Great time, with a variety of food, thank you!

Amazing night. So lovely meeting the others in our group and Yuko was just lovely! The food was amazing, you got to experience different pockets of Tokyo and some fantastic cuisine. Very interactive. Definitely a good idea to try lots of different dishes.

This is so much better than some of the other food tours out there (like the Shinjuku one). Great local eateries and food without getting lost in the tourist shuffle. This is the second time I have done this particular tour (after trying some of the other ones).

Great fun time, Jane our guide was fun and energetic. We learnt some essential Japanese that has been helpful. The tour took us to eating places we never would have found on our own. So much food, more than we expected. Good value for money.

We had the most amazing time with our guide Yuhji, he was great, so knowledgeable and great company highly recommend . Five stars!

Unfortunately, our experience and the experience our entire group was not that positive. The guide was not engaging. Took us into some busy places and we were having trouble understanding her but also hearing her as she would target her conversation at one or two people. Didn't find it interesting or that enjoyable. Nothing you couldn't find on your own quite easily. The restaurants we stopped at were mediocre, she didn't have a reservation for one of our stop so we ended up looking around for another option. Food was very average. Maybe it was just our guide, but I wouldn't recommend this tour.

Not really a pub crawl more of eating ecperance. I would have liked a pub to pub experience. First time ever in 20 years that I had a guide have beers with us. Not a good value for the money.

Our tour guide Jane was excellent telling tus bits about the history of Japan while we were traveling around the city on our food tour. She took us to the places locals go so we got a great food experience. All the places we went had very good food.

Jane was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide.. great food also.

Google Maos caused confusion re our meeting place but Masa was an amazing guide,. As there were only the two of us on our tour he adapted to my disability, (only apparent after booking the tour), and could not have been more considerate, flexible or knowledgeable. The food we ate was exceptional as were the staff in the restaurants we visited. Highly recommend this tour.

Very unique tour with Yuhji! He took us to a local dining and drinks spot under a bridge where the trains pass. Unique experience trying food and drink we wouldn’t have otherwise.

Jin was beyond incredible the genuine care and authentic love for what he does paired with his unfathomable knowledge made for a unique and truely memorable start to our trip! Give the man a raise and promotion he is a credit to his country his work and family and a national treasure! Meeting him was an honour and pleasure we can not be more thankful for having the opportunity to meet him! Thatcher was a great guide. She was very pleasant and explained the significance of each area and the food we dined in. This was an amazing experience to try to authentic Japanese food and drinks!

Absolutely amazing in every way. Food was the tops. The guide Watanabe was totally over the top. Could not have asked for a better guide!!!

This was with no doubt a worth tour. Our guide Thatcher was very kind and informative. She introduced us to foods that we would have never known existed in Japan and the places she brought us to were quaint and delicious. if you like to try new things, this is the right tour for you.

Jane was a wonderful guide! We had a blast exploring some of Tokyo’s food culture and learning a little bit more about the history of Tokyo. It was fun trying new things that I’d never have tried otherwise.

Takuma Watanabe was a great tour guide! He was very considerate very kind and he accommodated everything for me having a bad knee. He made sure to take a slow for me. It wasvery enjoyable to have chats with and he was a great Cook and I really enjoyed this. I would recommend this for anybody the experience is memorable cost worth the value. I couldn’t even eat all the food three hours of food tasting and drinking. You’re definitely leaving over full and tipsy. Everything was very much a great house you get to have the original Japanese atmosphere that everybody wants experience. Staff is very pleasant at all. Yes most places were crowded, but they always have for us.. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking to get something off regular tourist sites

Nabe was a terrific guide, so easy to talk to and very informative! We were able to see places we would never see before, very grateful for this amazing experience!
