Hotel Spa Villa Nazules

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Spa Villa Nazules. The hotel is peaceful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and friendly and we enjoyed a lot the swimming pool. We would definitely come back!

This is the first time in my life that I am writing such a hotel review after many years of traveling. We booked a room with a large bed and clearly stated that we would be staying with a 9-year-old child. The room rate was €190 without breakfast. Upon check-in, the administrator informed us that we had to pay an additional €50 for the child because the room was рассчитed for two adults only. As a result, we received the same room, without any additional sleeping space, but instead of €190 we paid €240. We paid an extra €50 just for our child to sleep in the same bed with us, and our level of comfort actually became worse for this price. I would have understood these conditions if breakfast had at least been included in the price, but it was not. The overall impression is extremely negative, and in my opinion the room was absolutely not worth such money.

Nice hotel, good value. Two girls on reception nice and helpful. Safe in room faulty and told nobody could look at until after 19:00! Cafe/bar by pool was good for afternoon drink etc and great service, but shuts so nowhere to sit and relax with a drink. We had to wait for restaurant to open to get a drink, no drink or wine menu so bit disappointed. Spa area really needs some TLC unfortunately.

Great rural location. Far from everywhere... Rooms are nice. Great views and terrace ( superior) DO NOT eat at the bar... overpriced mediocre food e.g. really overcooked steak. Had a rubber hamburger with supermarket frozen fries @18€... Staff inflexible. Impossible to get a coffee at 9h00... They need to understand that they are in the hospitality business...
