Overall great experience. We went at night and it was incredible to see the lights. It felt safe and we were out for the full 90 mins. It gets cold, so layer up, wear the outfit they give you and the gloves.

really well organised, clear safety video and instructions with fun costumes for photos/videos while out driving! nothing to fault in all honesty, was nervous going to do it but with the well organised staff leading the route mixed with the safety instructions before-hand it went amazingly!

Brilliant all the way through, safety always put first, amazing instructions and guidance tutorial. Lead driver was great! Overall superb experience highly recommend!

We had a great time- even though it did pour with rain for about 30 minutes!! Guides were helpful and travelling through Tokyo in a Kart was just so much fun. I am 6foot (183cm) and, like their recommendations say, I think it would be uncomfortable for anyone taller than that. Recommend this ✅

We had a great time. There was an expectation of rain and others had canceled but the tour operator still took us out for a great tour. The tour operator had multiple staff keeping us safe and getting action shots as a keepsake. Overall would recommend them.

We had a great time. We felt safe. The location was a little challenging to find, even with GPS. The costumes made the entire experience a little extra fun.

Found out about this while searching for unusual things to do in Tokyo. Although there are several operators in the city, we chose JapanGoKarts because it was located in Shinjuku, where we were staying. Staff was great, very professional and very safety conscious. As it turned out, we were the only two that signed up for a 4 o'clock ride. We had a front van in a back van and just us two in the middle. The go karts are great, going going up to 40 mph. We spent well over an hour driving through Shinjuku and Shibuya, including the famous scramble crossing. Can't express how much fun this is. Period to think that you are driving go karts through the most populated part of the most populated city in the world is incredible to describe. Hands-down, the most fun for the money! Can't recommend Japan Go Karts enough.

What an unforgettable experience! Driving a go-kart through the streets was exciting, well-organized, and so much fun. The staff were friendly, the safety briefing was clear, and seeing the city from a completely different perspective made it even more memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique adventure!

What a great experience, riding a go kart through Tokyo dressed as Minions 😂 From start to finish the tour was brilliant, staff were excellent and the sharing of photos at the end was a lovely touch. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very nice Tour through Shinjuku and Shibuya. The carts are new, the whole experience felt very safe. We had the guide in a leading van and a van behind our group.

The tour operator did a very concise and clear safety orientation. I really appreciated their advice. We had so much fun. Just a little tip: it’s windy so wear gloves.

We had an absolute blast hurtling through the streets of Tokyo. Don't think just go do it. There was a great emphasis on safety but not to much that it was a hinder our enjoyment and at no time was I nervous, even when my cart stalled at one set of lights. I cannot recommend Japan cart highly enough. It's was a great experience, looking like a cartoon character driving through this busy busy metropolis what's not to love.

Safe and fun ride, with proper instructions at the start, one person riding in the front of the group and one at the end. It was the highlight of the day for my sons! Plus they took lots of photos and gave us photos in the end.

This is a must activity when visiting Japan. My brothers and I had a blast. Make sure you get your international drivers permit.

A great, fun activity which would definitely not be legal in the UK!!!! You get to drive the streets of Tokyo in a go kart, escorted by Japan Kart staff to keep things safe. It’s not an opportunity for sightseeing as you need to focus on what you’re doing. You also don’t get a running commentary to tell you where you are. Photos and complementary snacks are a nice touch. Staff were accommodating, friendly and welcoming.

Just a whole lot of fun. Staff were great and took heaps of photos along the way, then shared them with us at the end. The karts were well maintained and instructions were clear so felt very safe. We had a lead and trailing vehicle so were well looked after on the road. Highly recommend.

This was a very fun experience! Yes it’s a go cart so you aren’t able to go that fast but you get to wear costumes!! I would’ve taken the longer tour if it wasn’t already booked up.

We booked through Klook and everything was perfect : we had a great time and felt very safe at all times : Traffic in Tokyo is very controlled and everyone is very careful. We got dressed up which added to the experience so this is a must. Great way to see the city

Make sure you take your passport, drivers licence and international license as you will miss out on so much fun

It was an excellent experience, and the company was very organized with brand-new vehicles. We received a fifteen-minute briefing and were assigned a driver who led the group. A minivan followed behind us, providing security the entire time. The tour lasted an hour and took us past the most iconic landmarks in the city, including Shibuya Crossing twice.
