Had a real good trip with Abdul. It was foggy, but we went up the mountain and found a perfect, clear spot for nice pictures. We got to see Mount Fuji!

The Arakura Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine, also known as the Chureito Pagoda, is a famous Shinto shrine located in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It is renowned for its stunning view of Mount Fuji in the background. The shrine and its iconic pagoda offer a picturesque scene that attracts both locals and tourists, especially during the cherry blossom season and autumn foliage. The Chureito Pagoda was built in 1963 as a part of the shrine complex and serves as a vantage point to capture the beauty of Mount Fuji. Visitors need to climb a series of 400steps to reach the pagoda, and from its elevated position, they can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the sacred mountain and the surrounding landscape. The Arakura Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine is not only a place of worship but also a popular spot for photography enthusiasts and nature lovers. It offers a unique perspective of Japan's most iconic and majestic symbol, Mount Fuji.
Shirataki Waterfalls! There are actually several waterfalls in Japan with the name "Shirataki", which translates to "white waterfall" because of the way the water flows in thin white streams, kind of like threads of silk. That’s a beautiful and poetic spot near Lake Kawaguchi, right by Mt. Fuji. The name literally means "Mother’s White Waterfall", which already sounds kind of spiritual or nurturing. It's a small but sacred waterfall located in the forested hills near Kawaguchiko, and it’s part of a pilgrimage route. There's even a small shrine near it—Haha-no-Shirataki Shrine and traditionally, women would go there to pray for safe childbirth and maternal health. The whole area has a peaceful, mystical vibe, especially with the sound of the water flowing in that quiet forest setting.
Oishi Park (Ōishi Kōen) is a beautiful lakeside park located on the northern shore of Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It offers stunning views of Mount Fuji across the lake, making it a popular spot for tourists and photographers. The park is particularly famous for its cherry blossoms in spring and colorful foliage in autumn, creating picturesque scenes against the backdrop of the iconic mountain. Oishi Park also features walking paths, flower gardens, and open spaces where visitors can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. It's an ideal location for both sightseeing and experiencing the tranquility of the Fuji Five Lakes region.
(Optional) Mount Fuji panoramic ropewa and Lake Kawaguchiko Ropeway charges are not included in the package This cable car brings you up the 220 meters to the observation point and offers fantastic views of the lake as you ascend. Whichever method you choose, you'll be rewarded with panoramic views and the perfect shot of Mount Fuji on a clear day The Mount Fuji Panoramic Ropeway ascends 400 meters from the eastern shore of Lake Kawaguchiko to an observation deck near the peak of Mount Tenjo. From the observation deck, which sits more than 1000 meters above sea level, there are panoramic views of the lake below and of Mount Fuji. the ticket of rope way per person yen 1000 japanes us$7 only. customer have to pay.
Lake Kawaguchiko is one of the five lakes located at the northern base of Mount Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It is the second largest of the five lakes and is a popular tourist destination known for its scenic beauty and hot springs. The lake is surrounded by mountains and offers stunning views of Mount Fuji on clear days. Visitors can take a leisurely walk along the lakeshore or rent a boat to explore the lake. There are also several hot spring resorts located around the lake where visitors can relax and enjoy the natural hot springs. Lake Kawaguchiko is also a popular spot for outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, and hiking. There are several hiking trails in the area that offer panoramic views of Mount Fuji and the surrounding landscape.
THE STREET NEAR MOUNT FUJI IS MORE ACCURATELY KNOWN AS HONCHO STREET IN FUJI YOSHIDA CITY, WHICH HAS GAINED FAME FOR ITS ICONIC STARWAY TO FUJI PHOTO OPPORTUNITY,WHERE THE VIEW OF THE MOUNTAIN IS FRAMED BY KANADORII GATE. WHILE THE CURRENT BRONZE STRUCTURE WAS REBUILT IN 1957. THE ORIGNAL GATE DATES BACK TO THE 18TH CENTURY AND WAS HISTORICAL BUILT TO WELCOME WORSHIPPERS TO THE MOUNTAIN.
The “Torii in the Sky” (Tenku no Torii) It has this name because it sits atop a hill with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. It was created in 2019 as a place to pray to Mount Fuji from a distance while being able to look directly at the mountain itself. When visiting Japan, many travelers dream of capturing Mt. Fuji framed by a traditional red torii gate. While Chureito Pagoda has become world-famous for this view, there is another magical place not yet crowded with tourists. Perched on a hillside overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, this sacred spot offers a breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji perfectly aligned with the torii. It’s a spiritual, photogenic, and memorable destination for those seeking something beyond the ordinary. The shrine is open all year and is free to visit. But it costs ¥100 or ¥500 to take a picture at tenku no torii with any camera other than the one on your smartphone.
(Optional) The village was reconstructed after a natural disaster and the timber buildings are quite unique. The village also enjoys views of Mount Fuji and is resplendent in cherry blossoms in season (still flowering 2nd half of April). There are a variety of arts and craft shops, a cafe, museum and toilets etc. If you like to visit historical place, Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba is a must visit if you come to Japan. All I can think of during the whole visit here is Naruto's and Miyazaki Hayao's villages a village of traditional thatched-roof houses situated on the shore of Lake Saiko, beneath the gaze of World Heritage-listed Mt. Fuji. In spring, the cherry blossoms all come into bloom at once, dyeing the village cherry blossom pink. Admission FEES PER PERSON ¥500
Kawaguchi Asama Shrine is a historic Shinto shrine located near Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. Established in 865 CE by order of Emperor Seiwa, it was built specifically to appease the volcanic wrath of Mount Fuji following the destructive Jogan Eruption of 864 CE. Designated as part of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site for Mount Fuji in 2013, the shrine is dedicated to Asama no Okami (Konohanasakuya-hime), the goddess of volcanoes and Mount Fuji. Kawaguchi Asama Shrine is particularly loved for its striking cedar avenue along the main approach, as well as the seven sacred cedars on the shrine precincts. These are deified––note the shimenawa ropes around them––and are old-growth trees thought to be at least 1,200 years old. Two festivals taking place on April 25 and July 28 respectively see performances of a ritual dance, the Chigo no Mai, meant to appease the volcano goddess’s spirit and prevent further eruptions and earthquakes.

Great reception and professional tour. Amazing ice cream!
Doing a private tour reduces a lot of wait time. Abdul our guide was helpful and informative. Itinerary planned covered a good number of interesting sites. We were able to decide how long we want to stay at each place. Thank you
Abdul was absolutely fantastic! We were only in Japan for a short amount of time, but he made every moment unforgettable. From the incredible food to the amazing experiences, everything exceeded our expectations. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would absolutely book with Abdul again when we return to Japan. He is also a fantastic photographer, and videographer!!! ;) Highly recommend!
Can’t say enough great things about Abdul! Very friendly, knowledgeable, great tour guide and even better photographer!
We loved our tour! The service was excellent, and it was well worth it. Our tour guide, Abdul, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate of our time. I highly recommend booking this private tour.
Abdul was very knowledgeable, organized and punctual. He navigated our itinerary to give us the best opportunity to see Mt. Fuji with great efficiency.
Amazing day with Abdul! He convinced me to leave at 6:30 am and I’m not a morning person. He was right. We missed the big crowds and saw Mt. Fuji with very little cloud cover. It was a special experience. Abdul knows all the secret spots and took amazing pictures for me. We stopped at a number of great locations, really beautiful places! We also had the best ice cream and stopped for very tasty ramen along the way. You can’t go wrong with this one. We packed in a lot. Well worth it! Highly recommend!
Abdul was a friendly personable guide that made sure the whole group was accommodated. I have some issue climbing stairs and Abdul was very careful to ensure that I didn’t hurt myself. Abdul took us to many unique places to view Mt Fuji without the crowds. Overall the experience was 12/10 I’d highly recommend Abdul as your guide to Mt Fuji.

Great tour guide, very helpful, knows the area and hidden gems! Plus will take some photos for you!.
We enjoyed being outside Tokyo. We had many experiences we enjoyed. We didn’t see Mt Fuji. It would have been nice e to be closer
Abdul picked 2 weary seniors up from our hotel early in the morning to drive us in an immaculately clean car to Mt Fuji, regaling us with information regarding Japan & its people. Abdul’s planned itinerary was excellent. We spied Mt Fuji from a great vantage point (400 steps) and then onto 2 Shinto shrines (serenity plus, after the chaos of Tokyo), a garden stroll & snacks, a SUPERB waterfall & a tasty ramen lunch! None of this would have been possible venturing on our own. Abdul’s upbeat, positive disposition was much appreciated as was his attentiveness to our needs. Definitely a 5 star experience!!!
Abdul was a great tour operator and driver who tops to special places. He had his secret parking spots and showed us parts of Mount Fuji that most tourists do not experience. He was a photographer par excellence and made the trip great fun. If you’re travelling to Mount Fuji perhaps leave by 0600 to avoid traffic. Abdul he would also be excellent for a private day tour of Tokyo.
Abul is our driver and tour guide. He is on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He told us to Mt Fuji, the local village, the shrine. Best photo ops places for pictures. One of the best ramen in town and yummy ice cream. We had a great time with him. Definitely one of the best tour I have.
Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, great picture taker and made the experience very pleasant! Definitely recommend, you won’t regret it.
Muhammed was very nice and attentive and a very safe driver. He had several suggestions for our Fuji day trip from Tokyo, but he adapted very quickly to some of our priorities and supplemented some welcome on the fly suggestions
The tour was amazing! Abdul is very friendly, informative, and encouraging about Japan and Japanese culture! He opens conversations with you freely, and takes you around to see and try a bunch of cool places and things! Would ABSOLUTELY go on a tour with him again!
Abdul was a great guide. He made a recommendation to start early and it paid off. We got great pictures of Mt Fuji. Abdul was very personable, did a great job of keeping up the conversation, and pointing out nice locations and things along the way. All of the locations are great. Make sure to bring 10,000 yen if you want to take the speedboat ride. Excellent tour.
Abdul showed us a fantastic day out sightseeing. We saw Mt Fuji from many locations, some were little known out of the way places with almost no people. It was a great way to see this beautiful place from quiet and serene locations. Highly recommend this tour! Also, we had a luxury vehicle that was quiet and comfortable. As a bonus we stopped by a local Indian Curry house for the best curry! Thank you Abdul.
Excellent day out with a very professional guide who took us a variety of amazing viewing points of Mt Fuji and the local area. The lake and the waterfall were stunning. Great day out 👍👍👍

He took us to get the most delicious ramen and ice cream. We had just the right amount of time for shopping and sightseeing. The shrine we visited was historic and an authentic experience. Even though it was a rainy day, he made sure we had fun and even used some photo magic to ensure that Mt. Fuji was in the background of a few pics.
