We had a wonderful time on our Mount Fuji one-day tour, and we are truly grateful to our amazing tour guide, Sia, for making the experience so enjoyable and memorable. Sia was incredibly professional, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire trip. She explained everything clearly, took great care of everyone in the group, and created a fun and friendly atmosphere by interacting with us warmly. We will always remember this wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
Our tour guide Sia was absolutely fantastic, amazing and detailed in her instructions for a very truly fantastic experience seeing Mt Fujj Would recommend the company and especially Sia.
I really enjoyed the tour. I would remove a few of the photo stops to allow more time at the lake. Sia, the guide, was very kind and extremely attentive with everyone — she’s an excellent tour guide.
The worst tour company ever, don’t book, same company with many tour guides and all say nothing do with me, found your tour guide. Tour guide not answering the phone. Even answer 20 mins after pick up time and say oh no you should found me and hang up the phone. I not the only one, other people also can’t found there tour guide, ever you shout out loud across with the name of your guide.
Don't book Don't book, is the most confused meet you pick up point, I was there 20mins early, found many tour guides with the same company, Even I know my bus number and the name of tour guide, there all say to me, found the tour guide nothings do with me. Rang the tour guide for half hour no answer, when finally answer wher everyone left, she answer and all she says is 'oh no' and hang up after me.
Thank you so much for being our tour guide Yutaro! You have made it fun and an interesting experience! Your knowledge and stories regarding the trip was amazing. We loved the trivia questions with a price at the end! Thanks for the little Turtle as a souvenir!! We truly enjoyed every bit of the tour! And what's best is that, Mt. Fuji showed her beauty! We recommend this tour and job well done Yutaro. - Group 11. ☺️
I could not leave review on actual booked tour, obviously that is how they reduce leaving bad reviews. Hopefully, people will see this here and save themselves! Tour name: Mount Fuji G line: Mount Fuji Instagrammable Spots One-Day Tour Date: 06.04.2025. Guide: Shiv Kumar Singh 1. We had difficulties finding the meeting point on Google (yes, we know how to use it). 2. Departing time was 08:30 AM, everybody was there even before that time - we left after 09:30 AM - the guide was not that approachable when many people wanted answers what is happening and when are we leaving. 3. When finally departed, the guide was constantly reminding us we need to hurry up on each location we visited, quickly take photos and run back to bus!! WE ALL PAID FOR FULL TOUR LOCATIONS AND WERE ROBBED HALF OF THEM!!! Funny the guide was all the time telling us WE need to be on time, but they messed up the time already in the beginning!! 4. Guide told us we cannot drink and eat anything in the bus, we were stuck in HEAVY traffic on the highway, did not move on road for 5 hours, people were in agony for the toilet, there was an emergency - one passenger was not feeling well - we gave him some sweets to eat, thankfully the nice bus driver called an ambulance. 5. When stopped for the toilet, there was que, I told my husband: “I am so sure the bus will leave before making sure everybody is back.” And that happened!! We were yelling to the guide some people are missing, THEN guide and his friend started double counting (the friend looked like the math is not mathing). 6. When we came to Arakurayama Park, the guide gave us 30 minutes to climb million stairs up, quickly take pictures when we reach the top (the top was sooo crowded), and come down the stairs - all of that in 30 minutes!!!! The climb itself was minimum 20 minutes!!!! Ofcourse the guide was not at the meeting point, he left so many of passengers behind!!! We met him halfway and warned him there are lost people behind us who cannot find their way back to the bus!!!! 7. Lunch - the guide was asking people in the bus would they like to eat in his organised lunch mansion or somewhere else (McDonalds, etc.). Most of us were naive to tell him we want the mansion - 12€ per person for unlimited bad food!!! The “mansion” looked like illegal place and we overheard the guide and owner how the guide promised he would bring more people!!!! Also, some passengers told us they wanted to eat somewhere else accros the road, but the guide forbid them!! ALL OF US WERE SERIOUSLY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE DAY AND THE TOUR AND THIS “GUIDE”, PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!
We went on this day tour. There is a lot crammed into one day, but it was great and our guide was absolutely lovely (KO). He chatted throughout the tour and was very funny and knowledgeable. Thank you for making it such a great experience KO.
Very Nice tour guide Happiness generosity and kindness Good information Unfortunately the Mountain Fuji wasn’t visible today

The day before, I booked this day trip and was pleasantly surprised to find that the tour was very well organized. We definitely visited all the spots where we could enjoy beautiful views of Mount Fuji. The guide was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy the stunning views of Mount Fuji.
Totally recommend GOGODAY’s itinerary! This Mount Fuji trip was amazing, everything was perfectly organized, and every stop was unforgettable. A huge shoutout to our guide, Martin, who was super professional, thorough, and so energetic. He shared cool stories about the history and culture, which made the whole trip even more interesting and fun. Martin really took great care of us, answering all our questions and even helping us snap lots of beautiful photos. His humor and patience kept the vibe light and fun the whole time. Honestly, he was a big plus to the whole experience! If I ever get the chance to visit Japan again, I’ll definitely choose GOGODAY, and I highly recommend Guide Martin to all my friends
Luis is our tour guide, and I love his warm hospitality! I learned a lot about Mount Fuji, overall it was a great experience, thank you!
Gogoday Travel did an amazing job planning the itinerary, and I have to say, Brews was one of the best guides I've ever had. He’s super knowledgeable and kept us entertained with fascinating stories about Mount Fuji and Japanese culture. Plus, he made sure we didn’t miss a thing at every stop and even helped us take some fantastic photos! It was incredible to see so many different views of Mount Fuji all in one day—it felt like a dream. And a big shoutout to Jack, who provided clear and detailed explanations in English, Japanese , which made the trip even more enjoyable. If you’re thinking about visiting Mount Fuji, I’d 100% recommend this tour!
a fantastic trip!we got to see some breathtaking spots. Lake Ashi was beautiful, and the hot spring eggs in Owakudani were absolutely delicious. Our guide, Tom, was fantastic and super patient, even when a group came back 10 minutes late from the first stop. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo, and hopefully, you’ll get to meet Tom too!
We had an amazing trip! Even though it happened to be a long weekend in Japan, which made the traffic pretty heavy and cut short the time at some spots, our guide Brews still made sure we visited all the places we had planned. He was fun, knowledgeable, and kept the mood light the whole time. We were also super lucky with the weather and got to see a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. Big thanks to Brews for making the trip so memorable!
We are in a high spirit of the tour. Our tour guide is very assisting, he is Louis. I do speak and understand Japanese language. The driver, the certain Endoh is not accommodating! There is these 2 passengers went to onsen, and the place was announced that even with tattoos, customers can use the hot bath if only they will wear a body sticker. Unfortunately, they did not allow the customers to get in to that establishment. The tour guide Louis was in distress. The tour guide wanted to fetch again the customers. By the way, that time we are already on Kawaguchi lake if I am not mistaken. So the mom of the two customers who was at the onsen asked the tour guide Louis on how she can get back to her 2 sons who can’t be at the onsen/ hot bath. The tour guide Louis asked politely the rude, meanest driver I’ve ever seen! The devilish driver Endoh said that it was not anymore his obligation nor why the 2 passengers went there. The devilish Endoh even said that he was driving for long and it is already his break to work. So Louis said he will submit a report to their office. And devilish Endoh was too cool to say “ iiyo! Report it to the office!” Imaging our trip with disgusto because we are with that annoying driver the whole day! PLEASE FIRE THAT MEANEST RUDE DRIVER ENDOH!
The trip to Mount Fuji was an exciting experience that enriched us. The volcano is imposing and elegant, the view breathtaking, the places we visited are very well cared for and very characteristic. The punctual organization. Yong, our guide, proved accurate in instructions, kind and considerate.
Biggest activity hoax I've seen in a long time. You pay 55€ person to be on a bus in a 10hour traffic jam. You lose all day and are left with barely any time at the stops to appreciate what you will see. They take you to places that are overflowing with a lot of queues that waste your time at each stop. When we arrived at the meeting point at 8:05 a.m. we asked if there was a coffee shop nearby to grab a coffee and the Guide said “I don’t know, maybe you don’t have the time” and stopped answering so we didn’t move from the place. Until 8:30 it was not the departure and at 8:30 we come on the bus to ask for an additional 5 minutes of waiting because a person was late. We left Tokyo already stuck, and we were in a traffic jam for 3 hours. He put us in a kind of mall for breakfast (he gave us 15 minutes to go to the bathroom and breakfast, it was full and of course he didn’t give us time for everything). When we get back on the bus, he tells us to save the food to eat when we get back off the bus (when several attendants had been eating during the trip). We're back in another jam for 50 minutes. We stopped to go up to the bush and it gives us 1 hour, which was little for some attendees who had to wait because they did not arrive at the previously agreed time. We're back to starting another 40-minute traffic jam in a town that looked like a festival of the number of people there. We started again and reached the lake, leaving us about 20 minutes long to go to the bathroom and see the lake. It left us without the last stop to supposedly avoid a traffic jam and finally we returned to Tokyo with a traffic jam of about 4 hours and unable to go to the bathroom. The Guide seemed nice but he didn’t know much and didn’t exercise much of a Guide. As for the traffic jams he came to tell us estimated arrival times but coincidentally never got it right. They should give us the money back because it was a real tease.
