Emily was absolutely wonderful. She took us all around the town and the experience was over the top amazing. Ask for her!
We joined the Tokyo tour and were amazed! The mix of tradition and modern life was fascinating at every stop, but Shibuya Crossing stood out the most. Our guide kindly took so many great videos for us amid the sea of people — it felt like being part of a movie scene! It was the perfect way to capture the energy and excitement of Tokyo while creating memories we’ll cherish forever.
Last year, we joined Yukou’s tour and was really impressed his guiding. This was our second tour by Yukou san. Cause we like him. Efficiently and knowledgeable tour to visit temples and shrines around Tokyo. Japanese maple was beautiful in autumn foliage. Highly recommended!!
Great experience visiting Tokyo’s highlights on our pace! Our local guide Ikki was simply fantastic, his English is flawless(he studied in the US) and he shared so much local insights with us. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Japan!
My Kyoto guide told me not to miss this Tokyo tour, and I’m so glad I listened! Meiji Shrine and Asakusa were both incredible, and the guide made everything fun and easy to understand. A perfect end to my Japan trip!
We had a wonderful guided day in Tokyo with Emily! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about Tokyo’s history, culture, and everyday life. Everything was perfectly organized, relaxed, and full of positive energy. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend asking for Emily if you want to discover Tokyo in the best possible way! 🌸
Today we did the walking tour in Tokyo with our lovely guide Emili. In such a short space of time we seen all of the major spots around the city and learnt a lot about the culture and background of each area. Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend her and the tour to anyone in Tokyo
We took this tour led by the excellent Kanta Suzuki and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! It was a wonderful mix of seeing the hustle and bustle of Tokyo later in the day while getting a chance to experience the serenity and solemnity of the nature and shrines before the city had fully woken up. It involves plenty of walking, so be sure to bring good shoes and if you go in a warmer month, expect to sweat quite a bit as the day goes on 😅 Overall, we felt the tour helped us see some of the most popular tourism spots in Tokyo without feeling like we were just checking things off a list and was a good amount of activity without being too draining. We really appreciated Kanta's knowledge and opinions as a native Tokyo-ite, it added a lot to the experience to be able to ask questions about the various areas and get a local's opinion on it. Would highly recommend the tour!
Our tour guide in Kyoto(Ikki) was so wonderful and he recommended this tour so we joined. This tour was also very good, in just 5 hours we visited everything that Tokyo has offered!
A wonderful tour of Tokyo. We saw many important and interesting places. Our guide, Yukou, was very well prepared and helpful. Thanks to his answers to our questions, we not only got to know the places we visited better, but also found our way around Tokyo more easily during our entire stay. The pace of the tour was perfectly suited to our family, and communication in English was flawless.
This was a great tour with a friendly and amazing guide. We started early, which was good for getting out there before it got too crowded, and then we got to see a lot of major sites with someone who was able to show us how to do everything respectfully and politely. Yukou-san answered all of our questions and even helped us with some things we didn’t know to ask. Would highly recommend. Only possible issue is that it was very hot, but that’s just going to happen in July.
Our tour guide Yuko was brilliant. He patiently explained history of all the landmarks! Best tour we have done so far in Japan!
It was a very interesting tour in Tokyo. Our guide did a perfect job to introduce the beauty and history of Tokyo.
An excellent tour of Tokyo! Our guide Yukou San introduced Tokyo with interesting stories and history at each sites. We enjoyed visiting famous sites and discovering hidden gems with him!
Yukou was very accommodating and friendly. He adjusts to our phase (at our age) that really made the tour very private and worthwhile. He is very knowledgeable and speaks very well English which is also a plus for us. Thank you Yukou!!
Joining the Tojyobtour was truly a wonderful experience. Not only did we get to see many different places efficiently, but our guide Yuko, who grew up in the area, shared lots of great local recommendations that you wouldn’t easily find in guidebooks. What touched me the most was at the end of the tour, he kindly said “If you ever need anything, feel free to reach out anytime.” That simple gesture showed such genuine hospitality. It felt like I had made a reliable friend during my stay in Japan. Thanks to Yuko, I’ve come to love Tokyo even more! :)
This is my first time visiting Japan, and I’m glad that I booked this tour!! Our local guide Yukoh-san shows us the best attractions of Tokyo in such short time! He is really kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. It was a great way to start my first time visiting Japan!
We joined a tour in Tokyo with OTAKU hopper, and it was an amazing experience! Our guide, Yuko, was not only knowledgeable it also very passionate about Japanese culture and history. The tour was well-organized and I got to explore places I would never found on my own. From iconic temples/shrines to hidden gems in the city, every stop was fascinating. He also shared interesting stories and insider tips, which made the experience even more special!
Hana is a very friendly person and the tour with her was super pleasant! He went above and beyond by taking us to extra stops including hidden gems only locals know. Definitely recommend this tour, 5 stars for sure!
Very informative! The tour guide Yuko-San was excellent! He is knowledgeable and taught us everything of Japanese history and culture. It really added depth to the temples and shrines we visited. We would never have been able to do this without Yuko-San!
After the peaceful and insightful early morning tour, we couldn’t resist joining Ikki’s OTAKU tour, and it was absolutely worth it! As anime fans, this tour was a dream come true. Ikki took us to hidden gem shops filled with rare manga, anime merchandise, and collectibles that we would have never discovered on our own. His deep knowledge of Japanese pop culture made the experience even more exciting. We also loved visiting a retro gaming store that my husband couldn’t get enough of!
