My experience was excellent. The driver arrived early, was professional, loaded/unloaded our 5 heavy suitcases into the van and got us to the airport on time. The van was clean and spacious. Communications with this operator prior to the transfer date was great as well. I highly recommend this service.
Great customer service contact me couple days before I had to leave to inform me about who my driver was going to be and what time they will be there to pick me up. Driver was on time vertical was nice and clean and comfortable

There is an extra charge by the minute. The 1.5 hour wait begins the moment the airplane is in contact with traffic control and the airport reports “arrival” even though you may still be racing and waiting on the plane. Therefore expect to pay an additional $30 or more because you must go through customs even with the Visit Japan Web. I suggested the driver arrive an hour after the scheduled time. But, Viator insisted on the airport’s posted time which was 20 minutes before we were at the gate and before the doors opened. We payed an additional $30 and $280 for 6 people to be transferred to the hotel. This is Viator not the driver. We were also required to pay cash for the difference so be prepared. I suggested arriving just grabbing a taxi at the airport.
Overall, the service worked and we made it to the airport as planned. Once we were in the vehicle. The ride was very pleasant and comfortable. Upon booking, it was unclear what type of vehicle we were getting so we needed to contact the booking service in order to clarify that we wanted a larger vehicle. It would be very helpful if this option was available at the time of booking. Other car services provide that capability. Issue we had was that on the daily departed. The driver showed up to a hotel, but we never knew that he arrived. Apparently, he drove up to the lobby area and then was told to leave because he couldn’t wait but he never contacted us with a phone call or WhatsApp message. I had to contact the booking service and thankfully they responded quickly telling me the driver was there. I had to walk down the entrance around the corner, where our driver was parked on the street where he could not see him from the hotel. Again, this could’ve been avoided had he contacted us with a call or text message. And all we left about 10 minutes late and the traffic was heavier than expected so the trip is a bit longer than expected, but overall it worked out fine.
On time, efficient, van was spotless and very very comfortable. Driver helped us with our luggage and took us exactly where we needed to be at the airport. Quite pleased. Highly recommend. Took all the stress about getting to the airport away! Thank you so very much
We have used private airport transfers this entire trip, and this was the worst one. The directions to meet the airport driver were not clear nor did they coincide with airport signage. We had trouble finding our driver and once we did find him, he was quite rude and seemed to be in a rush. He snatched our bags and wouldn’t let me go through my personal item to get anything out for the hour drive to our hotel, not even my phone or water. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

The driver that took us to our hotel was very aggressive and scary. We thought we were going to get in an accident several times. The meet and greet person came late and was very confusing. He told us to wait for the driver and told us how to get to where the driver was by translation on a phone. Then he just left us. He wasn’t there to greet us either.
The Agency kept in touch with me for the entire time. Even sent me a picture of the driver. Was a good trip
After a 14-hour flight, it was such a relief to have our driver waiting for us at the Tokyo Narita airport. We had some difficulty with the Japanese immigration and were delayed getting out to the arrival lobby, but our driver waited for us. He did an amazing job of getting all our luggage (for 9 people for a two-week cruise) and all of us loaded into the van and delivered us safely to our hotel. I would definitely use this service again.

The transfer itself was excellent. The driver was punctual, professional, courteous, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Everything about the transfer went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the overall service. My only complaint was the additional Meet & Greet fee. After already paying $170.70 for a private airport transfer, being asked to pay an extra 3,000 JPY (about $20 USD) simply for the driver to hold a sign with my name felt excessive and unnecessary. This fee should not have been charged. For a premium private transfer, meeting passengers with a name sign is a basic courtesy that should be included in the service, not treated as a separate add-on. Charging extra for such a minor service gave the impression of unnecessary nickel-and-diming. Aside from that additional fee, the transfer itself was excellent, and I greatly appreciated the driver's professionalism. I would gladly use the service again if the Meet & Greet charge were included in the quoted price.
Driver was on time, communicated every step of the way so we were always in touch, and navigating the airport would have been so much harder without him. We are so happy we booked this to get us from the airport to our hotel. We will be returning to the airport the same way. Thank you Mr. Suda!

We had fast and easy communication with the director over WhatsApp- they reached out to confirm our flight info, number of luggage, and checked in with us after we landed to ensure we knew where to meet our driver. Our driver was waiting for us outside of customs. The van was comfortable, especially given we were tired from a long trip. We would use them again!
This was a good option for easing into the chaos that can be the Narita airport arrival. We were contacted shortly after our reservation was confined by the company representative. The representative was very helpful and friendly. When we arrived it was easy to find our driver and the communication with our representative was ongoing until our driver found us and we were on our way. It was an easy and stress-free way to ease into our Japan trip. Highly recommend

Nice to have someone meet you after picking up your luggage and going through immigration and customs. With that said, there was an almost constant, "Where are you now" text messaging from the provider that started out as nice to know, to "OK I'm still stuck in the immigration line", to "OK, now I'm stuck in the customs line". I get the fact that the driver needs to know where we are (and they provide a time limit of 1 1/2 hours from touchdown to the driver pickup point arrival. In our case we came very close to the time limit (extra charges would be applied). So the vehicle, driving skill and dropoff were great. Driver was NOT an English speaker which was a bullet point in the vendors description. All in all, I would book again as they seem VERY engaged with providing excellent customer service.

After a long flight we were tired and ready to get to our hotel. The last thing we wanted to do is figure out the metro system. A private driver from Narita to your hotel in Tokyo is something I highly recommend to anyone traveling here for the first time. Our driver was great!

A few days before the trip the company reached out and said in order to get a sign to meet us at the airport they required an additional charge. For the price of the service, I thought this was ridiculous. The sign was written with pen on a paper and wasn’t needed to find him. They asked for a photo when we landed. The driver barely acknowledged us, didn’t confirm where we are going, or speak more than a few words to us. When we got to the hotel he asked for the money for the sign which we gave him but we needed change. He didn’t have any and had an attitude about it. He didn’t try to help at all and was just like I don’t know what to tell you. We ended up paying another 2,000 YEN as we were tired. Clearly seems like something they do often. Skip this and get a ride from someone else.
It was easy and safe. Driver waited patiently even though we were a bit late due to a customs delay. Drive brought us the door of our Airbnb. We could have done public transit for less money but after a long flight, a hired car was a welcome simplicity.

The advert for airport transfers shows a nice sedan with comfort and professionalism. That’s what I expected! I did not expect to be treated worse than a taxi. Pick up from Narita Airport to the Hotel was fantastic. Although the driver wasn’t there and I had to find him which was a little stressful, he was close by and the beautiful sedan was comfortable and very pleasant. The return however from Hotel to Airport was worse than any journey I have ever done. Imagine the shuttle bus pick ups that tour operators do or hotel operators too - then multiply by ten! There was no sedan - as advertised! It was a mini van for 8 people to collect the two of us. To spend an hour on something so uncomfortable was ridiculous. I couldn’t sit on any of the cramped seats so sat on the single seat for leg room and hung on for dear life. The seat is small and you slip all over the place. I complained to the rep during the Journey and received several apologies and truly wanted to say how absolutely scared we were but didn’t want them to be calling the driver mid journey. We can hardly turn the vehicle down as time was limited. When we arrived at the airport and we got out (bearing in mind, my husband and I had been sitting on different rows to try to get some degree of comfort) we both said the same - that was the most uncomfortable and quite honestly scariest ride we had ever taken. We both thought we were in danger! The driver drove at 115-120km an hour, slammed his breaks on a nearly hit stationary traffic. Drove way faster than others around and all the time, we were hanging on in the most uncomfortable vehicle!! I was told if we had wanted a sedan - we should have asked! Don’t advertise nice vehicles if you are then choosing to put us in something way worse than any taxi would have been! That is misinformation!!! Furious beyond belief. And all I was told? Tough : the journey is complete now! Thank god it’s complete, I thought I was going to die!!!
David, our support manager, was incredibly easy to work with, keeping touch with us all the way from days before we left, through the airport and immigration and baggage claim, until we were sitting safely in the car. We weren't just looking around for a sign with our name, we had photos of exactly where the driver was currently standing. Car was clean and comfortable and sufficiently spacious for all our stuff. Made a very late night pickup significantly lower stress!
Signage will be on cell phone so don’t look for a paper sign Driver was patient waiting for me. He also waited while I secured a WiFi rental. Driving was excellent and car was clean. I booked another transfer back to the airport at the end of my trip.
