An absolute blast! I loved the experience, it was fun, organised and a can’t miss for when visiting Japan. Wide selection of costumes available with gloves and chest harnesses for holding your phone. Safety brief was thorough and explained road rules clearly as well as the safety demonstration of the karts itself. On the road, I didn’t have a single worry on anything going wrong, lead vehicle always waited for those stuck at lights and there was always a follower car for the others. We went through asakusa and akihabara and it was exhilarating and an adrenaline rush. Roads were bumpy but as long as you followed instructions, nothing could go wrong. Would highly recommend this to anyone and a big thanks to the Japan Kart Team at Asakusa for an unforgettable experience.

Best thing we did in Tokyo. Lot of fun and seemed very fast on major roads (never that busy). Plenty of costume choice but not many we recognised being older and non-Japanese, but we still picked some to wear.

This would be the second time taking this ride around Tokyo with this company. The staff were very professional and fun. They made sure everyone was aware of all safety measures in place but ensured your fun experience. I highly recommend them when go karting in Japan

Not to be missed, cannot recommend highly enough. Can't believe driving through the middle of Tokyo on a busy Saturday afternoon.

This is a great activity for a family of adults but I would recommend the option of two hours so you can have the most amount of fun. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.

We had so much fun on this ride, it was one of our highlights while in Tokyo. We received clear instructions before the ride, the karts were well maintained, and during the ride, the guides made sure everything went smoothly. But mostly, driving through the busy city at night in these karts at 50km/h was just so enjoyable! Recommended!

You have to focus on the traffic so you don't really see everything that is happening around you but still very fun and the staff running the tour were fantastic.

It was fun the staff welcomed us in we sign our waiver and we pick our outfits/ coustoms and then watched a quick 3 min video showed us how to use the go karts I was the lead kart in front of the car so that was fun and exciting make sure to have ur ID, IDP and passport all 3 are required !! But just listen take ur time it fun we got pics snapped by them as well and ppl did wave and take pictures

The staff are also more than willing to take lots of photographs, and often stopped to help get the best instagram pic! Well oiled machine! Great communication in the lead up (especially the requirement for licenses), check in was smooth. Snacks and select beverages on offer, costume hire included in the price. Instruction demo very comprehensive and an excellent drive through the streets. Standard tour is 2 hours - flew by in a blink, and we had an incredible time. Highly recommended!

I booked this tour last min and let me tell you how wonderful my experience was with the staff . All instructions straight forward and they guide you as you drive and we visited the famous landmarks would def come back and do this again ! Highly recommend :)

Such an epic experience with Japan Go-Kart! We cruised through the streets of Asakusa, Ueno, and Akihabara—felt like real-life Mario Kart! It was so much fun zipping around iconic Tokyo spots in costume, turning heads and waving at locals. A must-try for anyone looking to add some thrill and laughs to their trip!

So much fun, staff were very friendly & reassuring. Excellent safety standards. Offered hot & cold drinks as well as snacks before & after Karts. Instant photos sent via airdrop. Karts were well maintained & cleaned. It was a very cold day & they even had insulation jackets & pants to wear. Highly recommended!

Very bad service! It’s hidden text that you need international drivers license! We went 5 persons there and did not get to drive, we didn’t even get our money back!

The team at the SkyTree Branch put on an absolutely amazing program! Very well done and so much fun! We felt so safe and enjoyed every minute of the views and adventures! The staff are so friendly and the karts are the best I’ve seen!

What an amazing experience, we are travelling from Australia and we thought we’d give this a go. Trust me this is an experience of a lifetime, we had a ball. The staff were exceptional with safety right through to parking back at the venue. Do it, you won’t regret it.

Hands down, this is a must do when visiting Japan. It was the perfect group activity for us with a unique way of seeing the beauty of Tokyo at night. The crew were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and (road safety, driving etiquette) thoughtful as they captured photos and short videos of us throughout the tour as a keepsake. We even dressed up in costumes for the ride. It was a cold night so in addition to adding more fun to this experience, it kept us warm too. Overall, such a memorable activity!

Activity was super fun and engaging. Get to tour around the area with vehicles on road, super exciting! Initially was afraid, but there were 3 guides in total to ensure you’re not lost from the group!

Space experience and not complicated at all. Finding them is very simple they are in a garage near SkyTree. The guys who run it are available to help and put you at ease we had snack machines and bathroom available in addition to cartoon style clothing to wear included in the booking. but remember to bring with you all the right documents otherwise you will be disappointed. International driving licence passport and driving licence of your country. Opt for a 1h ride to Tokyo I would say perfect. We had a car in the front leading the way and a car in the back closing the line. They also took us an endless series of photos that they shot for free. Exceptional experience.
