Tokyo Private Transfer From Or To Haneda Airport (Hnd)

We used Viator to organise our transfers from airport to cruise terminal in Japan and the whole experience was excellent. The cars were clean, the drivers were professional and efficient, and everything ran smoothly even though one driver was a little later than expected. The booking process, payment and overall organisation were all straightforward. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and plan to use them again for similar transfers in Europe next year!

The ride was excellent! They were very flexible with us on our pickup time. Had originally scheduled one time and then some things changed and they were very easy going about changing the time, and then when we were running late they were very kind and accommodating about waiting for us, which was rude on our part but exceptionally polite and Above and Beyond on their part.

car and driver were nice, but we provided our flight info, and still had to wait 40 minutes for our meet and greet service. Our flight was early, but it should have been monitored and we should not have had to wait 40 minutes for our driver.

Large car was neede due to medical equipment. No issues. On time, courteous driver. Got us to Haneda on time.

The transportation company from the day of booking until the day we were picked up at the hotel was outstanding. They contacted me upon booking to confirm all the arrangements entered were correct. They contacted me a few days prior to advise me of the driver and the car information and the day of to ensure everything ran smoothly. The driver was promptly on time and provided a smooth and comfortable ride to our destination

Easy, hassle free way to get to the airport! Reasonable price. Communication was excellent even though we needed to change times the night before because of a flight rebook. Car was clean and driver friendly!

Very disappointed with the service provided The pickup driver did not show up at the arrival location nor he make any attempt to contact me. I had to ask airport staff where to go in search of private transportation There were bunch of vehicles on the road and our pickup vehicle driver made no attempt to identify himself I had to ask each vehicle driver in the line if they are the one for me Final I found my pickup driver sitting in the vehicle on the phone This is an unacceptable service and demand a full refund of my amount

An excellent trip to Haneda airport from our hotel. The driver was on time and it was a pleasant trip.

Very responsive, they sent me a message immediately after booking. We had an early pickup but the driver was 10 mins early. They came in a big van, plenty of room for my family and 8 luggage.

Clean and comfortable ride. Or driver was waiting for us as we came out of customs at Haneda. He drove us to our hotel quickly in perfect comfort.

The drivers were on time and very personable . I was worried going to Japan for the first time. They sent me messages prior to the trip and walked us through where the pick up point was going to be.

Need to know that driver does not meet you in the airport but outside where taxis are located. There was no message on my phone for instructions. If not for a very helpful airport employee we would have given up and taken a taxi. Plus side. Van was clean and comfortable.
