A great short tour to orient you to Tokyo. Our guide Joanne was personable, organized and informative. She hit several hotspots and helped educate us in the transportation system, the culture and future places to visit.

We had a great time on our tour! Very kind and friendly! Answered all our questions and helped us with the train station. We very much appreciated it!

We had a wonderful time walking around Shibuya with Carlos. It was a great introduction to a neighborhood we went back to on our own maybe times. Would have been tough to get the full understanding of it all on our own, at least in only 90 minutes. He was great to chat with. The time flew by. Highly recommend.

This was my first time in Tokyo with my kids. Carlos gave me a very good introduction to the area, some local traditions and some good tips and tricks! I was very intimidated with the train/ subway system so Carlos really helped me understand- also came on a short train ride with us to get me comfortable. I really got lucky that i found Carlos.

Gulay was awesome. She truly did give us a kick start for enjoying our time in Tokyo. She quickly and easily taught us how to navigate public transportation. The places she took us to were fantastic. Gulay was very pleasant and she shared much local history that truly made us feel we welcome and immersed in Japanese culture. Gully went beyond our expectations. She came to our holes to start the day. It was our first day in Tokyo.

This was a great way to begin our stay in Tokyo. Carlos was awesome in every way. I highly recommend this experience to everyone.

My teenage son and I spent our first afternoon in Tokyo with Gulay and we couldn't have been happier. She was lovely and personable and within minutes of being with her, she gave us a tip that made our whole trip so much easier. She answered our questions, shared interesting information and showed us newbie tricks to help navigate the city. Ramky, is hands down, the best tour guide we had in Tokyo and I truly can't say enough good things about him. We went on 3 semi-private tours while we were there and no one even came close to comparing. His intimate knowledge of the city, its history and stories, and off the beaten path locations is unmatched. If he had been available during the rest of our stay we would have booked him 3 days in a row. So next time we head that way he will absolutely be my first phone call.

Sometimes in this life the stars line up, you’re in the flow, the energy is amazing…and this is what my time with tour guide Gulay was like in Tokyo. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered! A smart lovely person with dynamism… I highly recommend! She was the added delightful bonus to my travels in Japan. Carlos is a nice and smart guy. He knows a lot about Tokyo as a resident of Tokyo and he can also tell you in which ways Tokyo is different from other cities because he has traveled a lot.

I had a great tour around Shibuya with Gulay who was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative about the history of the area. She was able to point out the various types of restaurants and diners that I will return to try. I would strongly recommend Gulay as a guide in Tokyo

We spent a very enjoyable and informative afternoon with Gulay learning about the Shibuya area of Tokyo. We asked Gulay to focus on aspects that were of interest to our two 10-year old grand-daughters. She did a great job - suggesting shopping areas, restaurants, pet-cafes and introducing them to "toy" vending machines. We highly recommend Gulay as a guide.

Had a great day with Ai!! She packed a ton into our time together, seeing things inner city, providing recommendations, and tasting local snacks. Very grateful for her local insights, translations, historical facts, and attention to detail. We went to major sights, temples, shrines, taking public transit and arriving super quickly - she had great stories and explanations that I adored and took diligent notes on. I had a million questions and Ai was so kind and generous with her time and attention to things I wanted to know more about (and all the snacks we tasted). Carlos gave us a great tour of Shibuya and the surrounding area. He took us down side streets and walkways we never would have found on our own and gave us great information about the area and Japan in general. Very knowledgeable and friendly - highly recommend working with him.

If you're new to Japan/Tokyo this is a really useful tour that I would advise to anyone. \nSena is extremely kind and thoughtful! Not only you get a nice introduction to the city of Tokyo, but you also have someone to contact in case of trouble. If you want suggestions for restaurants and shops and or you want help to reserve a place in a restaurant having such a contact is extremely useful!

Gulay is an absolute joy and she has created an absolutely amazing experience for us. She was patient with us and our kids and gave us a ton of useful information. No wonder she is always booked up. She is definitely and truly the best at what she does! We are in love with Tokyo!
