This service is the best I have used. The drivers are professional and very friendly. Also, the communication was perfect by letting me know the license plate number, how far away the car was from picking us up and also giving them our flight number so that the driver can see which part of the airport to drop us off when it was time to fly back home. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

We had two transfers in Tokyo through Viator, HND to Odaiba and Teamlabs to HND with a stop at our hotel to pick up luggage. All details were confirmed in advance with GT-Transfers. We used this car service 3 times while in Tokyo for airport and cruise ship drop offs and pickups. They were fantastic. The vans were comfortable and spacious accommodating both our group and our luggage. The drivers were punctual and the communication from the admin was also great. They contacted us a day or two before each transport to confirm details and then sent driver info the day before. On the day of travel, they stayed in touch via WhatsApp until we had been collected by our driver. I would definitely recommend this service.

This was the most amazing experience and so worth the money to go this way. Our driver messaged us right after we booked the trip from our hotel to airport. The day of the transfer they messaged to say the driver arrived his name and vehicle description and license plate. The vehicle was clean so comfortable we didn’t want to get out !!! He handled all of our luggage in and out of the van. I can’t say enough about our transfer. This company was AMAZING‼️💯💪🏼 This was my first time in Japan, traveling with my 5 year old and I used them for all 4 of my airport transfers in/out of Tokyo (Haneda). They were always on time, had great communication with each pickup, had a booster seat, and in some cars they had a movie for my kid to watch during the ride. Really tried to give the benefit of the doubt here but definitely wish we had used a reliable service who would have been helpful during stressful travel days instead of making things harder. The first driver arrived at the airport for pick up misplaced two pieces of our luggage. For departure two separate drivers were late and we barely made our flight. This service booking was the most stressful part of our trip, both days.

Waited an hour for the driver. Went to location they gave me and driver couldn’t find us. They made me pay 2000 yen for changing location. I did not change the location they gave me . The driver wouldn’t move until he was paid. Should’ve used Uber
