apology often didn't even come. There was a large amount of seaweed in the water. I understand a hotel can't control that — but it sat uncleaned directly in front of the property for three to four days, and that part is absolutely within their control. The rooms were fine but extremely dark. The food was good quality but heavily overpriced — Miami prices in a destination that has neither the infrastructure nor the service to justify them. A beautiful spot, but at these rates I expected far more care and far better value.

Our stay at Be Tulum this past weekend was absolutely incredible after our last minute change of hotel from Nomade, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Aylin and Raquel. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire visit. Whether it was arranging reservations, coordinating activities, providing recommendations, or handling last-minute requests, they did everything with efficiency, grace, and a warm smile. What truly stood out was Aylin dedication to creating a personalized experience. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Her local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations helped us make the most of our time in Tulum, turning an already beautiful getaway into an unforgettable experience. Aylin and Raquel exemplify what exceptional hospitality should be. Their kindness, responsiveness, and commitment to guest satisfaction exceeded every expectation. It is rare to encounter a concierge team that is not only highly capable but also genuinely invested in making your stay special. Thank you, Aylin and Raquel, for your outstanding service and for making my sister birthday weekend at Be Tulum so memorable. We cannot wait to return and will always remember the care and attention you provided.
