We had a great afternoon touring Tokyo with Taku. We gave him a list of the places we really wanted to see, and he managed to fit everything in without ever making us feel rushed. We visited Senso-ji Temple, Meiji Shrine, Shibuya Crossing, Omoide Yokocho and Golden Gai. One of the things we appreciated most was how much Taku knew about Japanese history. He gave us a really interesting overview of the emperors and the different periods of Japanese history, and explained the history and significance of the places we were seeing. We learned a lot without ever feeling like we were sitting through a history lesson. Taku was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to spend the afternoon with. He also knew his way around Tokyo extremely well (he knows all of the shortcuts) and made getting from place to place by train and on foot very easy. Big bonus: he was kind enough to take a few pics of the two of us along the way, and we ended up with some great memories from our day. We really enjoyed our time with Taku and would absolutely recommend him. Five stars!

Itinerary
Sensō-ji is a Buddhist temple located in Asakusa. The colourful and popular temple features the Kaminarimon Gate (Thunder Gate) at the entrance. From this gate, locals and tourists walk along Nakamise-Dori, a historic street lined with souvenir shops until they reach the second gate, the Hozomon. Outside the main hall and pagoda of Tokyo’s oldest temple, there is a fountain for washing hands, small stalls selling charms and rows of drawers for visitors to read their fortune for the day. The temple grounds offer ample photo opportunities around the trading hours of Nakamise-Dori when there are no crowds. If you decide to visit early in the morning, be wary of the shadows cast on some of the temple buildings from the surrounding skyscrapers. The main hall is open daily from 6am – 5pm, the temple grounds are always open and entrance is free.
If you cannot make it to Kyoto to visit the famous Fushimi Inari-taisha Torii gates, don’t despair. There’s a tunnel of 90 red torii gates in the middle of Tokyo. If you didn’t know about the shrines in the city, then you are likely to miss this spot altogether and one of the secret photography spots in Tokyo. Hie Shrine is a major shrine in Tokyo and is also the starting point of Sannō Matsuri, one of the three great Japanese festivals from the Edo period. Positioned on a tree covered hilltop, Hie Shrine is a serene place where locals come to worship.
Did you really visit Tokyo if you didn’t take a photo at Shibuya Crossing? Thought to be the world’s busiest pedestrian crosswalk, Shibuya crossing is also home to the bronze statue of Hachikō. The Japanese Akita dog is remembered for his remarkable loyalty and fidelity to his owner, for whom he continued to wait at Shibuya Station every day for nine years following his master’s unfortunate death. A popular spot to watch the organised chaos is from the second floor of Tsutaya Starbucks. The best time to visit Shibuya Crossing is around dusk or later as thousands of locals and tourists flock to the area to meet up for food or shopping. Try to snap a long exposure photo of all the people crossing the intersection against the buildings’ neon lights.
Sake Barrels @ Meiji Shrine, The Meiji Jingu (Meiji Shrine) is Tokyo’s largest and most famous Shinto Shrine. Located on an area that covers 175 acres on the edge of Shibuya, the precinct holds a huge collection of decorative sake barrels called kazaridaru. Traditionally, sake has been a means to connect the people of Japan and the gods and each year, sake breweries donate sake barrels to the enshrined deities and the sake is used in ceremonies and festivals. The Meiji Shrine is approximately 10 minutes walk from Harajuku Station. It is open daily from sunrise to sunset and admission to the shrine precinct is free. Please don’t be a douchebag; stay in front of the rope for your photo.
Known as “the cutest street in Tokyo,” Takeshita Street is located in Harajuku. You’ll find cuteness galore, from kawaii clothing shops to pink crepe shops and rainbow cotton candy vendors. The crepe shops are among the most popular local selfie hot spots.
Omoide Yokocho, is a narrow lane made up of small restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s a small slice of Japanese back alley culture. For such a small space, there’s a lot going on. It’s chaotic in the best way possible. The lanes look like they’re from a bygone era, and contrasted sharply from the modernity of the surrounding Shinjuku District. Omoide Yokocho actually has a second nickname, “Memory Lane”. This is a reference to the fact that the alley has changed very little over time. The heavenly smell of street food and brightly lit lanterns will draw you in. This is a great place to capture some old-timey Tokyo Instagram shots, as well as some tasty Japanese food!
Shinjuku Golden Gai is a small area in Tokyo with a lot of character. It has a unique and alluring nightlife scene. Small bars are clustered together and weave through narrow alleys and passageways. The lanes are only wide enough for a single person to pass-through. Because of this compact size, it’s the perfect place to take some pics of Tokyo’s city streets. You’ll easily be able to capture all the unique elements in one frame. At night, when the lights go out, and the lanterns and neon signs turn on, this area is especially magical.
**This tour does not include access to the inside of the Imperial Palace** The current Imperial Palace (皇居, Kōkyo) is located on the former site of Edo Castle, a large park area surrounded by moats and massive stone walls in the center of Tokyo, a short walk from Tokyo Station. It is the residence of Japan's Imperial Family.

kihabara (秋葉原), also called Akiba after a former local shrine, is a district in central Tokyo that is famous for its many electronics shops. In more recent years, Akihabara has gained recognition as the center of Japan's otaku (diehard fan) culture, and many shops and establishments devoted to anime and manga are now dispersed among the electronic stores in the district. On Sundays, Chuo Dori, the main street through the district, is closed to car traffic from 13:00 to 18:00 (until 17:00 from October through March).
Koishikawa Korakuen (小石川後楽園, Koishikawa Kōrakuen) is one of Tokyo's oldest and best Japanese gardens. It was built in the early Edo Period (1600-1867) at the Tokyo residence of the Mito branch of the ruling Tokugawa family. Like its namesake in Okayama, the garden was named Korakuen after a poem encouraging a ruler to enjoy pleasure only after achieving happiness for his people. Koishikawa is the district in which the garden is located in.
Hama Rikyu (浜離宮, Hama Rikyū), is a large, attractive landscape garden in central Tokyo. Located alongside Tokyo Bay, Hama Rikyu features seawater ponds which change level with the tides, and a teahouse on an island where visitors can rest and enjoy the scenery. The traditionally styled garden stands in stark contrast to the skyscrapers of the adjacent Shiodome district.
The Tokyo National Museum (東京国立博物館, Tōkyō Kokuritsu Hakubutsukan) is the oldest and largest of Japan's top-level national museums, which also include the Kyoto National Museum, the Nara National Museum and the Kyushu National Museum. It was originally established in 1972 at Yushima Seido Shrine and moved to its current location in Ueno Park a few years later. The Tokyo National Museum features one of the largest and best collections of art and archeological artifacts in Japan, made up of over 110,000 individual items including nearly a hundred national treasures. At any one time, about 4000 different items from the permanent museum collection are on display. In addition, visiting temporary exhibitions are also held regularly. Good English information and audio guides are available.
Rikugien (六義園) is often considered Tokyo's most beautiful Japanese landscape garden alongside Koishikawa Korakuen. Built around 1700 for the 5th Tokugawa Shogun, Rikugien literally means "six poems garden" and reproduces in miniature 88 scenes from famous poems. The garden is a good example of an Edo Period strolling garden and features a large central pond surrounded by manmade hills and forested areas, all connected by a network of trails.
Yoyogi Park (代々木公園, Yoyogi Kōen) is one of Tokyo's largest city parks, featuring wide lawns, ponds and forested areas. It is a great place for jogging, picnicking and other outdoor activities. Although Yoyogi Park has relatively few cherry trees compared to other sites in Tokyo, it makes for a nice cherry blossom viewing spot in spring. Furthermore, it is known for its ginko tree forest, which turns intensely golden in autumn.
Roppongi Hills is one of the best examples of a city within the city. Opened in 2003 in the heart of Tokyo's Roppongi district, the building complex features offices, apartments, shops, restaurants, a hotel, art museum, observation deck and more. The office floors are home to leading companies from the IT and financial sectors, and Roppongi Hills has become a symbol of the Japanese IT industry. At the center of Roppongi Hills stands the 238 meter Mori Tower, one of the tallest buildings in the city. While most of the building is occupied by office space, the first few floors have restaurants and shops and the top few floors house an observation deck and modern art museum that are open to the public.
Odaiba (お台場) is a popular shopping and entertainment district on a man made island in Tokyo Bay. It originated as a set of small man made fort islands (daiba literally means "fort"), which were built towards the end of the Edo Period (1603-1868) to protect Tokyo against possible attacks from the sea and specifically in response to the gunboat diplomacy of Commodore Perry. More than a century later, the small islands were joined into larger islands by massive landfills, and Tokyo began a spectacular development project aimed to turn the islands into a futuristic residential and business district during the extravagant 1980s. But development was critically slowed after the burst of the "bubble economy" in the early 1990s, leaving Odaiba nearly vacant.
Shibamata (柴又) is a neighborhood on the eastern end of Tokyo, not far from the Edogawa River which is the natural border between Tokyo and Chiba Prefecture. The town retains its old-school charm from yesteryear and is a perfect break away from modern Tokyo. One of the main attractions to see is the Shibamata Taishakuten Temple not far from the station.
Having miraculously avoided major damage during world wars and natural disasters, Yanaka and Nezu—two of the neighborhoods that make up shitamachi, Tokyo's old downtown—retain their last-century charm. You'll find historical sites such as Yanaka Cemetery and Nezu Shrine tucked away among shitamachi's narrow back alleys, traditional wooden houses, izakaya pubs, atmospheric coffee shops and retro stores selling old-style sweets and snacks. Here you can slip back in time to a slower-paced, more genteel Tokyo.

Our guide was very much on time at the meeting point. He send us a message the evening before to verify for the tour. On the morning of the tour he again send a message that he was at the pick up location. Our guide was a very nice man who spoke very good English. He had a lot of knowledge about Tokyo. Also he could answer questyions that weren't always related to the tour but more about culture, food and etiquette. Four hours was enough to have a good first experience of Tokyo and our guide mentioned nice optional things to do in Tokyo.
My family and I had a wonderful experience with our guide, Tachi. The entire tour was very educational and Tachi kindly answered all our questions. A highlight for us was when we stopped at the Tsukiji Market so we could grab food and desserts. Highly recommend!
Miki was a fantastic guide! He was friendly & knowledgeable and made the day enjoyable! The
What a great tour with a fabulous guide. Sammy took us on an ideal loop starting from our hotel and visiting so many of Tokyo highlights. From the beautiful shrines, to bussling street markets and a visit to the quieter side of Tokyo! We tasted things from local vendors that specialized in those items. Many great pictures to help us remember this wonderful trip!
I booked a 6-hour tour with Miho just a few days in advance during a business trip, after realizing I had a free day in Tokyo—and it ended up being one of the best decisions I made. I gave her a simple direction: show me something old and something new. She absolutely delivered. The itinerary she put together was thoughtful, seamless, and full of places I never would have found on my own. Her knowledge of each location added so much depth to the experience. Since I was traveling solo, Miho quickly became my go-to companion for the day—honestly, my new BFF. She made sure to capture photos of me at every scenic spot, which meant a lot since I was alone. I had suggested a casual picnic lunch, and she went above and beyond—bringing picnic mats and organizing everything beautifully. What really stood out, though, was how seriously she took my food allergy. When we checked the ingredients on my sandwich, she immediately noticed something was off. She called the restaurant, and they escalated it to headquarters—who confirmed that my allergen was actually used as a sweetener (in a sandwich!). Completely unexpected, and honestly a little scary. She handled it instantly and without hesitation—she may have genuinely saved me from a serious reaction. Throughout the day, she made sure I experienced Tokyo in a way that felt personal and fun. When I mentioned wanting to pick up Pokémon cards for my son, she didn’t just recommend a place—she built in a stop and took me there. At the end of the tour, she walked me to the train, waited with me, and made sure I got on the right one before saying goodbye. I truly felt like I had the best day—and left not just with great memories, but with a new friend. I can’t recommend Miho enough
I can honestly say this was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to my incredible guide, Kahori. From the very beginning, Kahori went above and beyond to make the day unforgettable. She thoughtfully planned our route to hit all the must-see locations while also adapting things on the fly based on my interests and pace. We covered so much ground! At every stop, Kahori shared fascinating history, cultural context, and little details I never would have noticed on my own. She was incredibly helpful beyond the tour itself, offering recommendations for places to eat, things to do, and hidden gems tailored to what I was interested in. It felt like exploring Tokyo with a knowledgeable friend rather than just a guide. The photos were absolutely amazing and I came away with shots that I’ll treasure forever. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate. And if you’re lucky enough to get Kahori as your guide, you’re in for something truly special. Highly, highly recommended.
Great experience with Bruce with an amazing sushi lunch at the end of our tour at a hidden “locals only” restaurant tucked away in the Tsushima FishMarket. Thank you so much for sharing your Japanese language hacks, cultural insights and suggestions for the rest of our stay in Tokyo!
We had a great day seeing some neat local sports and packed in a lot. We ended our day at Masanori’s favorite lunch spot in the fish market. My aunt and I had such a wonderful day!
Noripy was excellent! She was fun, very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me navigate the complex city of Tokyo - subway train rides, city crowds and my first sushi. A very memorable experience impossible to forget.
This walking tour with Sayumi (Sam) was excellent. We selected several sites from the listing proposed in the tour, as doing all 20 would have been impossible, given I was interested in capturing photos of temples and other cultural sites, which would take more time than a simple walkabout. Sam's English is excellent and her knowledge of the temples, shrines, history, culture and current events impressive. It was rainy and overcast the day of our tour, but not an impediment. Umbrellas in hand, we navigated to the sites, using the subway and walking. Downloading the PASMO app facilitated passing through the subway gates a breeze. Just tap and go. Sam's demeanor was professional, friendly and courteous. I covered lunch for us at a traditional ramen shop she selected. When I asked about the large number Karaoke entertainment establishments I'd seen, she suggested we give one a try. I paid about $4 for a 30 minute session and it was a wonderful cultural experience. Plus, Sam has a lovely voice! All this is to say, she was open to my curiosity and offered opportunities for us to explore the culture of Tokyo. Highly recommend! A+
It was fun discovering areas of Tokyo with Sam. She guided my teenage son and I perfectly, we had a really good time together. Super organized, knowledgeable, kind and very attentive in picking up on things we were interested in visiting. Thank you Sam for the great tour 🤗
Our guide, Seizo Kamiuto was great. He took us to each site we wanted to visit and explained the importance and history of each place. We had many questions which were clearly answered. Seizo was also very accommodating to our needs and wishes. We arrived early in Tokyo and he meet with us an hour early to start our tour, which was really apricated. A wonderful few hours walking around Tokyo.
Had a fantastic day, being showed Tokyo by a very experienced guide, Masa (Masatoshi Fujii). Excellent communicator both prior to our experience and during. He was very helpful when we exchanged our vouchers for the rail pass and we received a good introduction to using the trains! Masa is very knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to spend time with. Would definitely recommend
This tour was fantastic beginning to end. Yoshi was an amazing guide. He took us to all the places we wanted to see, and even remade the schedule because we had seen a few places on our own. He was so knowledgeable and made it interesting for our 3 teenage boys. He took us to ancient shrines and the most modern and novel parts of Tokyo. I especially appreciated that he took us on the subways so we could get the experience without having to learn it all ourselves. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. It was the highlight of our trip to Tokyo. And I would highly recommend Yoshi any day. He was the best!
Our guide Yoshi was absolutely fabulous! He completely tailored our tour to our interests and what everyone wanted to see. He was so informative and knowledgeable, and also a lot of fun. He took us to all the best spots and also took great pictures of our family. He also took us on the subways so we could quickly move around and get the real Tokyo experience without having to lose time learning it all ourselves.
We had a wonderful experience with Seizo Kamiuto. I requested the following custom itinerary: Hie Jinjya Shrine, Tokyo Tower, Tsukiji Fish Market (with lunch), Hama-rikyu Garden, Rainbow Bridge / Odaiba Marine Park, and the Nakameguro /Meguro Canal. We could not have visit all these places on our own with the ease and convenience that Seizo provided. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. At the Tsukiji Fish Market, he took us to his favorite sushi place where I had what could possibly be the best sushi I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this tour and if possible, request Seizo Kamiuto. He was absolutely wonderful.
We had a lovely half day with Ken guiding us around Tokyo. The communication before the trip and during the trip was excellent; Ken was very personable and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend.
Our trip was wonderful,Kozee was the best guide and wonderful and caring man ,paying for Taxi ,buying us coffee ,going to the chemist to buy hand warmers for me ,He was very informative and gave us plenty of of time to take photos and appreciate the sights Maureen ,Janene ,Judy . Australia
I had the absolute pleasure of having Miho as my tour guide in Tokyo, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Miho was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She customised the entire tour to suit my interests and physical limitations, ensuring I was always comfortable while still experiencing everything I had hoped to see — and more. Her deep knowledge of Tokyo’s history and culture added so much depth to every stop, and her thoughtful commentary made the entire experience both informative and engaging. On top of that, Miho has a great eye for photo opportunities and made sure I had beautiful memories captured throughout the day. If you’re looking for a personalised, flexible tour experience in Tokyo with someone who truly cares about your comfort and enjoyment, Miho is the one to book.
We had a wonderful time touring Tokyo with Sam ( Masafumi Miyazaki). We were visiting Japan for our first time and do not speak Japanese, to say we were nervous was an understatement. Sam made us feel relaxed and at ease. He communicated clearly and asked about our interest prior to personalize our experience. He met us at our hotel and guided us through the complex Tokyo subway. We visited Shibuya crossing and Hachiko Square. We visited Meiji Jingu where he provided us insight to the culture and history. We then went shopping at Takeshita Street Square. He even took us to a dog cafe that my daughter wanted to visit. He was very laid back and patient. We even visited Shinjuku and Omoide Yokocho. Lastly he even took us shopping at MEGA Don Quijote! We had a exceptional time. Sam was very professional and respectful. The tour provided us the opportunity to to visit all these places stress free. Highly recommended
Our guide Yoshi was great.Through Email and WhatsApp communication was very good. He provided us with a list of suggestions with information about each and asked us to choose 5 to 6 places we wanted to see he then put together an itinerary which he sent. His English was excellent and he was able to answer any questions we had throughout the day a very interesting and enjoyable day we learned and saw so much more in the short length of time than we ever would on our own Thank you again Yoshi
Taku did a great job relating the history & traditions of Tokyo, Japan to all the places that we saw, a very informative tour & such an epic cultural immersion! Hiring him as a guide was a massive savings of time & energy as we agreed to a reasonable list of sights before heading out with the time allotted & simply followed him around major sights in town. Definitely a must for your first time super hassle free time in Tokyo!
It was a great pleasure to learn more about Tokyo with Atsushi-san. He gave us a lot of background information for a deeper understanding of the city and the culture. The tour was perfectly fitted to us. We can strongly recommend Atsushi-san!
We had a wonderful day exploring the less touristic paths of Tokyo with great guide Mr. Shozzo Nitta, who has been exceptionally knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and always willing to answer our numerous questions about the sites and the everyday life of the people of this great country.
Had a great time with sam today. He showed us all over and was so kind. It was the perfect intro to Tokyo!! Would do it again!
I had the pleasure of experiencing Tokyo with Hideaki as my guide. He was the most informative guide I’ve ever had and he has the kindest spirit. We hustled around Tokyo, breaking only for lunch! I’m so impressed with how much I got to see, and Hideaki taught me how to navigate the subway system so I was able to do it alone the remainder of my trip. I cannot recommend this tour enough!!
I had Hideaki for this tour and he was absolutely the most amazing guide I’ve ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, and knows Tokyo like the back of his hand! We covered so much ground in our time, that I feel as though I got a very good representation of what Tokyo has to offer. Hideaki is very informative and extremely kind, and I could not have had a better experience!! Thank you, Hideaki!! Vanessa

Our tour guide, Mr. Minoru Asia was wonderful! We arrived from the US late last night and Mr. Asia was so helpful and flexible . Our tour was excellent and he made the day so interesting. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient . Highly recommend!!
I booked the Tokyo 6hr Instagram Highlights Private Tour to get a lot of content for our social media sites during my short stay in Tokyo. I was very clear with the tour operators of what I required from the tour when I booked, especially in regard to getting a lot of high quality social media content. I have taken similar instagram tours in many countries and they have all been excellent, and have met or exceeded our expectations. This tour was advertised as follows - Shrines and Street Art. Classical and Eccentric Beauty. Pop culture and Traditions. All of these come together to make Tokyo a truly photogenic city. Grab your camera and check out the most Instagrammable places in Tokyo! I was allocated Shuji, a 72 year old guide for this instagram tour. He was a wonderful man with a deep understanding of the culture and history of Japan and he spoke fluent English, however not your typical guide for a “Instagram Tour”. We had a wonderful 6 hour walking tour of many of the main sites of Tokyo and Shuji explained in detail, the history of each site we visited. Shuji also found a terrific restaurant for us to have lunch as I wanted to try Okonomiyaki, Osaka style while in Tokyo. Although I really appreciated Shuji’s extensive knowledge during the tour, the company should definitely not call this an instagram tour. On every other instagram tour I have done the guide is very experienced with getting the best shots and video for social media. They know every photo worthy location on our itinerary and they always suggest the best photography angles and framing and will want to take photos of you when you are travelling alone or as a couple. Shuji happily obliged when I asked jinn to take a photo of me, however it was very apparent that he was not experienced in taking quality photos for social media. If you are looking for a true “Instagram Tour” I would not recommend in booking this tour as the tour operator has used a very misleading tour name and tour description. However if you want a very good walking and history tour of Tokyo, I would definitely recommend taking a tour and requesting Shuji as your guide.

My husband and I had such an amazing time with Seizo Kamiuto as our guide around Tokyo. He was extremely knowledgeable about history, places and the best views in the city. The schedule was customizable if you wanted to see something specific but being our first time we went with the following popular sights: 1) Shibuya Scramble Crossing - we went in the morning which had less people than you would see at night time but still great to see how big the crosswalk is in person. Also, bonus got to take a picture with the Hachiko, the most loyal dog statue. 2) Meiji Shrine - we learned how to bow through the gate and how to pray in the shrine. It was a beautiful walk through the forest path where we got to see the sake barrels and wine barrels as well. 3) Imperial Palace - a beautiful location and extremely interesting, the palace is only open twice a year! 4) Sensoji Temple in Asakusa - extremely cute small shopping path to the temple! It was fun to see all the tourist dressed in kimonos. 5) Shinjuku Gyoen Garden- the cherry blossoms were not in season but the roses were and they were beyond beautiful! The park is huge but very kind of the emperor to give it to the public. I would definitely recommend the tour!
Our guide was fantastic. He took us everywhere and had a great knowledge of history. He was funny and kind and made our first day in Tokyo very special
We booked a 6 hr city tour of Tokyo and we had several planning emails with Sachi our guide before we arrived in Tokyo. She planned our day based on what we wanted to see and experience and explained how much cash we would need as well as which transit pass to purchase (Pasma). Unfortunately I had a medical issue on the morning of our tour and needed to see a Dr and pharmacist and Sachi was able to find a clinic and provide English translation for me. I was grateful she was with us to help us navigate the medical system and by Noon we were able to visit Asakusa temple and shrine and to shop for local souvenirs on Temple St. Sachi provided excellent tips on how to navigate the subway and train systems in Tokyo which was very helpful! We also had a quick visit to Meiju Jinju shrine before our tour ended and Sachi followed up with me the next day to make sure I was felling better. We had a great day with her and she was flexible and knowledgeable of the city history and the transit system. Her English is very good amd she has a lovely personality so we highly recommend Sachi for this tour. Thank you again Sachi for a really great day!
Highly recommend! Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. We visited the city highlights recommended by a local and he was willing to go anywhere we wanted to.
Had an incredible day with our guide Andy. Beautiful scenery and gardens and learnt a lot. Andy also took us for the most amazing lunch!
This tour was amazing, personal, and private. I loved it. Hiro is very knowledgeable on Japan and the Edo period. She is very considerate, professional, and caring. She made sure I was able to get good photos and also explained each site very well. I highly recommend her. She is one of the kindest people I ever met and for anyone wanting to tour with her you will be in good hands. She represents your company very well. Thank you so much Hiro. This was one of my best days in Japan.
Our guide Yuko did a great job showing us places of interest we didn’t even know about. We enjoyed a Japanese sit down lunch and she navigated the metro which we really appreciated. The day was a fantastic experience. Thank you Yuko!
Great day with our guide Bruce. He had great communication before my trip to Japan, and asked me everything I hoped to see. We accomplished everything, but one in one morning. He was delightful, knowledgeable, and I would love to have him be our guide again on any future tours
We had a wonderful day with Mami and our family of five. Mami reached out ahead of time to customize our tour. We experienced a delightful combination of visits to the Meiji and Nezu shrines, wandering down historic alleys, boutiques and food vendors, to exploring the unique shopping and cosmopolitan districts of Shibuyu, Harajuku and Ginza. She chose a wonderful place for lunch and gave us a great orientation to spend the rest of our time exploring Tokyo. Highly recommend!
A wonderful day spent with our guide Chieko (Cherry). Cherry was so accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and fun! Could not have asked for a better guide. Saw the sights we wanted to see and have fun doing it. A day to be remembered.
I took this tour solo with my tour guide, Seky. He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I showed him what I did the day before our tour, which he had on the agenda, but he was easily able to find other places to go and even took me to every spot I asked him about. He was also extremely knowledgeable about Japan’s history Seky was very friendly and even suggested to contact him if I get into any sort of trouble or need help with anything. He took many pictures for me and his hospitality is unmatchable. I’m very grateful I lucked out and got him as my tour guide. I highly recommend him and the agency!
Had an absolute blast seeing a Buddhist temple, Meiji Shrine, and Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Tachi was very helpful with pictures and telling us about the history with each place. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would. She was so patient with us when we were late to meet up.
Ted was AMAZING! He came at the lobby to gave us a present even if had a problem to my leg that caused the cancelling of my tour..unfortunately. But Ted in the minutest spent together at the lobby was so kind, gentle and available to help us in case we needed. Thanks for all.. hope to see you soon again!! David
