It was really good! We had lots of time, and it was a really nice vibe.

Gulay was a fantastic guide for our first day in Shibuya. She was so helpful in teaching us how to use the Shibuya Train station and met us right at the designated spot. We walked a lot of the area with her pointing out things that we didn't know anything about. We took the train to the Harajuku area and Takeshita street, so many interesting things to see there. You MUST try the strawberries on a stick, this was a delicious treat. Gulay also took us to the Meji Jingu Park which was just lovely.

We booked a private tour and our guide, Sheilina Toh was excellent. She really tuned in quickly to what 5 women would love to see and do. Sheilina was very informative and knew the hidden gems. Loved her!

Shibuya district is a shopping center. Saw the shops, local parks and the shrine. Well worth the trip.

Our guide Sheilina, was the utmost professional and at the same time we felt like we had know her for ever. Sheilina, kindly met us at our hotel which was an hour by train from the Shibuya district, as I was very unsure of the rail system being our first day in Tokyo. The tour was for my 17yr old granddaughter, who loves everything Anime. this was a special Grandmother, Granddaughter trip to Japan. Sheilina, made it so much fun, was informative in an easy way, not boring at all. She found so many things that my granddaughter wanted to do, see and buy. Sheilina took us to a Cosplay cafe, which was a riot, something you expereince once, well at my age anyway. Sheilina helped us get our train tickets and directed us on our way on the rail system. We highly recommend Sheilina, who very obviously enjoys her role as Tour guide.

Gulay was an excellent guide. She took us on a walking tour on our first night in Tokyo through Shinjuku and Harajuku. She was flexible and easy going and knew everything we needed to know. She taught us to use the subway and the Suica card!

We loved our tour with Gulay soo much! We wanted to shop in the vintage section of Japan and had so much fun. She also helped us navigate the trains and helped us find a wonderful ramen place.

Sena, our guide, was amazing!  She showed us the scramble, a few other highlights, and at our request, tailored the tour to take us on a very efficient shopping expedition to get exactly what we were looking for. She showed us a new restaurant, KURA, with sushi on a conveyer belt, which I have always wanted to do. She recommended other activities for us, such as a boat tour, and let us know exactly where to get some other specific souvenir items after our tour. She followed up with us several times to answer further questions. We loved our time in Shibuya and Harajiku with Sena!

Ask for Carlos to be your guide. He was excellent and fluent in English. He met us at the Hachiko memorial statue and explained the history of the bronze dog waiting patiently for his long deceased owner. Then he walked us through a very hip area of Shibuya and we had matcha tea, then through a primarily childrens' shopping area and finally to the Meiji Shrine. We felt we got an excellent overview of this part of Tokyo with a wonderful guide.

Our guide did not show up-we gave him 20 minutes at the designated meet up point and there was no contact made so we went to the Meiji Shrine on our own-and tried to figure it out the best way we could using google.

Sena is a great tourguide. She took us to a few very lovely restaurants (okonimiyaki and sushi and matcha) and showt us a lot of local habits and good-to-knows. She is very reliable, kind and enthousiastic and the kids (and me) loved her. She also helpend us big time to get a pasmo for the trains. We booked her tour the day after we arrived in Tokyo so she helpend us out to get aquinted with the basics. Book her! She is great!

There tour guide spoke very good English so she was able to follow and understand! She was very informative and explained in depth everything we were seeing. If you didn't know these spots were there, you would miss them as you walked by. We entered a few spots, such as a river with giant flowers floating and fish swimming that was stunning and jaw dropping like you'd expect to see in movies. The surreal things we saw left us with amazing experiences and pictures to last a lifetime!

Carlos was excellent! Knowledgeable, friendly, speaks both English and Spanish. He gave us great advice on ways to enjoy and be more efficient in Tokyo. We even kept texting asking him on advice afterwards. Highly recommend. Juan

We booked our tour for the late afternoon and met RamKy on time at the meeting point. RamKy is a very nice person and easy to connect with. He has great knowledge about history and current situation of Japan. Whatwe really enjoyed that was able to provide to our question an inside Japan view and an outside opinion. My partner and our two toddlers went on a ‘Highlights and hidden gems tour’ in Tokyo with Gulay. For us it was the best possible start of our Japan trip. In just 3 hours she shared so much interesting things with us: from history and tradition to contemporary everyday life. We also got some really helpfull practical information to make the most of our stay and tasted some cool things. We combined two tours with Sena and she was very professional. She took us to the Meiji Shrine and from there we walked through streets and parks seeing lots of sights and tasting some great food. The Meiji Shrine was lovely and peaceful but Gulay made it very interesting. Undertaking the Shibuya Crossing afterwards was such stark contrast. But also very entertaining. Gulay constantly infused our tour with cultural insights like Harajuku wear, pointing out Mothers/Daughters in beautiful kimonos, and the significance of everything from unique candies, treats, clothing and habits. We especially enjoyed Cat Street and the Ometesando shopping and people watching. It was a delightful insightful afternoon. She had a patient and pleasant personality. Gulay was a fabulous walking tour guide. We booked her assistance for a second day private tour. Gulay provided historic, religious, and cultural insights along our paths together. She generously shared many tips for our time in Tokyo and Kyoto. Multi lingual - Turkish, English, Spanish - maybe more. Has studied Japan and Japanese culture and history. Very relaxed pace and most generous with her efforts during and after, including informative recaps in text message after our times on foot. Gulay communicates well by WhatsApp before and after her tours. We would book Gulay again without hesitation.

RamK is such a wonderful person to meet and have a conversation with! He knows the history extremely well, he teaches and explains Japanese phrases and culture, he recommends wonderful restaurants and other experiences beyond his time with you to help you enjoy your time in Japan. I was only in Japan a single day but he reached out and customized his tour to make sure that we saw a few meaningful things before I had to catch my flight. He was very considerate and friendly and since I was alone it was nice to have such a genuine and thoughtful person to interact with as well as helping me navigate on the train, as a non Japanese speaker and also a first timer in Japan, his help in riding the train made me less nervous and also helped me not to hold up others because of my lack of experience or knowledge. He also ha fun telling me how there are so many different ways to be a geek and there’s so many wonderful things to collect and see in Japan if you’re interested in any sort of fandom even of institutions and mascots. I felt so good about taking the tour because he was enthusiastic and kind, and it felt like hanging out with a friend. I’m sure that I would have him as my guide again or recommend him to my friends because he was so thorough and knowledgeable that I didn’t have to worry about anything else when I was with him. 10/10

Ai took us to remarkable places that we never would have found ourselves. She was even able to find dishes for a gluten free vegetarian. She showed us a lesser known Tokyo and was intuitively aware of what we would enjoy.
