Meet your English-speaking guide at a Tromso central meeting point, from here embark on an exhilarating journey to your dog sled. Take the reins for the dog sled and venture into the pristine Norwegian white landscapes, navigating through the breathtaking Vass Valley, an enchanting side valley linked to the expansive Tamok Valley. As you forge, Camp Tamok will greet you on the outskirts of the wilderness. The trails, spanning a distance of 8 km to 15 km, are selected based on weather and safety conditions, promising a dynamic and safe sledding experience. Traverse through untouched terrain, where mountains and forests create a backdrop of unparalleled beauty. In this uninhabited wilderness, the dogs find themselves in their natural element. Sled pairs, each consisting of a driver and a passenger, will journey through the snowy expanse, providing an opportunity to switch positions halfway. After the thrilling adventure, return to Camp Tamok, where a hot and hearty meal awaits in the comfort of the heated lavvu, a traditional Sami herdsmen's tent. Immerse yourself in the warmth of both the lavvu and the shared stories, making this dog sledding excursion an unforgettable arctic experience.
