Had a great time! If doing the karting at night it can be cold - at least wear gloves! Make sure you have your international drivers permit before you leave your country. You’re in for a great experience - so much fun!

An unforgettable Mario Kart experience with the amazing Satar and team! This was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! The Mario Kart experience with Kartzilla was absolutely incredible, and the whole group had an amazing time from start to finish. Getting to drive through the streets of Tokyo while passing some of its famous landmarks was such a unique and exciting way to experience the city. It was so much more than we expected! A huge shoutout to Satar, Emma and Josie, who truly made the experience extra special. His sense of humour, infectious energy and ability to keep everyone entertained and in high spirits made the entire experience even more enjoyable. He knew exactly how to bring the group together, keep the excitement going and ensure everyone was having a great time. We were all laughing, smiling and thoroughly enjoying every moment. The experience was well organised, memorable and something we will be talking about long after our trip. Anyone visiting Tokyo and looking for some fun, different and genuinely unforgettable experience, I would highly recommend Kartzilla. And if you get Satar as your guide, you’re in for an absolute treat! Thank you for such an extraordinary experience, we thoroughly enjoyed it!!

This was an exciting way to travel and see some of the iconic sights of Tokyo. Saffa our guide and Martin were excellent. The go karts are maintained to a very high standard and safety is a major consideration. Safety briefing , everone equipped with headsets, vehicles all checked before leaving. Thoroughly recommend this tour. Excellent

The tour was epic! We felt totally safe and the guide took lots of pics. The only small point of confusion was that the meeting point is in their office on floor 4, not so easy to find. Luckily they saw us waiting by the garage and directed us up. Overall the experience was fantastic and a great way to see the city

Get there early & dress up in the costumes available and get in the theme. Ir was a fantastic drive. The veiws were fantastic. The operators were very processional, accomidating and freindly. We had great pictures taken. Highly recomend doing this.

Very fun experience drove for 2 hours.

The experience was amazing even though the rain started kicking in later in the night. The overall experience was marred by the guide, who was great to be honest, but he asked everyone to tip him and the other workers which we didn’t think was fair considering the custom is not to tip in Japan. He waited as we got ready to leave and once someone pulled out a note, everyone followed. No issue with tipping but not in countries where it’s not standard practice. I recommend just leaving. They are getting paid. You are on holidays. Just enjoy the experience and keep your note

Great experience would do again

This was canceled due to weather and rescheduled for Thursday. I am still waiting to try this but the communication was poor as we had to arrive 40 minutes before the event and I paid 7K yen to get there and was notified 20 minutes before the tour

Such a fun and unique experience! We really enjoyed going at night when all the city was lit up but would have enjoyed a daytime tour as well. I always felt safe with our tour guide Satar and felt like I was real life in the Cars ride from Disneyland

This was an amazing experience. The guides were wonderful. Our first trip at night it rained as we were getting started and the staff worked with us to book it the next day and it was worth the wait. Definitely will come back to do the night tour since it got rained out but during the day is fantastic as well

Amazing experience, safe and secure

It had two addresses went to one was wrong. Got there on time at 6:30. They rescheduled us for the day after at 7:50 for the 830 ride still closed never showed up. The experience was very poor. Wanted a refund never got it do not book.
