Really bad experience with this company. The carts brakes were faulty and they only provided one guy on a scooter to guide us. He took off and left one participant behind. Better operators out there. Use someone else.

It is an absolutely fantastic experience. We had a few issues with the carts which was resolved quickly and with supreme professionalism. You will never get an experience like this in a major city.

What a cool experience this is. We were a group of 4 and we got to go out just us and the guide. The guide rides on a scooter in front and it’s very easy to ‘follow the leader’ so you can’t get lost. It’s easy to learn to drive the go karts and they’re fun to drive. You only do one pass through of Shibuya crossing which seemed a shame - I thought we’d loop round to it again - but we drove through the even brighter and more exciting Shinjuku so that made up for it. Go-karts seemed well maintained and they have a good selection of costumes to wear which were clean and not smelly. The guide took heaps of photos too!

Super fun experience! The instructors were informative and the ride was incredible. Such a neat way to see the Shibuya/Shinjuku area. Our guide took lots of pictures of us, which was a nice keepsake to have. Be sure to get your IDP if you're international, it was super easy for us to get a few weeks before we left.

They didn’t let us go on the go-kart tour even thought we brought all the documents required. We asked for a refund which they didn’t give. We feel scammed. Terrible customer service.

Awesome fun racing around streets of Tokyo in a gocart. Guide was great but would have been beter if he wore gloves with reflectors on fingerd or lighter coloured gloves; dark gloves make it difficult to see hand gestures at night.

This was such a fun way to see the city at night. The go carts go really fast and the tour guide is awesome. They take a ton of photos with their phone and air drop them to you when it’s over.

The go-kart drove by itself, and it was an amazing experience! The team was friendly and attentive, providing instructions with great patience. I loved navigating through Shibuya. People were waving and snapping photos. It felt like a dream to drive through the streets of Tokyo, making this a definite highlight of my trip. I can't wait to do this with my family and friends as well.

I was unable to proceed with my car rental as I had inadvertently left my International Driving Permit at my hotel. I offered to show the staff a verified digital copy of my valid driver's license, but they refused to accept it. Consequently, I was not only denied the rental but also charged the full amount of nearly €100, for which I received no service. Throughout this interaction, Neo Tokyo Kart staff's ademeanor was unprofessional, including audible laughter, which made the situation particularly unpleasant.

I got late to my time of activity but the host was nice and could push my time up to the next one. This is one cool way of doing sightseeing. Although becareful if you have never driven a gocart before, you need a little time to get used to it and be very aware of situations while driving. Do recommend to get the gocart insurance for 1000yen.

Make sure you arrive early with the proper documents because of the instructional videos you must watch. The ride was about an hour thru some famous parts of the city. I had a great time.
