Tokyo ⇆ Narita Airport (Nrt) Private Transfer One-way／roundtrip

The communication was great. Finding our driver was easy. The trip to our hotel was perfect. The van was fantastic and fit all our luggage.

So easy with meet and greet ,excellent communication between the driver through whats app ,delivered to the door of our hotel highly recommend this service.

Booked this a few days in advance, the operator communicated to me using WhatsApp. The driver arrived early and was polite. The vehicle they used was very comfortable and we arrived to the airport in about 1h 15m from Shinjuku in the afternoon.

I paid to have the driver meet us at the gate. She texted me when we landed that she was there and I should text her when we were at the baggage area, which I did. When we exited to the concourse she wasn't there. I called her. She went to the wrong terminal. We waited 15 minutes, she ran in and was totally flustered. We got to the car and when we left she twice stopped the car to close the trunk annd take pictures of our luggage Then she almost hit a wall. Thankfully we got to the hotel safely.

The drivers were so nice and great drivers. What I especially liked was the day before we were contacted to confirm driver, pickup place, and a number to contact them. The day of pickup they let us know when they had arrived. Helped with luggage. Definitely recommend

The driver was timely and communicated with us through Whatsup, making it easy to find him. Extremely Comfortable Van, annd seamless transfer from anirport to hotel. Highly recommend this company for airport transfers.

Friendly driver and nice vehicle. Our hotel was over and hour from Nariita Airport and after using the train system extensively we realized it is great for getting around town but not designed for people traveling with luggage. Money well spent.

Normally works well, but this time it didn't. We were 20 minutes early, the driver was 30 minutes late.

On time and efficient, our driver was awaiting for us with our name on the sign after we cleared customs He cheerfully helped with our luggage..& made sure all was out when we arrived exhausted at our hotel. We had no issues with his service. Thank you.

Driver was so on time, he was early! Very nice and courteous driver. He drove very safely and got us to to Narita airport quickly and safely. Van was super nice with very comfortable seats and air conditioning that you control yourself. Great experience.

We would not recommend this transfer!! Our flight was delayed by 30 minutes and the driver would not wait. This is contrary to the description in the transfer overview where the driver will wait up to 90 minutes. They cancelled mid flight and we were left with finding an alternative transfer upon landing. Don’t use this service.

This company left us stranded at the airport. As we missed our pick up time by 27 minutes due to a flight delay. We Gave the driver 5 hours notice ( before boarding) of this delay. But they need 24 hours. ( how can you know a flight is delayed 24 hours in advance) He said he could wait for 26 minutes( we were there at the meeting spot out front in 27 minutes) Nothing! Not even an apology! This cost us $223aus We ended up catching the train for another $66. No refund either from the company or Viator Terrible service all round!

The driver was great. Our flight got changed and I asked if he could pick us up earlier than planned. He did!! Way cheaper than booking thru hotel

The driver contacted us before our flight. We touched base after landing and while going through customs. She was standing right where we could easily see her with my name on a sign. She was very accommodating. It took 1 1/2 hours to get to our hotel. Very smooth and professional driver.

We booked the transfer on our first visit to Japan. Paid for it, then when we met with the driver which was smooth, they were waiting with our name, They informed us that we had to pay $6000 Yen extra as our hotel was outside their usual zone. Given that all this information was input into the original booking, it was really annoying as we are hardly not going to pay it when we just want to get to our hotel. We were advised that an email had been sent, which it had but whilst we were in transit. I know its not a lot extra but $60 aud basically extra, but its just the very first impression of Japan was annoying. I booked it well in advance (11th September) so would expect that I would have been advised previously so I then could have sourced a cheaper transfer. All up the transfer cost me $280 AUD For a transfer from Narita to Yokohama

Driver was appropriately easy to find at airport. Don’t necessarily expect much conversation with your driver if you only speak English. It’s just a convenient way to a hotel after long travel from USA.

Our driver Mr. Lee got us to our destination safely and quickly. We appreciate his communication via WhatsApp. However, he was late to pick up and because of that we didn’t have our personal greeting which was a bummer. It would’ve also been great if they sent a driver who spoke a little English as that was mentioned on the original reservation.

Driver was a little early but we were ready. Did a great job with all our luggage and got us safely to airport. Appreciated his professionalism. The price was great for as far as we traveled with sic people and lots of luggage

The transportation from Narita to our hotel went very smoothly. It was very nice considering we arrived in the evening after a long flight from the US and we were too tired to navigate the train.

The driver never contacted us thru WhatsApp and did not show up at our Hotel. We had to take a taxi at a considerable high cost. We tried contacting someone through the numbers provided but that didn't help us. Extremely disappointed. Our 3 other booking in Tokyo went without a problem.

It was a great experience, the driver contacted me early and was already waiting there and informed me by WhatsApp, Message and greeted me. I had an amazing time in Japan and the single worst decision I made was choosing this operator for transport back to the airport. Booked serval days in advance and outside of the booking confirmation, received no messages from the driver or the vendor. I reached out the night before to say hey, we haven’t heard from anyone. I get a response with a WhatsApp number and I reached out to the driver directly that night. Driver doesn’t respond back until morning, fine. ~1 hour after the driver responds, flight is delayed for 5 hours. I immediately contacted the company via Viator and the driver letting them know and requested to move the pickup time a few hours or assign a new driver. Instead of being flexible, I was told there is no changing the time (mind you the driver was just assigned) and I can sit at the airport for 9 hours. I said that will not work for us and requested a refund. They said no refund will be offered, take it up with the airline. I let them know that I’ll be disputing the charge with my CC company. If you book and have any flight disruption (which is common) you will be told take it up with someone else and not get your money back.

Great way to get from NRT to Tokyo. So much easier than trying to do trains! We would definitely do this again!

Driver came and got us right on time. He was courteous and helped with our luggage. Drive to Narita was about an hour and we made it safely.

We had an excellent experience with our driver BYLG. He sent us a WhatsApp message the day before so we knew who to contact. Once we landed in Japan he sent us a message welcoming us. He arrived exactly on time & got us to our hotel in Tokyo safely. We highly recommend!

Excellent communication and smooth pickup at airport.

I will never use Viet or again. They failed to show up after 3 or 4 confirmation emails back-and-forth with the operator of the transport service. I had to use a taxi, which cost me a hundred and fifty dollars more thoroughly. The worst ever I'll never use viet or again. For any pickup, I can't rely on them

The driver contacted me the day before the pickup just to confirm the arrival information. He was on time and friendly but respected my jet lag and didn’t try to make small talk. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
