Small-group Norwegian Fjords Tour From Tromso With Photos

Had a wonderful time at this tour! It was very relaxed and easy going—very small group in a mini van and our guide/photographer Wojtek was wonderful! He made sure that everyone is having a great time and adjusted the stops according to the weather. Can’t wait to receive the amazing photos as his camera looked incredible! We also got hot tea and coffee and a yummy blueberry bread. Highly recommend this tour for everyone.

Fantastic small group trip. Beautiful locations without loads of other buses. V made sure to adjust when we arrived so we had most stops to ourselves.

Me & my family really enjoyed the small group fjord tour. Our guide Wojtek was great really friendly happy to answer our questions. Some of his jokes were even funny!In my view Wojtek went above and beyond even planning the tour so the spots we visited were not full of lots of other tourists. Visited some amazing places with beautiful breathtaking views. Think another important point is toilets. A lot of people are concerned when going on coach tours. We stopped off after about half an hour then few hours into the trip we stopped off at another public toilet set within amazing scenery. If thinking of booking do not hesitate you will not be disappointed. Steve

What a great tour. Wojtek was informative and entertaining, never let us get bored, took amazing photos, and kept things running smoothly. The tour was very comfortable all the way through and he let us know what to expect every step of the way. A really enjoyable day - with plenty of great photos to remember it by! Recommend!

Andrei was a great guide that gave interesting information about the area and Norway. The weather was cold, windy, and rainy but I still had a great time and the tour was worth my time and money. I wanted to see parts of Norway that were outside of Tromsø and the northern lights chasing at night and this was a great opportunity to do that. I think it would be suitable for pretty much any ages with the right weather and am glad I booked the trip. The length of time was perfect, the meeting place was easy, and the coffee and cake were delicious. I enjoyed the group I was with also and our mini bus wasn’t full, but even if it had been, it still would have been a small group. I’m sure if the weather wasn’t so rainy it would have been even better but I still had a great time. Worth it! And we saw rainbows!

We had a wonderful time on our tour! that tea was to die for and the snacks were super yummy! The views were stunning and our guide was a very talented photographer. He did only eat one Pringle though - props for discipline i guess haha 😄 Also, who knew that reindeer were radioactive from Chernobyl? Not us ¯_(ツ)_/¯

The tour was absolutely fantastical. Our guide, Andrew, was amazing. We provide us excellent stops on our way and according our requests to make a quick stop to watch views and took shots which was awesome to let us enjoy the wonders and nature of the Northen fjords in tromsø.

Cruising through the Geiranger Fjord was the highlight of our trip. The Seven Sisters waterfalls look incredible from the ship's deck. Although the weather shifted from clear to rainy in a matter of minutes, the mist gave the scene an incredible, mystical atmosphere. Tip: Book the morning ferry tour to avoid large cruise ship crowds, and be sure to bring waterproof clothing.

We booked this trip so that we could get out of Tromso and see more of the area with a small group. The size of the group is really ideal in terms of traveling. The areas where we stopped we would not have found on our own, and we really did get to take some amazing photos. We saw reindeer sitting on the beach! I think where the tour was less strong was the guide and the pictures he took. We thought we'd learn a lot about the area, but he didn't talk much on the bus and only chatted with participants individually for the most part. He seemed to know a lot, and shared when asked, but it wasn't really a "tour" per se. While we got some amazing photos, we were excited to see his photos. Alas, we received three, and they were just okay. He had taken tons when we saw the reindeer, but we were not sent any of those in the link. So, if you want to get out and see some hidden gems, this can be a great way to do it. Just don't expect much in terms of learning or photos from the guide. As a result, I think the price is a bit high for what you get. Our photos from that day are truly spectacular and we enjoyed the day nonetheless.

We had an incredible time with George as our tour operator. Incredible views, we were very lucky with the weather, and the locations we were taken to were both interesting with the information George gave us, and beautiful. Would be a great tour no matter the season. George was very fun and interactive. Couldn't ask for a better tour operator.

Great tour of the fjords on Kvaloya island with our guide, George. He shared lots of interesting information with us. His great sense of humour added to the experience. The stop for refreshments at Grotfjorden was very cosy.

Great tour in a minibus around Kvaloya island, north west of Tromso where we could admire fjords, a frozen lake, a beach and a glacier. Our guide Georges was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about the Norwegian culture and had a great sense of humor. He made this trip a memorable experience.

George was a great guide. He tells good Norwegian stories , plays wonderful music , tells us a lot about what to enjoy most in Norway and took excellent photos of us. He also does not rush the tour group which is nice , and makes the people enjoy and feel comfortable. The fjords and the sights were amazing , and the day was even made more special when the sun decided to shine

Wonderful tour. George, our guide, organized and carried out everything in the best possible way. We stopped at amazing places for pictures, had a tea/coffee/snack break in a small hut, with the warmth of a pit fire, where he also told us interesting stories. We are going home with memories that we will never forget.

We had a fabulous time on this tour, our guide George was amazing, he was on time to pick us up and explained a little about the trip before we set off. We were were lucky enough to be travelling on the 1st day of the sun so George made an unscheduled stop to get photos of the sunrise which were stunning. We had several stops on the way to our lunch stop at Grotfjord beach where we were able to get loads of photos on the way which were stunning. At the beach we had hot drinks and cake in a small cosy wooden cabin which was a welcome place to warm up and chat. Would highly recommend both the tour and George.

We did this small group fjord tour by minivan from Tromsø and had a fantastic experience. Our guide George was personable, engaging, and highly knowledgeable, sharing insightful and interesting information about Norwegian culture throughout the day. George is also a photographer, which really elevated the experience! He took photos of us at each stop and was very prompt in uploading them that same evening for everyone to access. Despite the grey and rainy weather throughout the day, the tour was absolutely worth it. The scenery remained stunning, the atmosphere was easygoing, and everything was well organised from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this tour even if the weather is not ideal.

This was a brilliant experience. Our guide Andre was extremely knowledgeable and took us to some amazing and beautiful places. BOOK THIS TOUR! No, seriously. I spent months planning our trip and I’m so glad I stumbled across this tour because it was excellent. The views left a us speechless and our guide (George) knew the best places to go and answered all of our questions. The bus is comfortable and warm. I don’t think I’ll ever book a large tour again because this small tour was so much more meaningful and joyful. You won’t regret booking this one!

A great tour with some fabulous scenery. We were lucky to have blue skies and the sun appeared, albeit behind the hills, to add some lovely colours to our photos. Our tour guide George was very friendly and helpful, and took photos which were later emailed to us at no charge. He gave us some interesting facts throughout the tour and looked after us very well. He was happy make an impromptu stop for us to photograph the sunrise and the reindeer. Lunch at the beach was fun, a walk through snow up to our knees to a cute little hut where George lit a wood fire in the centre and served hot drinks (fruit tea or coffee) and a whole loaf tin sized cake each! There were eleven of us on the tour, the bus obviously takes 16, it was comfortable and George was a great driver. Would recommend this tour.

This tour was excellent - Andrei was the perfect guide and went above and beyond to share the beauty of Norway with us. Definitely do this tour if you can. You won't regret it. Very comfortable bus, lots of great information shared along the way, everything ran on time and Andrei went out of his way to show us very, very special spots. We loved it.

I had the best day! My guide, George, was amazing! He was so friendly, shared various facts about the area, and made several stops (including extra stops where we, as participants, wanted to stop). He brought delicious food and hot coffee and tea. He was enthusiastic, and you can tell he's passionate about his job! The scenery was beautiful, we saw lots of reindeer, and he took amazing photos of us... as many as you want, because he's a photographer and he's incredibly good at it. I’m 27m and had an incredible time solo on this tour. George was our guide and was incredibly caring, knowledgeable and fun. Plus the landscape was unspeakably beautiful. Couldn’t believe it was real. Had such an amazing time and recommend anyone looking to book this tour 👌🏼

The tour took us to very beautiful sceneries in Norway. I enjoyed a lot! But there were areas that could be improved: First, the email and the Viator app told us the meeting point for the trip was Magic Ice Bar in downtown Tromso. So we took Uber to there and then the tour guide told us that there were two meeting points; one was just outside our cruise ship. But it was not mentioned in our communication. This was ridiculous. It wasted our money and time. Secondly, the tour mentioned that we should have professional photos taken and sent to our email. We had some photos taken by the guide, but have not received it up to now. The design of the tour was good. It took us to very beautiful sceneries but the administration work needed to catch up.

Andrei, our host, did an outstanding job in leading this tour. He was passionate about his work. He knew all the great spots for viewing and picture taking. He was very funny and pleasant. He took pictures for us. The scenery was absolutely stunning. We had a great time with Andrei and the tour was very worthwhile. The ride was very comfortable and smooth. This tour was amazing, and our guide Anna was very knowledgable, funny and kind. I really enjoyed the drive along the Norwegian fjords, we had multiple stops where we could enjoy the breathtaking scenery and take pictures. Anna was very patient to take our photos - thank you for that! We had a nice group with some lovely travellers and we were also served hot drinks and a cake. It is truly a memorable experience and I would highly recommend this tour!

We saw a lot of water, Fjords and reindeers. White mountains and the funniest thing was more than 1 sand beach. Small but beach. At the end we saw reindders and the driver stoppef the car. So we could go out and made nice, unplanned pictures.The guide gave us a lot of informations. Very nice for us and made some pictures too. Overall very satisfied. But 2 things are totally wrong. 1. Description with max 8 pers. in the text, in listing 16. - We were 16. 2. Enjoy roasting sausages over a cozy fire. Both were not existing. Alternative cake, no fire. Means 1 star less. But the unplanned stopp „Reindeers“ gives 1 star plus. Overall very happy to make this tour. Would recommend it. 👍
