We had a great day with Captain Mannix. From getting the kids comfortable with the ocean to swimming with turtles and exploring sea caves, the entire day was magic! Everything was taken care of for the day; towels, drinks, and snorkeling gear. Captain Mannix plans the day around what you want to do and see.
We were traveling with our family and our two grandkids on Celebrity Beyond Cruise Shop. Captain Mannix was fantastic. This communication was wonderful. He never left you wondering where you were to meet and checked in with us the day before and a few hours before our excursion was scheduled. We were traveling with our two grandkids who are 2 and 4 years old. He was so great with the kids and made sure we had everything we needed. The places he took us on the boat were fantastic. A wonderful Beach, snorkeling, and the caves. I would highly recommend this excursion. Thank you so much Captain Mannix you were simply the best!!
We had the best day with Mannix! We went with our three teenagers, all of whom loved their day. We got in some great snorkeling at multiple spots(turtles, string ray, tons of fish), lunch, and a drink at the Soggy Dollar. We were extremely well taken care of, with tons of drinks for adults and kids in addition to towels and snorkel gear. We would highly recommend and would happily book them again in the BVIs!
Our family had a fantastic day with Captain Mannix! We did some amazing snorkeling, had an awesome lunch at Willy T’s, and got to grab a drink at the Soggy Dollar. Mannix was great with our teenagers, who throughout the day proclaimed it to be the “best day ever.” We’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to get to see a ton of the BVIs. They also provided a ton of drinks-water, sodas, beer, seltzers, and Pain Killers in addition to snorkel gear and towels. We felt very taken care of.
Captain Mannix was fantastic! He took our group of 10 to all the great spots before the bigger tour groups came. We saw a bunch of sea turtles, fish, and jellyfish. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and hospitable. We also had kids in our group (ages ranging from 3-10) and he was wonderful with them all! The only negative was we booked the half day and wish we would have done the full day. Highly recommend this tour!
We had such a fun, relaxing time with Captain Mannix. He had everything we needed- towels, drinks, etc on board when we got there, tailored the day to what we would like to do, was very knowledgeable with the area, did a great job of maximizing our time, and was great with all ages. We really enjoyed this excursion and would definitely book with this company again.
Maddox gave us a phenomenal tour of BVI for the time we had (half-day port for our cruise)! We booked it for just our group of 8 friends. We went to a spot to snorkel for sea turtles (saw some!), stopped on a private beach for some great photos, got a drink at Willy T’s floating bar, and then snorkled around caves. Maddox had the ship fully stocked with alcoholic beverages and water and had all the gear we needed plus towels. He was informative, friendly, funny, and kept us safe. The boat was great and we felt very comfortable with him driving. Price was very reasonable for the awesome experience. We wish we would have had a full day with him and will definitely be back!

We booked Apotheoseas with Quintessence Charters for four full days for our family of 10 — and it was the best decision of our entire BVI trip. Over those four days we saw everything: The Baths, Jost Van Dyke, the Indians, Norman Island and the caves, Anegada, Cooper Island, etc — every anchorage we'd dreamed about, all timed perfectly to beat the crowds. The boat is a stunning 38ft Rafnar that cuts through chop so smoothly you barely feel the waves, but what truly made the trip was Captain Keanen and Mannix. They knew every corner of the islands, tailored each day to what our group wanted — from the youngest to the oldest — and by day two they felt like family. Wrangling 10 people is no small feat, and they made every day effortless and fun. Everything was included — quality Scuba Pro snorkel gear, floats, towels, reef-safe sunscreen, and a well-stocked cooler. We didn't have to think about a single thing for four straight days. If you're debating between big group tours and a private charter, don't. Four days aboard Apotheoseas with Keanen and Mannix was the perfect way to see the entire BVI.
This was one of the best excursions our family has ever taken. The boat was perfect for cruising around BVI making stops at beautiful islands and coves along the way. The captain, Keenan and first mate, Mannix made the day with their fun conversations mixed in with sodas and their own Painkiller concoctions. It was a tour we’ll never forget!
We had an amazing day with with Captain Keaton and Mannix! We were a three generation group and Captain Keaton listened to our requests and concerns and put together a perfect day. Our grandson cannot stop raving about it and our son said it was one of the best adventures he has had, especially getting the opportunity to experience the thrill of the Apotheoseas boat! As a side note, the charcuterie board was outstanding! Could not have asked for a more fantastic day!

We had the best experience! Captain Keenan and Mannux were amazing. Great customer service and extremely accommodating. They were quick to respond to messages, on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of the area and where to go and what to do. They offer several levels of service and boat choices. We (family of 7) chose the 38 ft charter and could not have been happier and more comfortable. We all highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use again.

Keanen and his brother Matix were the perfect hosts for our day out on the water. Very personable and kind to me and my family. Our full-day excursion was one of the best ways to spend a day here in BVI. They took their time to explain history of the islands as well as make sure we had a great time and were safe. I highly recommend making this reservation. Don't forget you sunscreen and a relaxed attitude.
The crew consists of two young, very knowledgeable and friendly men who made the experience enyoable and worth it every penny. Will do it again when I come back .
This was literally the best day ever. Our Captians were AMAZING! We had a family group of 9 mostly teenagers and they showed us a great time also taking great care of my 78 year old mom who was a champ but their extra touches to make her comfortable showed their level of kindness and care that from the kids to the adults we all had a great time. We did 6 different stops one better than the next. And when my nephew dropped his go pro at Willie Ts they literally dove 40 feet down and found it!! We ened in a small patch of sand think deserted island feels which was just icing on the cake. Please book these guys. Family owned great crew, great day! We have so many core memories.

This was by far all 12 of our favorite part of the cruise we went on. Captain Keenan was amazing and so knowledgeable. It was worth every penny and we wished we could’ve stayed on the boat longer. The boat was super comfortable and he had everything we needed for the most perfect day!

Keanen was our main Captain for an amazing day of natural sights, fine dining and a stop at the Willie T. I highly recommend and will when I return to any of the BVI.

Cruise stop. Super easy. Walked 10 minutes from the ship and we were on the boat fast. Captain Keenan was great. We just got aboard and went with his recommendations. We did three stops in 4 hours. Some snorkel time some beach time. Loved and it would recommend.

My birthday day sail trip was one of the best times I've had EVER! The crew are very welcoming and nice to everyone. The captain always checked in and made sure I was happy. Henre and Ryan were the best in handling all my goods and assisting every inch of the way. It was indeed the perfect day sail in my book! :)
Quintessence Charters took us from Road Town to Cooper Island, then to Norman Island for a birthday day trip. Capt. Keenen was professional, attentive, and wonderful, the boat was clean, roomy and very comfortable, and the day was nothing less than lovely. Fun for adults, and fun for kids. We couldn't have had a better experience, and our birthday girl was absolutely thrilled. Would we recommend? YES! Would we do it again? YES!

The day was fantastic. Arrangements were made for an easy pick up. Capt Keanen arrived early and was well prepared for our full day adventure. His knowledge of the area, the sea life and the weather made for a memorable day! The weather was not great, but he was able avoid the rain and found sunlight! He made sure we were comfortable in all aspects of the trip from food and drink to seating arrangements. I must do if you are in the BVI. After a short walk from our cruise ship, we (5 adults & 5 children ranging in age from 17 mo to 68 yrs) were met promptly and enthusiastically by captain Keanen and led to the boat, where we had the best day! We spent 4 glorious hours riding the waves, snorkeling with turtles, walking and swimming on a secluded beach, visiting Willy T's, and taking in the sights. Unfortunately, the weather was too choppy to visit the Baths, but we cannot wait to come back and would definitely do it again! I think everyone in our group agrees that it was the best day of our seven night Disney cruise and it was worth every penny!
Keanen was spectacular. Our family had a blast. He was great with our 7yr old boy who had a million questions about the boat and what everything was. I would 100% book him again on our next trip to BVI. He found us places our son could easily snorkel and see some fun aquatic life. Kept us entertained with stories and history. My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time on the charter. Our captain, Keanen Bain, was very knowledgeable and took us to some wonderful spots for beach combing and snorkeling.
Captain Keanen was great. He took our family on an all day adventure around the bvi’s. We hit all the hot spots and the kids loved swimming with the turtles and swimming through caves under water. The boat was also a highlight. Fast and very comfortable. If you’re looking for an epic day on the water definitely book a trip with this team!!!
We had a most beautiful day on the water. Family of 4 with 2 daughters 18 and 21. Snorkeling in multiple spots, swam with the sea turtles, lunch at Pirates Bite, and drinks and beach combing at Soggy Dollar on Jost. The boat was clean and comfortable. Captain Keanen was amazing. He was very knowledgable and accommodating and dropped off goggles we forgot on the boat the next day! Way to go the extra mile, Captain!

Captain Keanan was welcoming and accommodating for our group, which had people ranging in age from 16 to 70. His boat was well stocked with supplies and beverages. Our half day tour took us to several amazing locations where we enjoyed snorkeling and sandy beaches. It was the best!!
We had a wonderful time on our half day charter aboard Apotheoseas! We are a six person family (kids, parents and grandparents)! Everyone had fun and Captain Keanan did a great job handling the boat through some rough and choppy conditions. It was a great way to spend our morning off of the cruise ship. I wish we could have spent the full day.
