Our driver, Li, arrived exactly on time as agreed. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire journey. We would especially like to thank him for taking a group photo of us. We were very satisfied with the entire tour and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Mount Fuji tour today! One of the biggest advantages was the small group size — there were only six of us, which made the experience much more personal, relaxed, and enjoyable. We were able to explore everything at our own pace and managed to visit six beautiful locations around Mount Fuji! Our driver and guide was fantastic — incredibly attentive, helpful, friendly, and with a great sense of humor. Everything was so well organized that we got to see all the planned sights without feeling rushed and even returned to Tokyo earlier than scheduled. It was a truly memorable day, and I would highly recommend this tour company to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and well-organized Mount Fuji experience!

Mr Lee - Tour guide and bus captain did an excellent role in bringing us to all the iconic places to view Fujiyama that includes Lake Kawaguchiko, the famous Lawson, the Arakurayama Sengan Park with the red pagoda just to make a few. The driver was very helpful in organising extra pick-up (for a fee). He was polite and a good driver.Unfortunately his English was very limited so useless as a guide. The route gave several opportunities to see Mt Fuji. In retrospect a train trip would have acheived the same result for much less cost.

Gavin, our excellent driver and guide, made sure the day went exactly according to plan, and we were very lucky with the weather which allowed us excellent views at all times.

We had the best day on this tour and it has been my family’s favourite day of the trip! Our driver Gavin took us to all the main spots to see Mt Fuji and shuffled the itinerary as needed so that we could go to the best spots before the clouds covered the view. There was plenty of time at each stop to take photos and look around. Gavin also guided us to the best areas at each location so that we could get the most out of each stop. Also a massive thank you to Gavin for going out of his way to return an item i had accidentally left in the van!!! Thank you for an awesome day!

The view of the mountain is obviously weather dependent but the tour itself is still a lot of fun. There's a lot to learn, and many beautiful sights to see around the mountain.

This was a lovely tour! Shout out to the admin team for accomodating a last minute pick up location change. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and it was an easy ride to the Mt. Fuji area. The driver, Li, was on time, communicated all meeting points and effortlessly parked the van each time in some difficult spots! It was great to be in a small group of only 9 people, especially since the areas get really busy. Would recommend.

Tour guide Ro was very professional and prompt. We highly recommend him as a tour guide.

Many sites to see. Tons of stairs to climb. A lot of opportunities to purchase souvenirs. Fantastic photo ops. Our tour guide was Ro, who was super chill and patient. He gave us just enough information about the different locations and landmarks, but was always open to questions. There were a couple of times my wife and I held the group up but he was never rude. He only asked us to consider the other tourists. There was one location that we could have shaved time off to spend at some of the more busy stops. Part of the reason we were late is because after we purchased some souvenirs we had a long wait in line for food. There was also a museum we would’ve loved to check out but there just wasn’t enough time. Overall, this is a fantastic tour. I recommend to everyone. Be mindful that the first stop is a massive hike, whether you take the stairs or the hills. Be prepared for a trek. Thankfully, the views at the top make it very much worth it.

Nearly a complete waste of time. The driver spoke NO English…! We received NO insight, history, or cultural information as the driver spoke NO English…!! It would have been as informative if we had been in a Waymo driverless car. The driver tried to be polite as possible just gesturing with his hands as to where to go and leaving us to figure out what we were seeing and where to go. Fortunately the Finnish family and the Maltese couple were fluent in English as we joked at the poor experience provided on this 10 hour (!) tour of driving. Learned nothing just to see a mountain from several different angles….

We had Ro as our tour guide. He was extremely polite and cognizant of our friend who had a mobility issue. We were last to be picked up on his van and he asked the rest of the group to rotate seats on our next stop as the remaining front seat (which our friend had to use) was quite high to climb into. He was friendly and knowledgeable of the sights on each of our stops. He helped take our pictures at Honcho Street for the group. He helped exchange our American dollars to Japanese yen for our group where we had lunch since the town didn't accept credit cards. He allowed ample time for lunch and bathroom breaks during the tour. We especially enjoyed the stop at the lake where we saw swans and fish which gathered to the shore where people fed them. The interaction with nature was very pleasant. Our last stop Lake Kawaguchiko was restful as we enjoyed the scenery. Our tour guide Ro was also a very skilled driver. He navigated tight turns on narrow roads on our trip. On our way back to Tokyo, he had to deal with a traffic jam for at least half an hour changing lanes to try to get us in the best position. He was patient, yet decisive in making traffic choices during that traffic jam. He tried to get us back as quickly as possible despite the traffic delay. All in all, Ro was professional and an excellent guide

Beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. Great stops and the right amount of time. Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable. The trip was longer than expected but that was due to heavy traffic and out of our drivers control. We would definitely recommend to other’s.

Gavin is a top-notch guide; he explained everything brilliantly and showed us everything perfectly, really making an effort to explain things well. His English is excellent and he speaks very fluently, so even as a foreigner, you can understand everything.

So, I booked this because I overlooked that it was not a hiking tour. I thought that we would at least go up the mountain. This was more of a sight seeing tour- you go near the mountain for photos in a nearby town. That being said, it was still very nice and I would recommend. We stopped in some very beautiful towns and the climbed the stairs to a very beautiful temple. Our guide was very nice and friendly.

What an unbelievable tour! Unfortunately on the day of our tour the clouds just stuck around for the best part of the day but we were able to see a glimpse of the top of Mt Fuji. Gavin (our driver) was amazing! Open communication, letting us know when the next stop was coming up and was clear around timing so we were aware of what was happening. Gavin was very knowledgeable about each location stop off, with history information and facts. Gavin also went out of his way to take photos of everyone at each location. We enjoyed the smaller tour group and were glad we didn’t book a bus tour. We had 6 in our group for the day, great timing too just arriving before buses at different locations meant we could have a more relaxed time at each stop with less people. We will definitely be recommending Gavin and this tour to everyone we speak to.

We took this trip to see Mount Fuji with Gavin. It was an interesting day; we visited several spots where we could admire the mountain. Although it was slightly overcast, we managed to catch a glimpse of it a couple of times. Gavin is a good driver, he drives well, is friendly and helpful, and provided us with a lot of information.

Tour guide/ driver was excellent! The tour was good, but too much time spent at photo stops. Could have been shorter. Enjoyed seeing sights outside of Tokyo.

We stopped repeatedly for views of Mt. Fuji that were nonexistent as it rained all day and was foggy. Two stops were in parking lots where we were expected to stay for 40 minutes. The entire tour was based on Mt. Fuji and, given the weather, should have been canceled. Information about the area was minimal at best. We had asked if we could go see something else and were told no. On the way back to our meeting point the driver was weaving in and out of traffic. The couple in the front tried to keep asking him questions because he was having difficulty staying awake. This tour was a total waste of time and money.

A wonderful itinerary and experience with our guide, Jay. There were 8 on our tour, so it was great. No luck with views of My Fuji, but a memorable day nonetheless

Disgraceful….. We got turned around at the train station, driver would not wait for us , saw him drive straight past us …even waived at him ….kept going Never use this company…
