The first stop of the day brings you to the peaceful shores of Lake Yamanaka, where Mt. Fuji appears in one of its closest and most breathtaking views. Surrounded by fresh mountain air, calm waters, and swans drifting across the lake, the scenery creates a refreshing and unforgettable start to the journey.
Continuing to a short photo stop near Hikawa Clock Shop reveals one of the region’s most iconic hidden views. At the end of a quiet local street, Mt. Fuji rises beautifully in the distance, creating a peaceful and uniquely Japanese scene perfect for memorable photos.
Arakurayama Sengen Park offers a beautifully balanced view of Mt. Fuji, the town below, and the red Chureito Pagoda. After a short uphill walk, the peaceful scenery opens up into one of the area’s most well-known and photogenic landscapes.
At Oshino Hakkai, the scenery shifts into a quieter and more traditional side of Mt. Fuji. Clear spring ponds, fed by snowmelt from the mountain, flow between thatched roofs, small bridges, and village lanes. Enjoy time to stroll through the area, visit local shops, and have lunch at your own pace in this calm countryside setting.
A short stop near Kawaguchiko Station brings you to one of the area’s most famous photo spots, where the iconic Lawson convenience store stands beneath the towering backdrop of Mt. Fuji. Blending everyday Japanese street scenery with spectacular mountain views, it captures a uniquely local side of the Fuji area.
The final stop of the day brings you to Oishi Park, where wide-open views of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt. Fuji create one of the area’s most scenic landscapes. Depending on the season, colorful flowers line the lakeside paths, adding to the peaceful atmosphere and making it a perfect place to slow down and enjoy the view.
Didnt need to be so long Waited for 30mins in the morning for 2 folks Then spent 40mins at Swan lake where there wasnt anything to do Driver was very nice but didnt have a lot of local knowledge so couldnt answer many questions Mt Fuji was out in full force towards the end so ended on a high
The tour was very well organised, the tour did run late and that was due to the traffic over a holiday weekend. Overall it was an enjoyable day and we were lucky enough not to clouds near Mount Fuji
This was an amazing tour. We got to see Mt Fuji clearly and got to stop at 6 locations. Our driver Lee was the best. I highly recommend him for anyone going on this tour. 10000% worth it. My family and I had an amazing time. Thank you!
A great tour, a lot packed in. The driver and guide Ro was great. Very helpful, attentive and polite. I would recommend, some good spots to take clear pics of Mt Fuji.

The day we had booked ended up being rainy all day. Rather than the photos in ad, we just got rained on for hours on end, and saw only clouds and fog. When it became clear that they couldn't deliver the trip we'd scheduled, some fellow passengers tried to get the guide to change the itinerary. However he insisted that we should do the original itinerary as planned, while admitting that we wouldn't see much. So we were dragged from place to place where most things were closed and there was nothing to see or do, and instead had to wait there for 40 minutes or an hour each time. At one point he held up photos from his phone to show us what things would look like if it hadn't rained, as if that was supposed to be of any benefit. Without the view, the stops are completely meaningless--like a convenience store in the middle of nowhere. The operators run this trip daily and knew exactly what would happen, but rather than offering an alternative route that was weather suitable, or just canceling and returning the money, they preferred to keep the money and drag through the rain all day. Given our limited time in Tokyo, it was a huge waste of time, and I really cannot recommend this experience to future travelers.

This was a relaxing, chilled experience. This is an opportunity to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some Japanese nature and take some great photos. The view of Mt Fuji will probably be obscured if you are not there in winter, but you can still enjoy the tour. Gavin was an excellent guide.
Our driver was super nice. The road was long. Traffic jam was ways. Each stop was about shopping and not so much about the mountain. Ok trip.
The day was simply unforgettable. Our guide drove us safely from one destination to the next and was always friendly, patient, and happy to answer any questions we had. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we still had plenty of opportunities to take beautiful photos and fully enjoy the experience.
