We had a last minute request for a bigger vehicle due to the amount of luggage. We thought that the request will not be provided but to our surprise, the company did send us the bigger vehicle even though it’s a last minute request.

We had a great experience and a good value. The customer support manager, Marry, contacted us right away and verified our flight information. She also updated us with the driver information the day before pick up and even contacted again when the driver arrived at our hotel. On the day of pick up, our driver was Mr. Suda. He went above and beyond helping us with our luggages and getting us to the airport safely and on time.

This was a smooth experience. The dispatch was accessible and responded to questions quickly before the pick up. Also right before the pick up, the dispatch provided confirmation and driver details. On the day of pick up, the driver was on time and got us to the airport on time without any issues. The car was spacious for all 7 of us and was clean. Requested a van for a family of 5 adults with 6 luggages and 3 handcarry bags. From previous trips, they would send large vans (Toyota Hi-Ace) this time they sent a Toyota Alphard. Two of my family members had to take the train along with two luggages to our dismay at our own expense.
The van was large and very nice. The driver arrived early and helped us with our luggage. I would use this service again without hesitation.
I now can confirm that the driver I had was not just having a bad day - because in my second booking with this service (from hotel to airport), I got the same driver that drove me from Airport to My hotel. The driver behavior got worse and on-top of the dangerous driving, the sky was pouring down for this trip yet this did not deter the driving behaviors of this driver: - There was no talking or even greeting (simple hello), did come off the vehicle but stood there while we load the luggage our selves. - The driver seem to have either severe allergies or cold, as he snorted all the way in the van for the entire trip. - Driver as driving and tapping away on his mobile phone on one hand/arm, driving and steering mostly with the other arm/elbow. - Driver was speeding (i checked the signs along the way), overtaking, tailgating and running few red lights. This will be the last time I ever use this service - I believe my families safety and wellbeing is most important in any given trip!
Everything went smoothly. The customer service texted me a few days before to confirm everything. And again a day before to let me know the details. Very professional. They even accommodated us when I texted them that we're ready to be picked up a bit early. The only minor minuses: The interior condition of the car is not optimal and the driver is less patient than other drivers we had while in Japan.

I you are not going directly from a cruise ship to a flight at Narita, this is much better. It was a much more pleasurable method of getting to our hotel near Narita airport than it would have been if we had used the cruise ship transfer. We are staying a few extra days in Japan, traveling by train, so being able to leave our extra luggage at the airport hotel is very useful. For one thing, we arrived directly to our hotel - luggage and all. The cruise ship transfer was by bus to Narita airport, then we would have had to take a shuttle - with all our luggage - to the hotel. Not terribly convenient. Driver was very nice, too.

This was a transfer from Downtown Tokyo to Narita Airport. The driver arrived about 20 minutes late. He was the slowed driver on the highway. Then just 15 minutes from the airport he has to take washroom and smoking break. Keep in mind that this is only a one hour trip. Fortunately we arrived in time for our flight but the drivers actions created needless tension. Very disappointed because the trip from the airport to downtown Tokyo was fast and efficient. The dirver was waiting for us at the airport. Therefore I feel the poor return trip is a reflection of the driver and not the company

I booked transportation for my elderly parents. Last minute their flight got canceled and rescheduled to a very early flight. I reached out to the company and they were able to find me a new driver last minute with no issues. My parents were both very comfortable and had no issues.
As a mother of a son who was traveling by himself for the first time… I could not have been more impressed with this service… not only did they keep in contact 24 hours to pick up they also sent me updates and pics of where they were waiting and that they had my “precious cargo” on board… I would 100% recommend to anyone who is thinking about booking this service.
