Our tour guide Yoshi was amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind and made us feel like we were a part of the culture.

Marin was great! We were lucky to have a private tour with her since no one else booked. She was great with her food recommendations and very informative with the temples. Super helpful with coins as well!! Definitely book this tour and hope you you get Marin!

Took the tour today with Toshi & it was wonderful. Great to have communication before the tour started via WhatsApp. The places we went to for food along the way were highly recommended. We loved the wagu beef skewers and the knowledge Toshi had about the temples and fish market. Thank you! Love love

We had our tour today with host Midori. She was absolutely brilliant in showing us not only the food market and popular spots but the surrounding temple and shrines, along with the etiquette. We would really recommend going on this tour early in your stay, to ask questions about the city and favourite places (not just the tourist places)

The food tour was amazing. Our guide Clarke had so much knowledge about the food, the culinary practices, history of the market, and the area. He was so easy to get along with and it truly felt like we made a new friend along the way. I would highly recommend this tour and if you get Clarke as your guide, you are in for a great day!

We had a really nice time with Clarke, he took time to explain everything to us and knew a lot also things not related to the food market.Meeting up was easy since he picked us up near a station. Clarke is a native English speaker so it was very easy to communicate. 2h was a nice length we saw everything we wanted to! Highly recommend!!
