Excellent experience for a first time traveller like me to Japan. Gwen was exceptionally good communicator.
Jun was a very good guide and took us to great places. Very informative about Japanese culture and the locations and gave us nice gifts and luck allowing us to see fuji-san
Great tour to do, Better than the other tour we done 2 years ago. The Mt Fuji tour. Seeing Mt Fuji from a distance is far better than going on top of mountain
Jun was our guide today and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and organized with everything, including helping everyone book their lunch and the Swan Lake boat ride. Thank you so much Jun!!
Great whole day tour. Lucky that Mt Fuji was generous to us today. Augustine was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and funny. Hopefully you can hear him sing the national anthem of Sushi.
Our group tour met at Beans across from the Tokyo Station. Our tour guide Belle was wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly and was very nice. Although it was a Mount Fuji tour, because it was a cloudy day we didn’t actually see it. Mount Fuji had s only visible about a third of the year. Our day was action packed. We travel to the Mount Fuji area and saw a lovely Shrine on a hill. We had a nice traditional lunch. Went to two beautiful lakes and a boat tour. Then a cute little town and filled our water bottle with the mineral water. We started at 8am and was back at around 7pm.
We had a fantastic trip to Mount Fuji today! 🗻🇯🇵 The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The operator (Belle) was incredibly friendly, polite and funny, which made the day even more enjoyable. She created such a relaxed and positive atmosphere and was always happy to help. The trip gave us some amazing memories and beautiful views. Everything was well organised, and we really enjoyed every moment. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Japan. A great day, great service and great people! Des ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my first time going on a tour in Japan, and I had a super friendly tour guide who was very helpful. Belle was our guide today—not only was she a guide, but she also served as a skilled photographer. She always kept the mood light on the bus. Ohhh, I’d give her 10 stars! Send big Love to Belle
Was a really nice tour, great to get out of the city and experience some of the nature
Belle was a delightful guide. Made the entire journey pleasant.
The tour was very informative but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. It was cloudy so Mr. Fuji was not making an appearance.
Fantastic trip, well organised and hassle free
The whole trip was well planned and every aspect of the trip was properly coordinated. I'm sure that it is arranged by an organization but credit goes to Ms. YuKi who sussesfully made this trip a 8memorable one. She is very polite and made this trip very interesting. Thanks Ms. YuKi. Keep up the good work.
I had a very nice trip with Yuki. She was a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide, and everything was very well organized. Unfortunately, due to the weather, I couldn’t see Mount Fuji, but the other places we visited more than made up for it. The vegetarian lunch was also delicious. Overall, a great experience! Arigatō gozaimashita, Yuki-san!
Funny, quick, polite, and she was very educating, was quick with the whole trip and got us home earlier than anticipated. Very positive!
Yuki was an excellent guide and very pleasant and helpful.
It was a good fuji tour for one day.Our tour guide Yuki is so kind and helpful
Great experience The guide Belle is very good and professional.she was perfect in her guide role and able to give us all about her beautiful culture and home history I strongly recommend this tour
Belle was very knowledgeable and despite the fact we never got to see Mount Fuji because of the clouds hiding it, she kept us entertained and it was a very enjoyable trip. She always sent the bus location and the time to be back on WhatsApp so everyone knew how long they had at each stop.
Excellent trip. Yuki was an excellent host for the day. Weather dampened the day but not the experience. Great to get out to see the amazing nature of Mt Fuji region.
Everything was Good, the places we visited, the punctuality. Maybe at some points have a little bit more time for shopping but its understandable as it takes 2h to come here. The guide Yuki for amazing
Belle was a great tour guide. The scenery was nice and the wagyu beef lunch was delicious. Even though it was too cloudy and rainy to see Mt. Fuji, I still had a good time. The guide was really helpful with photos and very patient with everyone. This was my first time taking a tour in Japan, even though it's my third visit. Bus driver was so friendly and courtiest.
It was a great trip to Mount Fuji! Even though it was cloudy and unfortunately we couldn’t see the mountain, I still had an amazing time. Everything was very well organized, and our guide Belle was absolutely wonderful, very kind, helpful, and positive. I highly recommend this tour! 🗻❤️
Nice service and performance.
Akimi was an EXCELLENT guide and she shared a lot of history along the way too! I would definitely ask for Akimi on my next tour.
Akimi was very bubbly and sweet. She had great knowledge and shared some insight a on the places we were going. It was also my partner’s birthday and she even got him a little gift.
Akimi was such a perfect guide. She explained everything in detail and was very motivated throughout the trip. Completely recommended, even if Mount Fuji isn't visible.
We had a good day with our guide Taiyo. He was very helpful. We visited nice spots and we even saw Fuji.
Akima brought her lucky Pokémon and we were able to see great views of Mount Fuji despite the rainy weather. She was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable and was very helpful with everyone on the tour
We had a great experience! The stops had great views of Mount Fuji! Our tour guide Akimi was amazing! She had great knowledge on the sites and was super friendly! Definitely recommend doing this tour with Akimi!
This was an exceptional experience for us. We highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Japan. It was worth all the money and some! And if you are also lucky to have Taiyo as your guide, you will be in for a special treat! Taiyo is not only very well organized, polite, precise, and knowledgeable, but also enthusiastic and generous. He offered to take photos of ours whenever we asked him to. Thank you Taiyo for a truly memorable tour around the majestic Mt. Fuji!
We had an amazing experience on the Mount Fuji full-day tour, and Taiyo was an exceptional guide! He was incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire day. He kept everything organized and made sure we knew where to be and when, while also giving us interesting information about each of the places we visited. We got to see so many beautiful spots around Mount Fuji, even though Mount Fuji was hidden the majority of the day. Taiyo made the experience feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. He was also very attentive to everyone in the group and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time.
Really enjoyed this tour. The communication from the company about the meeting point was clear, the stops were well planned, and Fuji showed herself so it was a great tour!
Great trip being very well guided! Congratulations to the driver too.
Sandy's bright personality and friendliness made the trip a wonderful experience. Sandy is very knowledgeable and passionate about all the sites we visited. Definitely take Sandy's advice about the grape ice cream! I'm glad I didn't miss out, it was delicious! Thank you Sandy for taking photos for us and making our Mount Fuji trip unforgettable!
I enjoyed my experience. I would recommend.
Sandy is always smiling and ready to assist. He made the tour enjoyable for me and my daughter, 5/5 experience!

Wonderful experience, great tour guide - I hope you get Sandy as your guide. Wonderful humor and upbeat! Always up and ready to showcase Japan wherever we were, good photo taker as well!
Wi did see mount fuji and it was great
The Mount Fuji experience with Taiyo was amazing. The bus ride was very smooth and he did an amazing job with providing backstories and history of the points we visited along the way. Getting to the meeting point for pickup was a bit tricky due to trying to navigate the Tokyo public transport system, but he was exceptional in helping to guide us so we could get to the bus and do the trip. Would recommend to do!!
Good photo spots!!! Thank you Akira!
Mr. Wang was an awesome tour guide. Super friendly and well spoken English.
