Tokyo Tower Observation Deck E-tickets

Tokyo Tower was absolutely amazing! The views were incredible! I’m so glad we went all the way to the top. So worth it

Tickets didn’t work, I had to buy tickets at the gate. If I’d know that before going I would have saved a lot of agitation, stress and embarrassment.

Great views of all of Tokyo. If you are lucky, you can see Mt. Fuji. If you like pictures, you will love it. Unfortunately, it was too crowded with tons of kids.

More than what I expected. Staff was helpful and professional. Highly recommend. Excellent views of Tokyo.

Why wouldn’t you want to go the the top of the Tokyo tower or even the bottom it’s all a good time either way

Great experience, better than we imagined. Loved going to the top deck in the lift . I took exactly 60 seconds but the feeling while going up and coming down is incredible. View is great from top deck but my 17 year old preferred the view from the lower deck. They also take a photo and I love the one that they have for free because it’s looks like a newspaper cutting - very cool. Great and friendly staff. I loved seeing how the it was built and the journey.

Nice to see 360 view of the city and clean facilities. Also video of history was interesting to watch

Great vantage point to see the vast amount of buildings in Tokyo. There was also an informative video.

We went the upper deck option. Views were amazing especially as it became dark. Only drawback was the wait to go up to the upper deck despite having a dedicated time. Don’t be fooled by thinking you have got through when you go through the first door to go up as there is another wait in a small room behind the door. There was also a similar wait to come down. Overall though a good experience.

We went to the Tokyo Tower and wow it's tall!! The observation deck had breathtaking night time views of the city. We also decided to have a snack in the café below the observation deck. It was good. I'd go back but during ukr day.

Is a typical sky view. Maybe is better at sun down. The observation deck is not high enough to give a good look at the sky line. I would rank this behind Eiffel tower and CN tower.

I had problems getting my tickets on all my reservations. Viator doesn't seem to understand that we're traveling and that Wi-Fi isn't always reliable. In China, it was extremely difficult to get into the attractions we booked because we never received our tickets. Their system for sending tickets the day before is truly terrible and stressful, and I wasn't aware of it. Yesterday was no exception at Tokyo Tower. I'm very upset with this company. It was two hours before we were supposed to go into the attraction, and they still hadn't sent the tickets, even though I had chatted with them the day before and they promised to do so. They didn't. Be very careful. It's better to choose local companies, depending on the places you plan to visit.

We were able to quickly get our tickets and then we traveled to the observation deck where we enjoyed an amazing view.

Great views, not too busy, easy to find

Went o the 250m tier, were great views. I think this experience would be better at night with all the lights, we went the night before and looked at the tower from the street, they don't change your tickets, so we went back to our daytime booking the next day, plenty of time to look at everything, well organised, although they couldn't find our tickets htrough trip advisor, you have to have a QR code to enter and they have to generate one after finding your booking

You will first get a voucher and not actual tickets when you purchase through the site. The day before your visit, they will email you your tickets to print or download. We went at the height of the cherry blossom season, and at sunset, so it was very busy. But, it was well worth going for the spectacular 360 degree view of Tokyo! The night lights and the illumination of the Tower is amazing. We wanted to get to the very top Sky Deck, but were unable to purchase tickets via the site online, as they were sold out. However, you can buy them at the location. Have fun!

Hard to see due to the rain 😢 but staff very friendly and ice cream was nice too xx Would definitely recommend if it wasn’t raining.

BEWARE! VIATOR website misled us into buying tickets for TOKYO Tower when we were trying to buy Skytree. I would never use VIATOR again! They took our money,.AND didn't even sent us the QR code for the tickets, but instead sent us a BAR-code! Do not use VIATOR!

Scam!!! The email said the tickets would be issued the day before and they were not. I arrived at the Tokyo Tower and they wouldn’t let me in. I couldn’t pull up a ticket as it was never issued to me. I requested a refund and they will not refund me. STAY AWAY! THIS IS A SCAM!

It’s a no brainer, BOOK IT! You won’t regret it, the scenery inside and out just takes your breath away

Give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the excellent news of Tokyo. It was a very enjoyable experience. Just hope for a clear day views of Tokyo

No communication from the staff so you could be standing at an elevator for quite sometime . Plus they shove too many people in an elevator at once. We also thought there would be an outdoor viewing deck, guess we didn’t do our research very well. Overall it was boring!

Great shopping inside. Crepes outside are amazing. When you go to the top its beautiful!

If the weather is nice, one can observe a beautiful 360 degree view of Tokyo and Mt Fuji. The shops and food court allows one to relax after their tour on the observation deck.

This is not what I paid for I paid for an observation deck ticket and I want what I paid for! You are not doing good business right now you took my money twice and I didn’t get what I paid for! Customer service is ignoring me.

Interesting history about Tokyo Tower. I went to the main deck only in the evening. The Tokyo Tower is a beautiful view with colored lights. It is really fantastic. There is good food and a few stores.

Tokyo tower is not only about the structure and its beauty. It has a great view of Tokyo city, and if you are lucky, on a clear date you can take a picture of Mt. Fuji. The structure history is what was more interesting for me. They have an area with a documentary of Tokyo from the past to the present. You’ll learn how the tower was made, the original tower, and how many times Tokyo was destroyed and rebuilded. History of the tower as well as Tokyo transformation to what it is today. History of Japanese resilience.

Not being familiar with the tower I did not realize that there were two levels of tickets that were available. I ended up getting them for the lower level and would have preferred to go to the top level.

We had been sent tickets for this attraction however the tickets were invalid. We found that the staff of Tokyo Tower who were very helpful also couldn’t validate the ticket which was quite embarrassing for us as we had to be pulled out of the line due to the tickets not working. Due to the ticket being invalid the staff of Tokyo Tower said that we couldn’t go anywhere with the ticket so we didn’t get to go up Tokyo Tower although we had paid Viator for the tickets. We have attempted to get a full refund from Viator as the tickets were invalid however they have stolen the money from us and will not return the money for an invalid ticket that they have issued. I would not use this ticket at all and also would stay away from using Viator at all costs. I would recommend using other sites such as Klook as we ended up buying new tickets from them for the same attraction which worked straight away.

Probably a must do type of tourist attraction you can say that you did. The views of the city are great.

Tokyo tower was amazing and the views were breathtaking. Seeing Mt. Fugi in the distance dominate the background of the city was just incredible.

The tower was beautiful! Spectacular! But Viator did not provide a QR code and we had a great deal difficulty verifying. We purchased the ticket with their barcode alone. They need to provide a corresponding QR code with their ticket.

Awesome views and photos during the day and great views at night except for the glare from interior lighting for those pictures.

Tower is great. DO NOT buy through TripAdvisor, the tower requires a QR code on your e-ticket which the app doesn’t provide.

Very crowded, very busy on a very hot day. Little facilities for resting or waiting! And poor visibility day

The website advertised this as a separate purchase for observation deck but it is the same as general admission ticket. We paid separately for the observation deck but were not allowed to go and had to purchase on the site againz

This deal does not cover the top deck. The main observatory was nice but it would have been better for the website to prominently state that top deck is not included. There were no options to purchase this. Once at the tower, the ticket line was too long to add this option.

It’s good to say that I have been up the Tokyo Tower, but never again. The views were ok, nothing special seeing as the buildings surrounding the tower are just as tall. They offer a ‘glass floor’ too but there aren’t many windows and are on the smaller side. On the other hand, the prices were very cheap for the middle floor, only costing us £7.

I purchased an extra ticket the day of visiting the Tower. However, I was charged and didn't get a confirmation number in time and had to pay again out of pocket. The worst part overall was that the tickets were not to the top. Don't waste your money with the main deck, it's not the top floor for viewing.

Really neat and very much like Eiffel Tower Crepes at the base just like Paris. Doesn’t sparkle up on the hour like in Paris but has some neat other features

Ride to the observatory deck. See the city. Lots of shops on the way out. Second deck visit costs extra.

It was a good experience anyone that heading to Tokyo it’s another place to see the whole views of the City.

Beautiful venue many shops restraints and a 360 view of Tokyo. Suggest going at night as the lighting of the tower as well as the city is amazing.

Visiting the Tokyo Tower in the evening with my family was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed an amazing view of this incredible city as the sun was setting. It was absolutely worth the experience, and we felt we chose the perfect time to go.
