The gentleman who took us on the tour showed me so many different places. We even went on a jungle walk last night and saw many different birds. He was very helpful, and I took so many pictures. I can’t believe it—this has been one of the best experiences of my life. Today, he took me on a boat ride along the Tortuguero River, where we saw and photographed herons, crocodiles, all kinds of wildlife, and lizards that I had never seen with my own eyes before. He was extremely helpful throughout the trip. His name is Warren.”

BEST guides ever! Gabriel led our night tour and is amazing at spotting animals. He also brought a telescope so we could see close ups. Warren led our Jaguar Trail hike. It would be hard to find someone more knowledgeable. He knows plants, animals and birds and shares SO much information on addition to having the kindest personality.

We really enjoyed all the tours we took: the night tour, the day tour, and the canoe experience. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations. Our tour with Tuanis Tour in Tortuguero was an absolute highlight of our trip. We were particularly impressed by the perfect combination of canoeing, day walking and night walking – each activity had its own charm and was organized excellently. The canoe tour in the morning was quiet and intense at the same time. Gliding silently through the canals while watching monkeys, birds and even caimans up close is an unforgettable experience. Our guide was extremely competent, showed a trained eye and explained many exciting details about the flora and fauna. The day walk through the national park was also very informative. You immediately notice that people work here with passion. We have discovered many animals that we would surely have overlooked on our own, while learning a lot about the rainforest ecosystem. The absolute highlight, however, was the Night Walk. After dark, the jungle comes to life in a completely different way. Equipped with flashlights, we have seen frogs, insects, spiders and other nocturnal animals – a fascinating and slightly adventurous experience. A special thanks goes to our guide Andy – he was just great! Super friendly, extremely competent and with a lot of passion. He made every tour even more exciting and personal. Overall, the organization was professional, the guides friendly and dedicated, and the value for money very good. We can recommend Tuani's tour to anyone who wants to experience Tortuguero intensely and authentically.

Beautiful experience, daniel introduced us to the night walk and at dawn by canoe we strolled along the river, saw a lot of animals in their habitat and explained in great detail and respect each of them. Andy also walked us around the park in the afternoon. We thank both guides who made each experience unique and unforgettable. Attached few photos because it was all video! We saw at least 20 species. Super recommend doing all tours, night, canoe and hike, all with guide! The truth is that Daniel, our guide on 2 tours made our experience extraordinary, his kindness, his willingness to answer questions and his good vibe made our trip to Costa Rica unforgettable. Three tours, 2 guides: both highly skilled, and with a keen eye. Daniel had a telescope with tripod, his iPhone photos were airdropped. Some tip: give Andy a tripod for the nightwalk too.

First thank you to the Beachfront turtle hotel. Unknown we asked them for advice and they contacted us. And they've guided us through everything. From receiving us in Tortuguero and accompanying us to the Hotel, as in your work on the 3 excursions. The person who was with us was Andy. We went with 9 friends and loved the experience in Tortuguero. We took 3 activities: a daytime boat tour, a night hike and a turtle hill excursion. In all of them we could see different animals such as howler monkeys, basilisks, iguanas, red-eyed frogs, some alligators and a couple of sloth bears, as well as a great variety of insects and incredible vegetation. The views from the top of the hill were beautiful. All this could have been possible thanks to Andy who was a magnificent guide. He explained everything in great detail, he offered us very curious data about the area and its fauna. He was very friendly and friendly throughout and even had some refreshments with us. I would definitely repeat and recommend it to all groups going to Tortuguero. Pleasure Andy! I'll see some otters another time hahahahaha PURA VIDA

We did the canoeing, day and night hike with Warren. All in all, it was great. The organization was excellent. Warren as a guide was one of the best we did tours with in Costa Rica. The tours were very informative and exceeded our expectations by far.

Warren is an exceptional guide, he took the time to find every possible animal to see, even the caiman. His teachings were exciting. We sailed in a wild and beautiful nature and entered the mangrove, it was beautiful. One of the most beautiful excursions to Costa Rica. Thank you Warren.

What a good experience, to remember. Everything well organized and they know a lot and spot more animals than you could yourself. Great way to get to know this island in a short time. Highly recommended.

The day started early in the morning with a small breakfast (coffee, biscuits, bananas), after which we took a small rowboat across the water into various side arms and coves. Despite the rain (which was protected by rain ponchos), our guide Daniel was able to show us many different animals such as caimans as well as different bird and iguana species. At noon we had another guided hike through the forest with Daniel. In addition to lots of interesting information about the island itself, nature conservation, forest and animals, we were also able to admire many animal species such as arrow poison frogs, monkeys, snakes, sloths and anteaters. In the evening we explored the forest with Jairo in the dark. Of course, it was generally difficult to spot animals here, but we still saw sloths, various species of frogs and salamanders, snakes, spiders and porcupines. All in all a very nice and informative experience!

A complete tour where we have been able to see a variety of animals thanks to the help of the guide Daniel, highly recommended for those who are interested in the fauna of the area!

The company has been with us since we arrived at La Pavona Pier. Upon arrival in Tortuguero Louis was waiting to give us all the information of the tours. With Daniel as a guide we have done the night walk, the canal tour and the jaguar trail. We have seen many animals and for everyone Daniel had something interesting to tell. He also told us about the town, its people, its customs and how the National Park has changed their lives. Highly recommended to carry out the activities with them.
