I feel very fortunate to have met our Driver David. He was very considerate, knowledgeable, and the vehicle is very comfortable. He had reached out to me prior to picking us up to get a general idea what we were looking to have in our itinerary. After we met, we made our custom itinerary and David took us to all the locations we wanted to go! He also was able to take us to a great Ramen place for lunch! Wonderful trip all around Tokyo with very knowledgeable fluent English speaking driver Caffrey. Great personality, sense of humor, we really enjoyed this tour. The program he offered was so intense and exciting, we saw so many landmarks in one day! When I was so tired and about give up Caffrey would find the way to help and make it happen. A perfect way to see the main attractions of Tokyo in one day! Caffrey was both personable and informative! I loved that we could decide for ourselves how long we wanted for each site. He told us about the next stop on the way to the attraction, what to look for, then dropped us off. He is a driver not a walking guide. We wanted to do our own thing in lieu of following someone around with a flag, but at the same time, have someone drive us to each place and give suggestions of the top places to see. This tour did exactly that! Highly recommend!

This tour was a special experience for first time visitors to Tokyo. Our tour guide allowed us an opportunity to customize the tour to our interests and physical comfort level. He was extremely knowledgable about Japanese culture, history, cuisine, religion, etc. He added a great deal of colorful anecdotes and kept us entertained all day. He encouraged us to ask questions and answered confidently and without hesitation. He was able to time our visits to popular sites to avoid huge crowds. We visited beautiful temples and learned about great deal. We visited the fish market and had fantastic sashimi with the locals. We visited Skytree for panoramic views of this beautiful city. We could not have asked for a better tour.
David is very personable and willing to make any changes to please his guests. We weren't able to do a lot if walking so Davus would get us as close as possible or just drive through.
Amazing day with David. He arrived 15 minutes early. Terrific communication. Very flexible to our needs. To us to a terrific Ramen lunch. We saw so much and David was just fabulous.
Had a full day of site seeing, so much to see, we were very tired at the end of the day. But we would do it again with Wanta our driver.
Not any better than a Uber driver. The driver’s English was very poor. He was supposed to be explaining things as we went along, which he did not. Mostly he was in silence, hardly spoke whatsoever, and we just dropped us off at the different locations and then pick us back up. No different than a regular Uber driver. I would not recommend it.
Adnan was absolutely the right man for the job his attention to detail and knowledge about the city was incredible! I wish I could give more stars. HE NEEDS A PROMOTION!!!
Jason was a wonderful guide. He effectively communicated (via WhatsApp) dropoff and pickup times. Got to see all the sights listed. Jason also customized the tour to accommodate my Skytree admission tickets. We absolutely enjoyed our full day to see the highlights of Tokyo!
Our travel guide David was fantastic, he was extremely knowledgeable with Tokyo and took us to sights before the crowds arrived. Initially the Skytree tower was unavailable, and he kept checking the website on his own, and we were able to purchase the tickets and see the site. David was also extremely knowledgeable with the Fish market and we sampled the best Sashimi we’ve had. I would highly recommend Viator and be sure to request David as your tour guide.

Caffrey did a great job and showed me around Tokyo. I only had one day, so I didn’t want to waste a lot of time with transportation, and this worked perfectly.

We only had one day in Tokyo and we booked a tour Through Viator. Our driver Caffrey turned up on time and it was such a pleasure to spend the day with him. There were four of us and he took us everywhere we wanted to go. Nothing was too much trouble. We are four elderly Australians and he made sure we were close to every attraction. He didn’t mind waiting for us. He didn’t mind when we asked him to go off schedule and had us back to our hotel in plenty of time. I would recommend Caffree to anybody. He was so professional and his car was spotless and did everything we asked of him. Thank you Caffrey for a memorable day

Caffrey was our guide in Tokyo. We signed up for 8-9 hour private tour. Caffrey was amazing! He was right on time! He is multilingual and spoke perfect English. Caffrey taught us a lot about the history of Tokyo and Japan. We saw many impressive sights and he explained everything. It was so relaxing not to have to find buses or subways to these places. Fish market, Sensoji Temple, Imperial Palace, Tokyo SkyTree, Shibuya Crossing, Takeshita Street….and many other places! Ask for Caffrey! You won’t be disappointed!

He was easy to understand, and he was able to meet our needs and expectations. Please be aware that if you are starting this trip outside the Tokyo area, you will be charged an additional fee as described in the tour informational notes and it is expected that this amount be paid in Yen to the tour driver. We were able to make the payment with a CC payment as this was an arrangement that we made the day prior.
The tour was a fantastic way to cover all the Tokyo Highlights if you have limited time in the city. Our guide Caffrey was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. Do not hesitate booking this tour it was the highlight of our time Tokyo!
Sufyan was very flexible in setting the itinerary. We had had two tours over the previous days covering some of the sites he originally suggested, so he worked out other interesting locations in Tokyo. Got us close to areas to limit the amount of walking. Assisted with acquiring tickets. Dealt with problems I was having with my cell phone. Very comfortable vehicle. Interested in us and in finding out more about Canada. A wonderful day overall.

It was great to have a driver but our driver was unfriendly and unhelpful. He often ignored me and sighed under his breath multiple times. There were no recommendations and spoke about 5 sentences to us the entire time.
Absolutely fabulous day that ticked off all the boxes and then some. The tour guide was patient and knowledgeable and knew every place we went to and accommodated several requests.

My tour guide was David. I wasn't sure if there was going to be a tour, but David came to my hotel. It was raining outside. Our first stop was Meiji Shrine, which was very nice. After the shrine, we went to Takeshita Street. He let me out and I walked down that path which was very crowded and rainy, and everybody with umbrella's. I would say a sight to see. Then we went to Shibuya Crossing, I got out of the minivan. I walked out onto the street to take some pictures. Also very crowded on a rainy day. Next we stopped at Tokyo Tower. I went to the Main and Top Deck. After leaving the tower, I got David to make an extra stop. The place I wanted go to was Nippon Budokan, the famous arena where The Beatles and Cheap Trick played. Thank You again David for stopping at the Budokan I really appreciate it. Then we made a quick stop at the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace. I just got out and took a few quick pictures, it was still raining, I didn't do any walking at this stop. The next stop was at the Tokyo Skytree. At the Skytree I went up on the Tembo Deck and the Tembo Galleria. The last stop was Senso Ji Temple, by then it was getting dark and still raining. So I took a couple of pictures and called it a day. David is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. I enjoyed having him showing me around Tokyo and taking me to all the places I mentioned. The tour provider is Go Guide Japan. If you decide to take this tour, maybe you'll be lucky enough to have David as your guide.
It is a fun experience. It is adaptable to your own interest. Should you desire to change the recommend that? David was very good guide and knowledgeable about Tokyo. He was patient and made the trip enjoyable. His recommendation for lunch was excellent and adjusted to shoot the needs of my various family member members. This tour created a very good memory for me and my family.
Excellent tour with David. It was a time of heavy rain but he did a great job adjusting the itinerary to maximize our visits while staying relatively dry.
We have had many tours of various cities around the world, Caffrey was among the best! His English was great but more importantly he throughout the day shared tidbits about Japanese culture. His tour was well organized, we saw a lot of Tokyo but never seemed rushed. It was a very memorable day thanks to Caffrey.

Over the two days we were abel to see everything on the list, go up in the Tokyo SkyTree and even visited the National Museum. David shared wonderful information and was highly informative.
