Don’t regret it - it’s a must. Get you IDP before leaving Australia. Great value for money: safe but still get some speed up through down-town Shibuya. Lots of photos, and paparazzi on the sidelines. Tendo was a terrific guide and gave us great information when we stopped at the lights. Dress up and play the part!

When I arrived, I realized I was the only person on the tour. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! Instead of a group experience, I got my own personal guide and photographer, which made the entire adventure even more memorable. A special thanks to Pato for making the experience so enjoyable! Having someone dedicated to guiding me and capturing photos along the way made it feel like a private adventure. I really appreciated the personal attention and the opportunity to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Sometimes, things don’t turn out the way you expect, but they turn out even better. This was definitely one of those times. Absolutely a 5/5 experience, and highly recommended to anyone visiting Japan!
A very good experience from the initial meet and greet to safety briefing to the route taken which went by many good sights. The costumes were fun to dress up in and the guide took loads of photos which were given. An excellent experience, thank you.

Who needs Rainbow Road when you’ve got Tokyo?! 🌃🏎️💥. This was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this anymore. And our Karts were tricked out with lights and were cooler than other companies we passed during our circuit. And our guide made it so much fun. This is a must in Tokyo.
We’re a couple in our 50s and had a great time. It’s not as scary as some might think. And you really should dress up. Thanks to the guides ability to predict traffic light changes, nobody got left behind
It was a good laugh. Basically had a private tour as booked in the morning and morning seems like a quiet time to book from the sounds of it. Our guide was lovely. Had a mishap with the first Kart and my sister was given another which was rather smoky but again added to the hilarity of it. Was a good time!

So disorganized! We showed up at scheduled time & address, only to be told that we need to be at the other location. Got to the second location and informed that that they didn't have our reservation. My card had been charged. I had a confirmation email & code?? We were offered to come back in 2 hours and get a complimentary Go Pro film of the ride. Ok, not happy. But when we got to the ride, the Go Pro they attached had a dead battery. We informed the host. He changes to a second battery. That one went dead half way through the tour. Something that should have been fun and easy became a huge hassle.
Amazing! Would do it again. Would love to do it at night.
An absolute bucket-list experience! If you want to see Tokyo from a completely unique perspective, this is it. Zipping through the bustling streets, cruising past iconic landmarks, and driving right through Shibuya Crossing is a major adrenaline rush. The tour was well-organized from start to finish. The guides gave a clear and thorough safety briefing before we set off, and they did an amazing job keeping our group safe and together through the busy traffic.
Wow! So amazing. We had a great time. The instructors were amazing and made navigation so easy. We even had a moment of open road to break free. We were like celebrities as we drove through the city. So many cameras and photos pointed at us and friendly waves. Loved it!

This was such an amazing experience and we would definitely do it again. Highly recommend using this company to do a go kart ride. Our guide Tento was fantastic. He gave us very clear instructions and was continually checking in with us while karting through the streets of Tokyo. He was pointing out places of interest and taking many photos of us along the way. If you like there are fun outfits to dress up in. Lockers to leave your belongings in while karting, toilets and complimentary bottled water at the shop ( meeting point ). They really have it all covered. We had a fabulous time ! Thanks Tento
Had a great time driving through Tokyo. I thought it would be difficult driving on the opposite side of the road, but we just played follow the leader, so it was very easy.

What an incredible experience! This adventure was worth every minute and exceeded all of my expectations. Our tour guide, Julian, was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having an amazing time. I especially appreciated his patience with me as I got comfortable driving on the road and keeping up with the group. He never made me feel rushed and was encouraging every step of the way, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. What a rush! This was one of the top things we did while in Tokyo. My 20 yr old daughter felt comfortable driving her own kart. It was awesome to see the city from a different perspective. Laura was our guide for the night and she did not disappoint. Turned out our family was the only ones booked so, luckily, we had a private ride. Laura took time to make sure we were secure driving the karts and explained how to keep safe and together as a group while driving in the city. She stopped to take pictures of us throughout the ride and provided us with the best experience ever! I highly recommend Monkey Adventure Kart.

My family and I had a great time! I was a little nervous at first because you are driving on the actual street. But it has been one of the best experiences we had in Tokyo. Rakesh, was the best. He made sure we were comfortable and had fun. He also took the best photos and shared them all with us at the end. If you’re in Tokyo, this is a “must do” for you.

I had a fantastic experience overall and would highly recommend this tour! Going into it, I was a little nervous about driving the go-kart. At 5 feet tall, I found it somewhat difficult to comfortably reach the pedals, which made me hesitant about driving myself. Our guide, Serhii, was incredibly understanding and accommodating. He offered to let me ride as a passenger on the back of his bike, which immediately put me at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy the experience without any stress. The ride itself was amazing. The sights were beautiful, and it was such a unique way to see the area. Serhii made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour and ensured that I didn't miss out on any part of the experience. During the tour, one member of our group had an accident that was no one's fault. Both Serhii and, if I remember correctly, Francisco reacted immediately and professionally, jumping into action to ensure the rider's safety and well-being. It was reassuring to see how seriously they took safety and how quickly they responded. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with excellent guides who truly care about their guests. Thank you, Serhii and Francisco, for making the tour both memorable and enjoyable!
We had a blast driving the Go-Karts through Shibuya at night. What a thrill! Our guide Rakesh(sp?) was amazing with the initial instructions, guiding us through the city and taking amazing pictures of us throughout the event. He was so friendly and personable, it really made us feel comfortable and connected throughout the drive. We also felt like celebrities as people waved at us from the sidewalks! Lol, what a kick! Recommend to anyone!

Booked for 8.45pm. Didn't get on the go karts until an hour later. The guide was good and go karting around the streets of Tokyo was an awesome experience! Totally worth doing it when in Tokyo. Some good photos and videos taken however, the majority of the time was dedicated to a young female solo traveller. The rest of us were just extras in her photo shoot for the night.

This was an amazing tour! Me and my friend had so much. Serhii was the best tour guide ever!!! Unfortunately my friend got a scammed international drivers license online and the business was still courteous enough to offer her a tandem ride and ride on the bike with the tour guide so that I wouldn’t be alone. Highly recommend, and request Serhii as your guide !!

if its a small group it will take less time than with a large one. course is same either way. lead tour guide will take pictures for you and does a great job.
We went on the tour on Monday 4th May and had a fantastic time. Our guide was Benny who was absolutely brilliant. We arrived and were shown a safety video about the tour. After the video Benny went over the controls again and the best way to enjoy the ride. Such a great experience driving the roads of Tokyo in a go kart and so many iconic things to see. Just can’t stop smiling all the way around it is such good fun. The locals and visitors to Tokyo all waving and taking photos of the line of cars. If you want to dress up in a costume they have plenty to choose from. Just a crazy , fun & mad experience. Don’t forget your drivers licence and international driving licence as these need to be seen before you ride. If you’re lucky enough to get Benny you will have a fantastic time. 10/10
Listen to the instructor and watch the hand signals, and you’ll have a great time! Outfits made the ride so much more fun!!
