Great places, went to all the areas we mentioned we were interested in. Kura sushi was fun, Kappabashi was great to stroll through. Finding a coffee lab in a secret spot was so unique. Omotesando shopping was upscale and resale place was amazing. Yuma was full of fun facts and English was excellent.

Yuma was amazing young man who knew the city so well and did a great job of reading what we would like to see. One of the best spots in was the coffee shop Koffre Mameya was perfect as I love the science of coffee. He is friendly and very well spoken. Best wishes to Yuma.
We had an incredible day with Yuma. 2 of our party of 4 had never been to Japan. He provided an immersive experience that REALLY showed us great parts of Tokyo we never would have found. I highly recommend this tour for new and seasoned visitors!
Having that flexibility made the day relaxed and enjoyable. I changed my mind along the way, but the guide quickly accommodated my request.
We loved the freedom this tour offered. We opted for the 6-hour tour and worked with our guide to mix popular spots with some off-the-beaten-path locations. The ability to completely customize the schedule made us feel like we were exploring the city with a local friend!
We only had a short time in Tokyo, so the 6hour tour was perfect. We told the guide we wanted to see Shibuya's highlights and find some unique souvenirs, and they created a personalized route just for us. It was efficient, fun, and completely tailored to our wishes.
Tour was the best decision we made for our Tokyo trip. We chose the 8-hour option, which gave us plenty of time to create a fully customized itinerary. They helped us build a day around our interests in both modern art and traditional gardens, something no standard tour could offer.
Sakura created a great tour that was centered around my 17 year old Twins. We focused on the things they were interested in. We played video games and claw. Street food, authentic Sushi in a local spot, and Anime fun photos. She had a great connection with our family by the end of the day. My daughter said she was the best guide we’ve ever had.
I joined a private tour in Tokyo and had an amazing experience thanks to our guide, Sakura. She was incredibly attentive and flexible, always listening carefully to our wishes and adjusting the plan to suit our needs. When my wife became tired from walking, Sakura kindly changed the itinerary and took us to a hidden local spot that only Japanese people would know about. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and care. This tour became one of the highlights of our trip to Japan!
Ran was very accomodating to us. We had 3 children under the age of 3 and my pregnant wife on the tour. The kids and all of us had a great time.
I have been on guided tours in many countries, but this was the best tour of my life. Instead of tired and unmotivated guides, our guides were very fresh and excellent Japanese students. You can tell they are fully committed to the business of the tour and to telling us about Japan. I 100% recommend this tour, fully customized for you!
I joined a private tour with our guide Ran, visiting Meiji Shrine, the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, and a pancake shop. Ran's insightful explanations at the shrine deepened my understanding of its history and customs. We also explored Takeshita Street and enjoyed a Japanese crepe. At the Scramble Crossing, I was amazed by the vibrant atmosphere and took lots of photos. The day ended with delicious fluffy pancakes. Thanks to Ran's knowledgeable and friendly guidance, I had a fantastic experience of both traditional and modern Tokyo.
If you want to enjoy Tokyo smoothly away from the hustle and bustle, you should definitely make a reservation. I recommend Seiya! We had a general idea of the places we wanted to visit, but we couldn’t research the means, order, or whether we could definitely experience them. After making a reservation, we received a Google Sheet asking for the key points of our requests, and upon filling it out, they created and sent us a provisional itinerary. The itinerary was perfect, and they also provided interesting suggestions for the remaining time. During the tour, the kind guide Seiya guided us smoothly, allowing us to have a very fulfilling time. Although this period was very crowded with tourists, thanks to Seiya accompanying us, we were guided to places and cafes where locals relax. Thank you.
For Christmas, I planned a trip to Japan as a gift for my children! I wanted to make sure they had the best possible experience, so I booked a tour that included planning and cultural exchanges with Japanese locals. Our guide was incredibly kind and immediately connected with our family. She quickly understood the children’s interests and offered many thoughtful suggestions. We had an amazing time experiencing Japan and made wonderful new friends along the way. I highly recommend it!
I had a 5-day trip planned with my daughter, and I received excellent assistance in organizing the whole itinerary. As a single father, this was my first time traveling with my daughter. Despite reaching out just a week before the trip, they explained each step clearly and arranged everything for us. What made me happiest during our stay in Japan was seeing so many smiles from my daughter. It will be a while before we can return to Japan, but when we do, I will definitely book this private tour again. With deep respect for our amazing guide, Kei.
I’m really glad I took part in this tour. It was our first family trip, and thanks to the guide and the planning team, we were able to see the highlights of Tokyo in such a short time. They treated me like a friend throughout the tour. Most importantly, I’m happy to have made Japanese friends. When they visit my home country, I’d love to show them around. I’d give this tour 10 stars!
This private tour was a wonderful experience to fully enjoy Tokyo's fashion and gourmet food. Our guide, Riko, was very kind and suggested a course that suited my tastes. First, on the fashion side, I was really excited to be able to visit the latest shops in Shibuya, Omotesando, and Harajuku, checking out local designers and exclusive items. I was able to experience Japan's unique street fashion and simple, elegant designs, and was able to reaffirm the appeal of shopping that can't be experienced anywhere else. Next, for the gourmet part, we visited hidden gems and locally acclaimed restaurants. The fresh sushi, the exquisite ramen, and even the Japanese sweets were all delicious beyond my expectations. The guide also explained the background of the dishes and food culture in detail, so we were able to enjoy the meal even more. Overall, it was a very fulfilling day as we not only visited famous tourist spots but also got to experience the local culture. These private tours are attractive because they can be arranged to suit your personal needs, allowing you to have an experience that is a little different from other tourists. Also, I would like to participate next time!
I had the privilege of taking a private tour through Tokyo, and it was truly something special. My guide, Ran, shared so much knowledge about the history and culture of the city, helping me understand a side of Tokyo that's not always visible to those on typical sightseeing routes. What stood out most was how we got to walk through a quiet neighborhood, tasting delicious local food, far away from the usual crowds of tourists. The tour felt very personal and flexible—Ran allowed me to explore at my own pace, which made it Even more enjoyable. As we wandered through the city, we spoke about Tokyo's cityscape and its rich history, and it felt like I was spending time with an old friend who truly knew the land. The depth of Ran's knowledge made the experience even more meaningful, and it turned an ordinary day into something extraordinary. I'm so glad I chose this tour—it gave me a true taste of Tokyo, the kind of experience that stays with you long after you leave. Big thanks to Ran for making it all happen. It was a journey I’ll never forget.
Ran was the best guide! She created an itinerary with us in advance, including all details and layover/meal costs, and gave us very helpful advice before leaving for Japan. Even on a heavy rainy day, our tour was perfect. We wanted to experience touching animals, go to places that appeared in anime, and eat delicious sushi. I saw and followed everything on the itinerary. Wherever you are, you will be happy to have Ran as your guide. Thank you so much, Ran!
We arrived in Tokyo for the first time last night. The guide met us in front of the hotel and gave us a brief explanation and self-introduction since we were not familiar with transportation or Tokyo. Our guide, Ran, was easy to get along with and was with us every step of the way. She was very friendly and helpful. They carefully explained to us all the information we needed to know on the first day, and we were able to gain useful knowledge for the rest of our trip. We highly recommend this tour, which catered to our needs and made it the perfect experience. You'll have a stress-free experience and be a happier traveler.
Taka was a great guide. To be honest, we had more fun talking to him than the sites we looked at. He's 21 years old, but you wouldn't know it! It was my first time going to Tokyo. This tour allowed us to see sights, take trains, eat some of the best sushi and ramen I've ever had, and make friends. Highly recommended. It's an easy way to enjoy Tokyo to the fullest. I sincerely hope to meet him again somewhere. If you are busy and have difficulty planning your itinerary, we highly recommend making reservations. He arranges everything.
Our tour with Taka was amazing and he made it so special. Thanks to his planning, we were able to go to all the places we wanted to go. They also took many photos with the children, making them special memories of my trip to Japan. The guide was very kind and full of humor! We recommend the tour!
We had a great experience on this tour. Our tour guide, Taka, was very polite and reliable. I was able to see all the places I had planned on my customized itinerary without much effort. Taka had so many facts and interesting context about all the sites we visited. It was a great introduction to Tokyo's culture, history, and sights.
We wanted to enjoy Japanese food to our heart's content, so we asked them to create a tour schedule that focused on food. They carefully listened to our wishes a week in advance, came up with many options, and made a reservation for us. I'm sure it was the best dining experience within our budget. We were able to eat everything we wanted to eat in one day: sushi, sukiyaki, takoyaki, ramen, omelet rice, and cutlet. We were able to eat them in small portions, and we finished off at a Japanese-style pub. I can't thank Sakura enough for planning it and Ran for showing me around. When I come to Japan again, I would like them to show me around Tokyo!
Our guide was Taka. What a wonderful piece! He was punctual and patiently answered all of our questions. Most importantly, he had a wealth of information. His love for his work and country was clearly evident. He met my every request, even when it seemed impossible. As per my request, he arranged dinner at a traditional izakaya, took me to my son's favorite anime shop, helped me buy a train card that can be used at convenience stores, and more. They even made reservations for us at a traditional Kyoto hotel starting tomorrow (Japanese characters are required for the online form!). I was really happy to meet Taka.
It was our family's first trip to Japan, so we booked this tour. As soon as we made the reservation, they communicated with us via email and made advance preparations to make it the best trip! ! We hadn't done any particular research, but when we told them what we were interested in, they came up with exciting candidates. I was so happy that our first family trip turned out so great! The guide was very kind and flexible and introduced us to places we would not have known on our own! Thank you!
