Driver looked for us outside customs. Everything was exactly what the company said. Yes, we had to wait for awhile for the driver to show up but it wasn't a big deal for us. It was rush hour so driver probably was in traffic. Van was large enough for 5 people with 5 large bags plus a small hand carry luggage.

The company made early contact with me and was extremely helpful and expedient. They maintained contact via WhatsApp, determining our luggage needs, giving us arrival instructions, and letting us know exactly where the driver would be when we exited the baggage claim. I had wifi on the flight, so they texted to ask where I was in the process, etc. and were there when we arrived. After we met the driver, he took our bags and whisked us through the airport to a waiting van, which took us to our hotel. Five star experience.
On time, excellent communication via What’s App. They did surprise me by telling me several days before the hotel to airport transfer that I would need to pay extra for the driver to meet us at the immigration/customs exit with a sign. I did not add on this service but was able to communicate with the dispatch office to easily find the driver.
Transfer was excellent! We were updated via watts app & communication was very good. The vehicle was immaculate & perfect for our needs. Transfer to hotel was smooth & efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate using these guys again!
Travelling with a family that also needs to have a WALKER + WHEELCHAIR is never easy but GT-TRANSFERS did brilliantly getting us to/from Haneda and to/from Tokyo Disneyland .. .. Terrific and easy communications in English via WhatsApp all throughout the process, was met at the airport quickly and with a large enough van to take us + 11 bags!! The tour operator was effective in the communication about the pick up from the airport to our hotel. We were sent pictures about where to rendezvous. The tour operator and the driver monitored our flight arrival which was delayed. It was reassuring to get a message from them as soon as we landed. The vehicle was clean and spacious enough to accommodate our large luggage.

It was a pleasant experience, but the pick up driver was late picking us up, helped with only one person’s bag and left my travel partner to fend with her bag herself. Also, driver walked very fast to the car in the crowded airport and we lost sight of him for a bit.
Driver showed up 30 minutes late. Traffic is not a viable response when you know and work in the area.
