We have been on a lot of bike tours in major cities (Rome, NYC, Paris, London) and in terms of friendliness, hospitality, and willingness to answer questions, this was the top. Atsu and Kayo were so accommodating, never rushing the tour and allowing us time to take in each site. Our phone died so we needed help finding a place to eat on our way home and they took the time to walk us quite a ways to the BEST sushi experience ever. We asked them to join us and then had the best unexpected food tour. Viator should add Kura Sushi to their food tour options. So fun! Best day in Japan.
Good e-bikes. Nice People. Good knowledge. Beautyfull town. I'll come back for this. See you next time! Many thanks to K-T!
Had a fabulous time visiting some tourist hotspots and some hidden highlights with our guide Irene. Met some lovely people and got to understand more about where everything is located after spending a few days underground on the trains. It is a great way to get to know the city. Irene was an excellent host, shared lots of information about the city, looked out for everyone and navigated us around with ease.
The tour itinerary I booked and prepaid for was changed without notification. Four locations were dropped and two were added. Three locations which I was really interested in (Aoyama Street, Shibuya Cat Street, and Shibuya Crossing {their Times Square}) were dropped. Additionally, the endpoint was changed. I had planned my day based on the original endpoint. In addition, the description said there would be a max of 7 people; we had 8. Which doesn't seem like a huge deal, but on several occasions the group got separated and in one case 4 people got lost from the group.
This was really fun tour riding an E-bike around Tokyo! We stopped at various locations. Kai, our tour guide, had extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods further adding interest and value to the day. Kai and people I was paired with made this such an incredible and enjoyable experience! I liked how they broke overall large group into smaller 8-people groups rising fun and keeping us safe at the same time! I recommend people sign up for this tour and ask for Kai.
Atsushi was a good guide. Got to see a lot of different sites, around 5 stops! Great way to get aquatinted with the city.
Despite the drizzly weather, we had a fabulous time with Hiro (our guide), who calmly and confidently navigated us through the streets of Tokyo. The bikes were excellent and easy to ride. My only advice would be the use of real time guiding with an earbud, as it is difficult for the riders who are not directly behind the guide.
Nice way to spend a few hours seeing another side of Tokyo. However if like us you are used to biking tours,it was a little disappointing as bikes used were street bikes you can hire across the globe in most cities using your credit card. Tour guide was friendly but history at the stop points was good but limited. Be mindfull that helmets are not included in the price.
Guides are awesome bikes are great, well worth the trip to go with these guys… btw bring your own water and and food you want, mind you it’s only 16km
Disappointed we didn’t get to see Tokyo station but otherwise tour as advertised. Guides did great job and were very friendly.
Good fun! Ken and Sho were both knowledgeable and enjoyable. We learned about the sights and other aspects of Japanese culture. Small group size, good bicycles, and a great tour of parts of Tokyo.
Show gave us a good tour with some fun anecdotes and an optional stop off for a refreshment. Cycling is a great way to see several sites.
It was fun. The guide was sweet but very young and not very knowledgeable at all, which was a pity. The other members on the ride were great.
Fun e-bike ride through some of the must-see places in Tokyo. Even on a cold winter day, we had a great time!
It’s really a Tokyo highlights tour, starting at the Tokyo Tower and ending near the Shibuya crossing, but it was a wonderful experience overall with the tour leader Show giving us lots of perspective on Japanese culture and history. We were enjoying the experience so much we didn’t want it to end!
Our family really enjoyed the tour with Show! Show was an excellent tour guide and the E bikes made it a very easy & enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this to our friends thanks for a great afternoon!
The e-bike tour was a big highlight of our Tokyo tour. Our guide gave was very gracious, answered our questions and shared details about our trip. The e-bike option made the tour a lot more enjoyable. I would recommend it highly.
I was the only one in the tour so I got a very personal experience throughout the city. I was able to ask questions and be comfortable with my tour guide.
I had the most amazing tour with Naoki! We were able to see more of Tokyo that I would ever imagined- or been able to do on my own or on foot. I felt safe biking on the streets of Tokyo. Naoki was able to combine routes to show me exactly what I was interested in- backroad alleys and local spots and all the main tourist attractions as well. He was truly the highlight of the tour. He provided cultural and historical background on the all the sites we visited and was always willing to take my pictures!
This tour was so fun! It was a great way to add some physical activity to my vacation! We rode all throughout Tokyo, seeing some of its most notable sights. Our tour guides (I believe K and KG) were great...very kind, fun, and informative. I initially was scheduled to do a go-kart tour, but I am so glad I did this tour instead!
Fun if you want a wild bike ride around Tokyo. Good, energetic, young guides. You must be comfortable riding a bike in traffic and amongst pedestrians.
This was a fun and easy bike tour. I didn't have an ebike and didn't feel like I needed one. We were running late due to taxi cab mix-up but Sho waited for us. The depth of information given was light but our guide was good at answering questions. It was fun to see the city from that perspective. If you're used to wearing bicycle helmets maybe bring one from home? Kidding, but they did not have enough helmets for everyone so be sure to request helmet in advance. Also some of the bike lights didn't work and our tour went into the evening. Overall, no regrets!
Arrangements worked well. We covered a lot of ground and learnt a lot from our guide. Interesting sites visited.
This was a wonderful way to see Tokyo especially on a Sunday. Many streets were closed so it is the perfect day to ride. The route was fabulous! Loved it!
This bike tour was great, if you want a crash course of the city. The guides spoke English very well and were very helpful to answer questions about the culture of Japan and the tour. My guide was Naoki and he did a wonderful job directing us through city traffic. Our tour lasted about 3 hours and I didnt feel tired at all. I did the ebike, but several on our tour had chosen the regular bike and there were some steep inclines that they did not enjoy. I kindve wished we had a little bit more time at each place to actually go in, but within the time constraint of 3 hours they really used the time wisely. But it would be cool if they offered a longer tour.
Fun way to see Tokyo even with crowds of pedestrians and cars. E-bike made it easy. Kg and Kazu were great guides and very knowledgeable. Great experience!
Our guide was Show he was great. We choose to use the e bikes which made the ride so much easier. You do not need to be a cyclist to enjoy this tour. The route was well planned had ample time at stops to take pictures and Show provided a detailed outline of local history and key points of interest. Both my wife and I are in our late 60s and we also had our 33 year old special needs son. We throughly enjoyed and recommend.
Great way to explore Tokyo. Our guides, Naoki and Kosei, were informative, engaging and we felt safe even in some of the busy streets in Shibuya. Thoroughly ejoyable!
Super fun experience with guides Naoki and Kosei cycling around town and visiting many beautiful landmarks!
Everything is good. Only doesn’t mention that their options of bikes has different price.. . . . . .
Rinto is an excellent guide. He made sure everyone is well informed of path and interest points. We stoped for breaks and water too.
This was a great way to see many things in Tokyo on a short time. Our guide Miguel did a great job, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the sites. Even with the e-bikes it was fairly physically demanding though so don't underestimate that. The only thing that could make it better is the use of headsets like I've seen on other tours. Well worth the money though and recommended.
Miguel dd a great job guiding us around Tokyo. It was an interesting way to see the ciry, and we got some exercise.
Tour guide was fabulous, location instructions good however tour was called ‘Hidden Gems’. I don’t think the Tokyo station, imperial palace and so-Joji temple are hidden gems. Still enjoyed the tour but be truthful.
Show was a very interesting and knowledgeable guide who answered all our q's at the various stopping points along the ride. We had e-bikes which made the trip a breeze in the warm and humid conditions.
This was an amazing tour around the city that went through quiet parts and ended in the craziest scenes! Really enjoyed the conversation and small group.
We had a great experience with our biking guide, Kosei! He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the ride. Even though it was a very hot day in Tokyo, his positive attitude and energy kept the group motivated and made the experience really enjoyable. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a biking tour in Tokyo!
Great experience. Good way to get an introduction to Tokyo and the guide was very knowledgeable. If you are not time pressured as they do not hesitate to take as much time as you need to stop along the way for extra photos and questions.
The guides were great at engaging and had some goid historical.kniwledge and were very diplomatic and kniwledgbke as well as respectful, in answering all our questions, but also took to our humourous quries well. As someone who is fit, i think others may fing the lenth in Summer a struggle. Perhaps Shibuya crossing might be a little ambitious on bikes for some. Totally recommend it, as we did this in the humid Summer on our first day and enjoyed it... well done fellas, this tour will only get brilliant with your tweeks.
I joined this tour with my friend and they were 4 others in our group. We all had a great time with our guide Sho, he took us to so many interesting spots and explained each place in detail! It is very hot so make sure you bring some water with you!
You will cover a lot of ground in three hours. I appreciated my E bike because of the summer heat. The two guides, Show and Naoki, were well informed and easy to understand. .
This tour was fabulous. We would do this tour again. It was well a well planned itinerary. Our guides were fantastic and kept us safe. The route we took visited several key interesting tourist spots. Our guide provided historical information at each stop. The meeting spot was easy to find. I would recommend doing the e-bike versus pedal bikes. On our tour the 3 of the participants on regular bikes did lag behind when we climbed hills.
This was so much fun!!! We totally recommend this activity as it was a fantastic way to see the city. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and kind!! This was just so much fun and I’m so glad we did it. 100000% recommend if you want to see the city in a cool new way!! Thank you so much Naoki and Keiji!!!
A great way to see Tokyo - Show and KZ are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend as a fun way to see a lot the city!
A fabulous way to see a city, taking in local sights and back alleyways. Our young 18 year old guide Hiro was engaging and charming.
Great tour with Naoki and Kei, very enjoyable and informative, one complaint was the ebike, too small for me and seemed to be not working very well.
Our guide Kosei was lovely and very helpful. He took us to so many different parts of Tokyo on this tour including popular must sees and hidden gems. We loved this tour! E-bike option highly recommended
Such a fun activity if you have a half day in Tokyo and want to see the important sites. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic bike tour of the historic areas of Tokyo. We visited many shrines and temples, which our Guide KC explained to us in so much detail. My favorite part was the Imperial Palace the gardens were so well maintained and nice to cycle through!!
