Toilet clogged, food took a very long time to come out, ordered seasoned rice and received white rice but the server did bring out a salad to make up for not being able to bring the seasoned rice and only broccoli for the vegetable as ordered. The fish was not a whole snapper wells a fillet and it tasted like it was frozen and thawed. We asked for another basket of bread and I was told there is no more bread for the evening. The servers were nice and courteous.

Our stay at Wyndham Lambert Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The property is beautiful, with stunning ocean views, a relaxing atmosphere, and a gorgeous beach just steps away. What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Geeta, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She arranged a beautiful room upgrade for us, and we were greeted with lovely flowers and charming swan towels that made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. We also loved spending time at the pool, where Emiline, the bartender, kept us smiling with her friendly personality, outstanding service, and delicious drinks. Another standout was Rachel at the Turtle Restaurant & Bar. She quickly became our favorite waitress. Her warm smile, attentive service, and genuine hospitality made every meal a pleasure. The entire team made us feel like valued guests, and their kindness and attention to detail created an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Wyndham Lambert Beach Resort and cannot wait to return! Kristin & Amon Werthman
We stayed on this property two nights total, one night before our catamaran trip and then one night after. This is an older resort which desperately needs an update. The pool area was clean and service was good. The main restaurant service was spotty, long waits for meals and the food was average. Note - pay attention to your bill. The beds were HORRIBLE - you felt like you were sleeping on a mattress from 40 years ago. The pillows were also awful, I should have taken a picture of the bag of foam they placed on the bed for a pillow. As someone else mentioned - they are a little stingy with towels and washcloths and the ones they provided were paper thin. The beach was nice, not crowded.
First the positive, gave a 4 star review due to the beach which is gorgeous & the layout of the hotel. A couple of exceptional staff, notably Rachel in the restaurant, who was really awesome. Also though not an employee of the hotel, but our taxi driver Lisby was such a lovely person. We were thrilled he took us everywhere & really helped to make our stay at such a remote hotel so much better. The rooms are okay, definitely need of a refresh in the bathrooms & towels must be updated. The property is rustic but it's part of the charm being on an island. We were skeptical of staying there based on many complaints of particularly the reception staff being rude, but we didn't encounter that at all. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I think it helps when you just treat people nicely & with respect you generally are treated the same way. I will note that we were there a couple of days with a really obnoxious group of other guests, so I can get why some guests may feel entitled to being treated nicely despite really bad behavior. Now to the restaurant, which was decent enough for breakfast, simple and not overpriced. Dinner however was pretty bad. We stayed seven nights at the hotel & being so remote, it takes some thought to dine elsewhere so we were stuck eating at the restaurant 4 nights. The lobster was cooked to death, both times I had the Mahi it was cooked to death & was hard to choke down it was so dry (the second time I asked for it cooked medium). The snapper was no better. All of the fish is frozen with the exception of the lobster..too bad. The location and ambience was nice though. All in all a nice stay, you just have to plan it out well since it is so remote.
A wonderfully landscaped resort consisting of multiple guest room buildings spread out between the ocean and an extra large pool tucked away on the northern shore of East Tortolla. Many shaded lounges and chairs along the edge of the beach and large pool deck. A separate covered, open air restaurant and bar, and another bar at the pool. A small gift/swim/sundry shop is located adjacent to the covered, open air lobby. The restaurant provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner and has a nice variety of choices: Fish, prawns, steaks, (a fantastic) cheeseburger, sides, and desserts. The best part of the resort is the staff. From housekeepers to waitresses to bar tenders to clerks -- everyone is pleasant, helpful, accommodating, and cheerful. What could be better. Bonus! No Sargassum! The beach formed by Lambert Bay faces North to Northwest so does not collect the Sargassum seaweed like easterly facing beaches.
