Would highly recommend this tour. It was a great way to fit in multiple sites and it was paced really well. Konosuke was an incredible tour guide. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. The shrine and temple were beautiful and the fish market was really fun to explore. There were even options for vegetarians which Konosuke helped us find. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this. We are so glad we did.

Hiyo was an absolutely amazing host. It was just the two of us so we had some fun talks, and she was able to guide me through everything senso-ji related. We had a lovely snack, and she gave me a lot of tips for things to try the upcoming days. I can totally recommend this! Even the rain didn’t take away from this experience!

Lots of walking, lots of history at the shrine and temple. Kenji did a great job of explaining things and was very considerate of any needed break.
Shuta was a very pleasant young man who knew his way around the places we visited . Lots of walking & talking so a wonderful half day tour . It was a small group of 6 so easy to have time with Shuta to learn about the shrine & temple we visited . He helped out at the fish market to assist with getting cash we needed as most market vendors only took cash . A great half day tour .

We had a great time exploring the Meiji Shrine, fish market and Asakusa with Kenji on a morning tour! He provided good information on each site, gave us plenty of time to explore on our own and helped with navigating the train. Kenji was a great guide!
Maho was an absolutely amazing tour guide. She was very personable and showed us all how to properly enter the shrines! She offered to take all our photos and showed us all the bts stuff!
Maho was absolutely amazing! She explained all the customs really well so we felt confident in participating in the temples, she also offered to write our wishes in Japanese so the Japanese gods can read them when we hung them on the trees! The length of the tour was perfect, and we felt very welcomed throughout the whole experience.

Misha is a really friendly, outgoing and informative guide! She walked us through the Senso-ji temple and some other areas around it. You get to learn both many interesting things about the neighborhood, the Buddhist beliefs and of course about the temple itself and how to behave in it. We really enjoyed the experience and we learned a lot of new interesting things!
Wonderful, friendly, and sweet college student as our guide. She showed areas we wouldn’t have seen on our own. Plus we were able to have informative discussions about life in Japan. My wife and I are in our 70s from the USA. Just remember that this tour involves a lot of walking around the city and taking the subway from place to place. You will feel like a local.
