Cherry Tomato provides the BEST airport pick up service ever! I have used them several times before and they never disappoint. The agent was there waiting patiently for us even though our flight was delayed OVER 2 hours due to weather conditions - snow storm and a minor aircraft issue. He did not complain or treated us any differently. very professional, courteous and friendly. This was amazing, but not surprise. Have always received this high-class service. It was extremely EASY to find him at the airport. Especially after such a long flight. A BIG THANK You! Note, i have used other airport service before and believe me No service is better that Cherry Tomato. I would give them a 10+ rating. Driver was not there when we arrived. I had to call and text the company to get a response, which eventually required me to walk down a bunch of stairs with my luggage to find my driver parked outside.

We arrived Haneda early am - 5 am and Driver was on time, seen with a sign - easy to spot. Very helpful

Absolutely wonderful and smooth transfer from Haneda to our hotel in Shinjuku. Very good communication before our arrival. Car is spacious and very clean - feels like in limo :-) Driver is very helpful. The journey is smooth and no hiccups. They even help us to get airport stamps.

Cherry Tomato (the service company that organizes the drivers) Whatsapp messaged me with all the super helpful information beforehand so I knew exactly where to meet the driver and what their sign would look like. Even though our driver did not speak English, they were very kind, polite, and professional. However, the cost is a bit $$ this service is still useful if you are arriving late at night after public transit is closed and want a quick and efficient route to your accommodations.

Finding our driver, a kind welcoming elderly gentleman, felt like salvation after navigating the gauntlet of immigration and customs. Not that process was bad, just exhausting after a very long journey. Origato!

Starting off vacation after a long flight with a VIP transport, including meet and greet right outside baggage claim, is a treat. The driver was waiting on us, he helped with our bags, and his vehicle was huge and immaculate. He even took the time to show us how to use all the controls in our super luxurious seats. Once at the hotel, he removed our bags from the car and gave them directly to the hotel’s bellman, which left us to stroll in like celebrities with our luggage brought to our room quickly. We chose this service to avoid stress figuring out how to use public transportation to get to our hotel and our expectations were significantly exceeded.

The vendor did not show up, they sent a meeage during the inbound flight that they would not be picking up. Upon calling them they said sorry but we are not sending anyone, call Viator for refunf This was purchased in advance and this company did not make any effort to help

There was a bit of confusion at arrival because there were two identically entitled signs on arrival but it was easily enough cleared up. Our driver was considerate and drove well in heavy traffic.

Could use better details and signage to locate the service upon arrival. We did not see a driver nor the operations and took a cab to our hotel after having paid for this service which was not reimbursed.

The way to arrive in any new country for the first time is with a driver carrying a placard with your name to have your luggage then taken to a vehicle and then taken to your hotel. This is the way to go.
