It's very fast paced, but you get a lot done. The bath is very nice, but you'll have to stop being shy haha.

The tour started late, we waited 15 minutes for a group to show up and they canceled last minute. Therefore, Christie our tour guide gave us a lecture on how punctual they are in Japan. We had to make up the lost minutes. We did not spend the allotted time in The 5th station nor Oshino Hakkai. Christie shaved off 15-20 minutes from each location. We did not attend Arakurayama Sengen park, instead we had lunch at a restaurant. My plate had a hair and I got reimbursed, but lost my appetite. Food was not good. The restaurant was not stated in the itinerary and only accepts cash. I booked the private onsen which was phenomenal. The locations we visited were beautiful, but not enough time for each place. I Felt rushed by Christie. She was too demanding and pushy regarding the time. She even asked me to run to the bus. Given I was not late. The itinerary stated we would be back at 6 pm and we arrived at 4:50 pm. Would not book again with Viator.

This was a great itinerary for a Mt Fuji tour! Got to see Fuji in all her glory! The weather was perfect. Our guide Jack was great and helpful! Our bus ended up breaking down and we needed to spend more time at the 5th Station on Mt Fuji which we had NO complaints about. Jack tried to assure us that another bus was coming and we could carry on with the rest of the tour. The rest of the tour was a bit rush considering the delay but overall a good trip!

We love our Guide Anna! She is so enthusiastic and so much fun! She gave us history and local recommendations. I would definitely recommend her and come back to visit her! 10 stars all the way around!

Anna our guide did a nice job…did the Japanese Onsen as my option instead of shopping. It was a very relaxing experience…it was great that when we went up to Mt. Fuji 5th, it was clear view for the duration that we were up there.

The tour guide was very friendly but also very chaotic. She spent some time to tell us about herself and why we should buy lunch through her company. Zero information about Japan and what we saw. Unfortunately our tour was on Sunday. The traffic was horrible. The length of the tour according to description was 10 hours. We spent more than 12 hours. Of course this is not guide's fault but she should plan accordingly so we end the tour after 10 hours. Especially that she mentioned that company's policy allows max 10 hours. People have plans and flights to catch. Our last stop lasted 10 minutes. We run to the center of a cute village, took few pictures and literally 10 minutes later run back to the bus. She didn't say a word about this place. I still don't know what we visited. Maybe during the week the situation on the road is better, but we had very bad experience. We pay for a tour and tour guide to learn something about a place we visit . Not this time

Anna is very knowledgeable of the places and very friendly. She is also very funny. We enjoyed the trip a lot.

My guide, Anna is happy, friendly, is this was my best trip in my all travel. Fuji Mountain is one of the most beatiutifull atractions os Japan.

We didn't see Mount Fuji but our tour guide was excellent and we visited other places, ending with the Gotemba Outlet.

The itinerary is very good. It was a busy travelling day, but we saw lots of neat stuff. Anna was our friendly, helpful tour guide. Kept us all on time. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us. Mt. Fuji was covered in clouds at every stop. Coming home was a Friday traffic nightmare. Would still highly recommend, if the weather is good.

We went with tourist guide Anna who was amazing. They sent us the itinerary the night before and made sure that we were informed about all of the best photo spots. The lunch was also incredible!

Experience was very enjoyable and seeing Mt. Fuji is a must. My wife and I enjoyed going to the village and Gotemba the most. Onsen was a great option, though we would have liked more time at Gotemba. Anna our guide was great and really kept us to the schedule well. We enjoyed her sharing a bit about her life and appreciated how she was thorough and detailed with instructions and times for the next event. We liked her unique perspective of being both Chinese and Japanese. Could not have thought of a better tour guide.

Very nice full day activity. Pickups and dropoffs at Tokyo Station or Shinjuku as per your preference. Nice itinerary includes the famous shrine postcard view of Mt.Fuji, a small village near Fuji with the purest water followed by paid lunch and then shopping or hotspring dip with Mt.Fuji view at a premium outlet. Will definitely recommend doing the onsen / public bathing experience with Mt.Fuji view ( remember to drink cold milk after) Full day activity starts at 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM night depending on how bad traffic situation is when you return. Highly recommend!

We loved this experience! It was great not having to worry about travel and logistics. The stops on the tour were nice and gave us ample time to experience Mount Fuji, take many pics, experience local towns, eat Fuji apples and visit the temple/shrine. The local lunch was good. Don’t go shopping at the outlets; go to the onsen instead!! You can see Mount Fuji from the onsen inside the dry sauna as well as the outdoor hot springs - simply stunning!

Had a lovely trip with our tour guide Andrew who had a great personality throughout! I would have preferred more special lookouts for photo opportunities but overall good experience. Was hesitant to try the onsen but glad I went you still have plenty of time to shop afterwards!

It was a great experience. We didn't have enough time for Onsen but we did the other activities. Our tour guide 林田安娜 Anna was very nice. We would do it again. The weather was also nice and we got a good view of Mt. Fuji.

We were fortunate to have the clouds clear when we arrived to have an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji. Enjoyed the lunch and guide’s information. The tour was a bit long. Would have liked to add on the outlet mall. Same outlet mall (run by Simon Company) as in the US. Wasted 3 hours and the got stuck in rush hour Tokyo traffic, Nix the shopping.
