It was a well planned tour. All the main locations in the Mt Fuji area were covered. Our tour guide Imran was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us ample time at all the places without rushing us. Overall a satisfactory experience
The driver Imran came to pick us up at the hotel punctually. He called and suggested an earlier staring time to avoid traffic and we agreed. It was a very good idea. We didn’t see Mt Fuji as it was covers with clouds but we had a very good day full of interesting things. Imran told us about live in Japan and a few interesting details about visited area. He was a very good and safe driver. We recommend this tour.
Excellent service by Vicky, we were able to get out of Tokyo early in the morning to beat the rush hour and enjoy 5 wonderful stops to see the Mount Fuji area.
The day was rainy and we did not see Mt Fuji but we had an absolutely fantastic day. Our guide Prem who spoke English was very accommodating and when we suggested we wanted to have lunch in a small authentic Japanese restaurant he found just what we wanted. Great lunch at Aishokumi Eri in the Mt Fuji area. Highly recommend this tour and with Prem as your guide.
Prem our driver was a great guide. We loved the fact he listened to us about what we would like to see and stop for lunch . His driving was excellent. We missed Mt Fuji because of the rain and cloud but I would still recommend this tour because Prem made the rest interesting.
It was a fantastic tour. My tour guide, Imran, picked me a up at the hotel. He did a great job driving me to all these interesting tourist spots. The highlight of this private tour was a motor boat ride to see the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. It was an amazing experience.

Ryu was an excellent tour guide. He was super prompt, picked us up right in front of our hotel, hit all the best spots and showed us a wonderful time. The tour itself was great as we visited a shrine, temple, several lakes, and had a delicious lunch. There were great snack locations and we saw a beautiful flower garden. Ryu had the best recommendations for each location and told us where to take the best pictures! He even took photos of our family. We had a great day and would love to tour with Ryu again!
Our guide was Ryu, who is fluent in both Japanese and English, he is a very informative, knowledgeable, and prompt guide. Ryu made great suggestions that enhanced and made our trip more enjoyable. For example while visiting 5th station at Mt Fuji he recommended trying the melon cake which was one of the best things we’ve had the entire trip. Ryu is a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide! He is well versed in the history, culture and natural beauty of Japan. We could not get a glimpse of the mountain when we went to the Pagoda in the morning due to clouds, but we were lucky enough to able to get nice views and photos of the mountain at Lake Kawaguchicko. Mt. Fuji can be quite elusive depending on the weather, but because we went to various locations with a vantage point of Mt. Fuji, there were multiple opportunities to catch a glimpse of the mountain. Ryu brought us to a nice (and affordable) sushi place for lunch, and the food was delicious! He also recommended good food and drinks (yummy street food!) at Oshino Hakkai. He wqs a safe driver and was courteous and kind. Thank you very much Ryu for a wonderfull tour!

As a family of four we did the private day tour of Mount Fuji with the best guide ever. Our guide, Prem, picked the locations and they were perfect. One of the most memorable days of our lives. We even got a surprise speed boat ride with views of Mount Fuji. If you go, pick Xplor Japan and ask for Prem!

This was a convenient way to get to the sites around Mt. Fuji. Our driver and guide, Makk, was friendly and flexible on getting us around and offered to take photos at the various stops. Imran was a great driver and guid for the day. Communication was clear on when and where to meet, along with some guidance to get ready earlier to beat traffic and get the best chance at a view. Doing so, we got a good view ahead of the clouds and crowds! Also helped with translating and keeping us on track, without feeling rushed.
Ryu was our driver and guide. He was flexible and knowledgeable, sharing interesting history and information about the sites we went to. He suggested we start the day earlier than originally planned which was the right move as some of the sites get very busy. We started the day at the pagoda and ended at Lake Saiko. We saw Mt. Fuji peek out from time to time which was exciting as we know it's unlikely to see this time of year. Most of what you're doing and seeing is outdoors so in poor whether it might be a challenging day.
We booked our trip at 3am for an 8 am trip on the same day to Fuji because we had arrived the day before and needed to check the weather. This is incredible. Our driver was great and accommodating since we only wanted to go to the morning sites and had another ticket in the afternoon back in Tokyo. The locations we were taken to were pretty awesome. The only thing I would change is lunch. The place we were taken to at the foot of the Fuji in the world heritage village was great for photo opportunities but was meh at best.
Today my wife and I had Ryu as our guide for this tour. The day started with rain so our hopes of getting a good view of Mt Fuji were low. Ryu assured us that the weather would clear and he was spot on. We visited several beautiful spots and although the cloud was still there for the first few stops there were other things to see. Ryu also gave us some recommendations on local food and we had the best ice cream (highly recommended Cherry Blossom if it is there). All in all, we had a terrific day and Ryu was an awesome host.

Mani was very punctual, responsive and accommodating. He made great suggestions and guided us through the whole day. We were fortunate to be able to see Mt. Fuji thanks to Mani's suggestion of getting an early 6 am start. By early afternoon when we were heading back to Tokyo, Mt. Fuji was fully hidden in the clouds. The trip was a huge success thanks to Mani!

Our driver Ryu was very knowledgeable and considerate of our time. He explained each site we visited in detail and answered all our questions. We went over our allocated time on several occasions but we never felt rushed Mount Fuji was not fully visible when we visited. Its peak was cloud covered. Hopefully we will get luckier next time. Overall we enjoyed the day and would recommend the tour.

What an amazing day in Tokyo thanks to our driver, Prem. We had to change our itinerary due to weather and Prem was so accommodating and helpful with suggested timelines and locations. He was so patient with us, the traffic, etc. We asked for a larger car to accommodate our luggage for the day and we got a beautiful, clean and very spacious van to spend the day in privacy and comfort. Ryu picked us up promptly at our hotel, and we were immediately impressed with his English-speaking skills. He was personable and knowledgeable right from the start. We loved the background he gave us on Tokyo and Mount Fuji, being a retired police officer. He allowed us to customize the entire day, guided by his valuable input. He also provided us the philosophy on the Japanese religions and culture. This helped us to understand the Japanese people when he explained their traditions, idioms, and general outlook of their worldview. He knew where to take us for the best photo shots, because of the beautiful sites on this tour. (He knows how to take great photos!). He had no problem scheduling upon our request a boat ride on one of the five lakes surrounding Mount Fuji. He is a first-rate gentleman, courteous and respectful to his clients.

I see there are only 5 star reviews and hesitated against posting ours. But we were disturbed by the exchanges we had while clarifying our requirements and thought it might to be good to share this to provide an alternative view. We had asked for a native Japanese tour guide within our proposed itinerary. The response was a bit of aggressiveness and rudeness, bordering on accusation of discrimination against their staff and potentially running into legal issues. We had read online that it is perfectly fine to request for such specifics when stating our requests, as native guides would have deep-rooted knowledge and experience of local tradition and culture. By the way we eventually did find one via another agency without any trouble. Our advise is to not to seek such clarification with this agency, assuming what we read online is accurate.

We had a great time on this Mt Fuji tour. Our guide, Ryu, was very nice and gave us a lot of information about Mt Fuji and its history. He took us to a lot of places that allowed us to see Mt Fuji in all its glory and it was so beautiful and majestic. He took a lot of nice pics for us too. I definitely recommend this tour. The only con was near the end it did feel a little rushed and we weren’t able to go the the 5th station even though I really wanted to because we had to leave to beat the traffic back. But then we arrived back in 9 hours while the tour was allowed to go up to 10 hours so I felt a little sad that we didn’t make the 5th station stop.
