Ninja Wire Action Experience

The Ninja Wire Experience was truly one of the highlights of our trip! My family is still talking about how awesome it was. Even grandma and the kids said they would do it again if given the chance! The staff was so encouraging with our group! Hands down top notch experience!!

I had an AMAZING experience. So fun, so professional, so kind, so cool! This is definitely an experience I would try again and recommend. I can't wait to bring my husband to try it. The team was so fun to be around.

I took two teen boys in July, and we all had a blast! The wire work was fun, but so was getting to see how the process works. Cannot recommend enough for teen boys and adventurous moms! :-)

If you want to have an hour of fun that offers a unique experience, then this is a must do! We were two adults and an 11 year old girl from NYC and each of us had a fantastic time, laughing the whole way. They make a short movie for you to take back and it arrived in our email within a few hours. Look into the history of this place...this is not a "tourist" only venue and the owners are actively working on many tv and film productions you may know!

Don’t be fooled by the unassuming entrance - behind the metal door with a flag marked "AAC Stunts" is an incredible team of professionals. They guided our group through every step of creating our own ninja action movie, even modifying stunts to fit our skill levels. ​The crew is the perfect mix of professional and relaxed, making us feel completely at ease while we "flew" through the air. It was a joy to see everyone's personalities come through during the different cues. The turnaround time on the final edited video was remarkably fast. Every single person in our group loved this. Absolute highlight!

A most excellent and fun experience for our 10 YO girl and 12 YO boy. I really cannot give this business enough stars for how great they were. We were originally booked on Wednesday but went to a wrong gym 30 minutes away and missed our booking. Totally our fault. They called us and worked to fit us in on the only remaining day of our trip. Kids absolutely loved the attentive and enthusiastic staff. They were allowed to do a bit more during the kicks due to their experience in tae kwon do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Totally worth it — amazing people and amazing help with guiding through what to do! You even get a video at the end. Honestly probably my #1 or #2 most favourite experience ever in all my trips and time in Japan.

This was totally worth it and my partner and I had a lot of fun. They were patient with us and cheered us on, which motivated us to keep trying and do better!

Makoto and his team were so accommodating and stayed late so we could still do our ninja experience. They were delightful! The activity included doing three missions. It was a blast! He also made videos of our fight scenes with special effects. I highly recommend this and it was definitely a highlight of the trip!

Sooo much fun. Truly a highlight of the whole trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the group size was perfect. The edited video we received after was also perfectly corny and received in a very timely manner.

Definitely fun and memorable!! A must do in Tokyo, Japan. You get a chance to be silly and also a ninja!

Come prepared with a few catchy phrases. You'll be fighting off an oni with flying kicks and a back flip!

This experience is a 30 out of 10. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the kind staff! Staff speaks English. I would truly revisit this experience. The studio is located on a small side street so make sure to read the signs on the building. The sign outside is for a action studio so just look out for the sign.

This was an amazing and fun experience. The staff were incredible, generous of spirit, fun, patient and most importantly kind. We loved flying around and it was great for the whole family - not just the kids. We highly recommend this!! Five stars, ten out of ten! Incredible.

Everything about this was amazing! The choreographer will fail me sing with you that will be added the same day and he will demonstrate in less than an hour everything to do. If you're a fan of action movies, and want to feel like a super hero for an hour...this is for you! Mr. Yokoyama and his crew will transform you into a bad ass. Definitely worth doing if you're visiting Tokyo, Japan. YouTube: OAHUSQUID to see our video.

Super fun! Makoto and his team will take you through some awesomely fun (and safe) wire stunts, including flying kicks, backflips, and more. It is a relatively short experience (less than an hour), but if it were much longer then you'd be severely exhausted and sore. Instead, you'll walk away feeling excited about all the cool stuff you got to experience, with awesome photos and videos of your time!

This was such a great activity! My friends thought I was crazy when I told them that I was doing this (probably because I’m 63 years old!), but it was an absolute blast! The instructors and crew were fabulous and took great care with us to make sure that we were safe and had a great time. Don’t think twice- book this activity. It will be the highlight of your trip!

This was such an amazing and fun experience! I have never done a backflip in my life but they taught me how and made sure I was always safe and secure. Everyone was fun and positive. I Highly recommend this experience! I can’t wait to see the custom video they make!

I can’t say enough about this experience. It’s a high class unique experience that should not be missed. It exceeded all expectations. The experience is located in a gym/studio run by the same person who was the stunt double for the white ninja in power rangers. He is an extremely talented guy who directed close to 20 action films using the same techniques he teaches. The owner obviously loves what he does and is so pleasant to work with. He provides three strong men to do the heavy lifting and an actress to play the bad guy and (play) fight against you. The director explains what to do and films the sequence. The actual activity is so much fun and a little physically demanding. My friend and I were laughing and enjoying the entire time. To top it off, the director sends you an edited final version of the scenes that he recorded that you will be able to share with your family and friends forever. Seriously - DO NOT MISS THIS!!!

Please do the ninja experience here! This was one of my favorite things that I've ever done. The owner is very patient and efficient and the whole team is just lovely in general. I don't know how this place doesn't have thousands of reviews. You should get an experience before it gets really popular and difficult to book.

Such a phenomenal experience!!! It was so much fun!! It was only me and one other person and the staff were brilliant! And if you need any tempting and if it was something you were a fan of the stunt guy we had was once the White Power Ranger! Really recommend this experience and I will 10000000% be doing this again when I return to Tokyo!! P.s. here’s a corny picture of me 🤣

That was a wonderful experience. Am just viewing the edited videos sent by the our director and trainer (once apon a time he was the white power ranger). He and his crew did a wonderful job through the session. We laughed all through the adventure. I am glad we did it, and I will be showing off our videos for years to come.

Wonderful! The crews and director were professional, we had so much fun :D The video we received was amazing and hilarious, we love watching it again and again ! We highly recommend trying that out!

Imagine an I'm not worthy moment when I learned this studio is produced no other than Makoto Yokoyama-san, the original Power Ranger and stunt director for Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift. I was awestruck, a real bro jaw drop moment. Seriously, the guy is humble, funny, inspiring, very fit for a late middle age man. It was raining hard in Tokyo and he sent his associate to find us around the block since Google maps and translate was failing us miserably. Later I learned she'll be my costar and nemesis! Makoto-san showed me a video about my character and little bit of acting I had to do before we do some pretend fight scenes. The choreography was really good. I'm a bit out of shape, specially since all I did on this vacation was eating lots of Japanese food, so I had trouble with the back flip on wire. But Makoto-san was super encouraging, he had a trick and had my costar catch my pretend kick and she flipped me over... What an assist! The editing was practically finished roughly an hour or so, I got a message from Makoto-san the film is ready for download. My fame to claim is ready for viewing. It was Bruce Lee esque glory. I wish I ask for blood makeup. It was epic, over dramatic, true ninja style. Even if your not fit, or a huge martial arts fan, or a crouching tiger movie buff, I highly recommend this added on your bucket list. Makoto-san made the experience highly comfortable, exciting and pure. Id never imagine being on wires, but he did fulfill my wildest imagination...now I really wished for a little gash on my eyebrows, and maybe some fake Bruce Lee abs too!

Makoto-san and his crew are the most coolest, encouraging and friendliest people! They made the whole experience exciting and comfortable. I'm not as athletic but Im a huge ninja, kungfu and Bruce Lee fan. Makoto-san is a former power ranger, lived in US for 10 years and own his stunts and acting studio, I was awestruck-an I'm not worthy moment!!! He's very humble, but confident and funny. He showed me a little video where we do a bit of acting to give context to my character, then we rehearse my scenes with this amazing and highly talented stunt actress. I had to pretend fight and do back flip on harness. I tried several times and couldn't do it on my own but he showed an acting trick with help of my scene partner, we manage to get me flipped. The scene editing was very impressive, all my action flaws look sharp like I'm a trained ninja and he basically completed the whole movie clip in few hours. He added a blooper reel to show how good the editing versus our goofs! I'm very impressed and satisfied with my little claim to fame. I can't wait to show off to my friends and post it on YouTube! I highly recommend this experience. You don't have to be Bruce Lee or Michelle Yeoh to do it but it sure can make you feel like one.

It was fun and the video at the end is a good memory. However, it was only 40 minutes, including the time spent preparing and changing the wires. That's why I thought it ended up getting too expensive. We could have made more moves or the price could have been lower.

Excellent activity. Very funny. Makoto and his team with excellent instructors. We got to experience a behind-the-scenes martial arts action and took a very nice souvenir video. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience with Makoto and his team of fun and skilled helpers. We had e-mailed when we had difficulty finding out to book and we were only in Tokyo for two days. On the evening day 1 Makoto called me and asked if we were ready the day after 9:00 - we were! He speaks good English and is very friendly. He has directed Power Rangers films in the United States and trained English stuntmen in Japanese techniques. Our Uber driver had problems with the Japanese address due to many unidirectional roads, but the location on Google Maps is correct and absolutely accurate. We were 5 people who all got our own Ninja movie recorded. The staff will help with security and you will be wearing a helmet with a Ninja uniform in addition so they can lift you 4 meters up into the air. Then it's time for the play where you meet a villain you have to defeat. You are instructed by Makoto at each stunt and are allowed to practice a few times. The scene is filmed and eventually it is cut together into a funny little action movie that you can download and save for life. Do not fool yourself and your family for this super fun and unique Ninja experience in Tokyo.
