Such a fun experience getting to learn about the ramen making process and about the different ramens of Japan! Our hosts were so lovely and kind and the ramen’s were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend if you’re a ramen lover.

Sayaka made this a great experience. We walked through noodle making as well as explanation of broath making. We made 3 kinds of ramen with different base ingredients and custom toppings. Great time for work or couples.

This is one of the coolest things we’ve done so far on our trip! It’s 90 mins and a super interactive experience. We got to learn so much, made our own noodles, cooked the meat etc. made broth additions. The staff were very friendly with minimal language barrier. The ramen we made was so yummy and filling! You make three!

Taking the ramen cooking class with Sensei Rin was amazing. She was amazingly informative, patient, and thoroughly helpful throughout the entire process. Before we started cooking, Sensei Rin gave us a fantastic breakdown of the different types of ramen—explaining the distinct broth bases, ingredients, and steps very clearly. She guided us step-by-step through every technique, making sure everyone felt confident and supported. Great experience! I love making ramen, with knowledgeable, supportive , friendly and kind staffs. They speak english which are good for foreign clients. Class environment is neat, aesthetic. Cooking materials are good, new and useful. I recommend to lessen the salt in the soup and have a Ramen Dojo banner in front of the store so that could easily found the place. Overall experience is satisfying and lovely 😊 Recommend this workshop to my friends and colleagues etc.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ramen Dojo Tokyo! The class was fun, hands-on, and very easy to follow. I really enjoyed learning the process of making ramen and getting to prepare it myself. My girlfriend and I had a great experience at this cooking class! Sayaka was a great teacher for us showing us clearly how to do each step and adding more details about why we do each step and what ingredients go into each of the sauces and broths. The variety of having three different soups to make and eat at the end was a great touch as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!
