My husband and I had a wonderful experience taking a cooking class with Yuko! We learned how to make gyoza, and the entire experience was fantastic. Yuko has a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and made the class both fun and engaging. She explained the significance of the ingredients and walked us through each step, teaching us exactly how to prepare these delicious little delicacies. In addition to the gyoza, we made a fresh salad and egg drop soup. The meal was incredibly generous and satisfying, and we finished with ice cream and fresh fruit. It was such an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. We learned a lot, had fun, and enjoyed a delicious meal. I would absolutely recommend Yuko’s cooking class to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The gyoza making class was easy to follow, fun, and delicious!
This was so nice! The ladies teaching the class are very patient and sweet with my group of predominantly English-speakers. Wrapped up after eating our homemade gyoza with some rice, bean sprouts, and egg drop soup. Recommended if you have the chance!
Very nice experience, our guides, Rowena, Saki, Misato were very nice and friendly. The space was open and bright and the class was fun to make our food.
I had a wonderful experience eating a wonderful meal led by wonderful instructors. Rowena, Saki, and Misato led us through prep, cooking, and, most importantly, eating of a phenomenal, traditional meal.
Tamae, Rowena, and Saki were great instructors!
Hiroko was amazing! Great service and made the experience enjoyable along with learning some new tricks. It was a very enjoyable experience.
Tamae was an amazing teacher and the end product was extremely impressive, despite my unskilled hands.
Hiroko was truly exceptional and we had the most wonderful experience. The gyoza were amazing and we learned so much. Hiroko was so knowledgeable and kind and I can’t wait to go home and cook the gyoza for my family. The recipe was accessible if you are a chef or never cooked before and Hiroko made sure we learned so much. I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone do this class if you are in Tokyo!!

My friends and I had a brilliant time at Patia's cooking class! The experience was memorable and a highlight of the trip. We really enjoyed how sociable and friendly the staff were. We learnt a lot and shared many laughs. I recommend this activity to anyone visiting Japan!
This class was amazing! Our instructors were so enthusiastic and thorough with helping us create our gyozas from scratch, while also giving us the space to work on our own! Everything was absolutely delicious, and we had a wonderful time cooking, eating, and chatting with the instructors!
Tamae and Saori speak English well and so friendly and patient. It does help to have some basic cooking skills such as using a knife and chopsticks.
Misato and Tamare were very kind and patient with our travel group and the gyoza were delicious!
Love it! Enjoyed learning how to make different dishes! And then cooking and eating it!
I tried making gyoza with my friends here. Teachers’ really friendly. They also encouraged us a lot during the process. I had a good time here. Highly recommend!!!
It was a great and very interesting experience, I learned a lot in just 2 hours. There were quite a lot of people but the overall atmosphere was extremely comfortable. The staff were receptive and happy to answer any and all questions, great for people who wish to learn Japanese cuisine in a forgiving environment.
I went thanks to a school event, and it was so funny and interesting. You have the opportunity to learn something new, and also have a wonderful lunch. The teachers are so kind and friendly, so I absolutely recommend it if you want to have a special experience with japanese cooking!
The instructors were very kind! I went with a group of students from my university, and even though we hadn’t known each other previously, it was easy to bond over making gyoza. Definitely recommend to others as They’re non-Japanese speaker friendly-anything you’re unsure of, they’ll either explain it *lightly* in English, or with gestures, so you’re still able to follow along. Make sure you come a little hungry because the meal at the end is a lot of food! Bonus if you do know a little bit of Japanese because then the staff will joke around with you!
Very good experience, for two hours you learn how to make Gyozas with a great welcoming staff. From the dough to the cooking, you will know everything!
I went with my school as an extracurricular activity and i was taught how to make gyozas. The instructors are very nice and the overall atmosfere is calm and peaceful. Recommended!

Thank you to our cooking instructor Rowena and her assistant we had a lot of fun in learning how to cook traditional Japanese Gyoza! Their kindness made us feel welcomed and made us enjoy the experience very much. We look forward to attending other classes! They also take pictures they share with you at the end of the lesson which is a nice souvenir of the experience :) we can't wait trying to make our own Gyoza at home. Highly recommended!!
This is a MUST DO. The instructor was patient and informative. Food was delicious. The immersion experience is second to none.

Fantastic experience. They explain everything in detail in a fun and interactive way. We started from scratch and also we made side dishes to eat with the main dish (gyoza)
Our teacher Tamae was very kind and helpful; she explained everything very well! We were alone, so it was a private lesson and everything was wonderful!
Very cool class, we made mega delicious gyoza. Hiroko & Nana were super nice and explained everything step by step.
I was looking forward to it and thought it was very good. 老券们very 细心耐心,制作过程像和苜友一起蚁会一样斉 老券们对的超周到,不会日语也completely 没关系,认识了新朋友刾开心
This dumpling class at the West Shinbashi in Patia was amazing! The whole process is participatory, from noodle and kneading to filling to final bag shaping. The cooking teacher was very kind and even if my Japanese wasn't very good, she would patiently instruct me in English and simple Japanese, so I learned to wrap dumplings in a relaxed atmosphere. It was a very meaningful experience! It's really fulfilling when you finally get your hands on the dumplings, and I recommend you all to come!
I participated in the gyoza making experience. It was my first time making dumplings from skin, so it was a lot of fun. I was also able to compare it to commercially available ones and see the difference. I don't think it's easy to make it from scratch at home, so I'm glad I got to experience it this time. The teachers also taught us carefully and slowly, and we were able to make delicious dumplings.
Excellent experience, we were taught to make the gyozas from 0 with dedication and patience. They were always very attentive and willing to help. I definitely recommend the experience.
It was a great experience doing gyozas, the staff was very friendly and helped us with the whole process it was a pleasant experience to make Japanese food from scratch
Very good experience, it was my first time cooking, you don't need experience or anything help you much to cook and it's very nice people who attended came out very rich. 😋
An amazing experience, it’s the first time I tried to cook Japanese food and all the staff were so kind and helpful. This is the first time I have tried to cook Japanese food but even though the staff does not speak Spanish they speak English very well and are always aware of what you need, I highly recommend. 10000/10
