Fuji Hakone Private Tour With Bilingual Chauffeur

Our Hakone and Mount Fuji excursion was one of the memorable experiences of our Japan holiday! First and foremost, a big thank you to Mr. Abdul, the main person behind organising and coordinating this trip. His arrangements made the entire experience smooth and convenient for our family. We had a lovely day exploring the region. From enjoying the scenic cruise and experiencing the ropeway to having a wonderful halal lunch, every part of the excursion added something special to our day. We even enjoyed ice creams near Lake Kawaguchi! Unfortunately, it rained throughout the day, so Mount Fuji revealed itself only in little glimpses. But even those fleeting views became beautiful travel memories. A special mention to Mr. Asad for his friendly approach, assistance and coordination throughout the excursion. He made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed the experience as a family. We genuinely appreciate the efforts of everyone involved in making this trip happen. We would happily recommend their tours to families visiting Japan who are looking for a smooth, well-organised and enjoyable experience. Another amazing tour from an awesome tour guide Abdul. He greeted us with waters at the top of the mountain and took us on a guided tour through Mt Fuji / Hakone area with stops at the Open Air museum, providing umbrellas to 7 people for the rain, we rode cable cars, pirate ship, and took spectacular photos. Abdul provided personalized service to my family and friends!!! Absolutely enjoyed every minute!

We had the most magical day in Mt Fuji and have to thank our amazing guide Abdul. He is not only so knowledgeable about the area he is a delight. Took care of my mobility challenged mom as if she were his own mother. Knew all the best off the beaten path spots. I can’t recommend Abdul enough. This was our favorite day of our trip so far 10/10

We did a private guided tour to Hakone and Mount Fuji as a family of 5 and it was a wonderful day out. Having Abdul as a private guide and chauffeur made everything easy and convenient. He knew a lot about the area and happily shared his knowledge along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. He was punctual and took good care of all of us, kids included. Abdul also took photos of us during the tour and shared them afterwards - a nice personal touch we really appreciated. This Hakone tour became one of the most memorable days of our entire Japan trip, and not in the way we initially expected. The weather was cold, cloudy, and snowy, wrapping Hakone in a quiet, dramatic beauty that felt almost cinematic. The mist and some snowfall gave the landscape a calm, moody atmosphere that made everything feel intimate and special. Although Mount Fuji didn’t reveal itself once we arrived in Hakone, we were fortunate to catch glimpses of it earlier on the journey , a fleeting, magical moment that made the day feel complete. Once in Hakone, the snowy scenery stood beautifully on its own. Every part of the day felt thoughtfully curated. Visiting the Open-Air Museum in the snow was unexpectedly magical, sculptures set against a beautiful landscape created a peaceful, reflective experience that felt almost timeless. Walking through the grounds in the cold, surrounded by art and nature, was calming and memorable in a way that photographs can’t quite capture. The cable car ride through the mist was another highlight serene, slightly surreal, and unforgettable. Stopping to try the famous sulfur eggs was such a fun and uniquely Hakone moment, something we’ll always remember with a smile. The boat ride across the lake was calm and scenic, offering a completely different perspective of the area, while lunch was warm, comforting, and perfectly timed given the cold weather. One of the most delightful surprises of the day was tasting locally grown strawberries, incredibly fresh, sweet, and full of flavour. It felt like a small but meaningful connection to the place, and those thoughtful touches made the experience feel authentic rather than touristy. What truly made the day exceptional, however, was our guide, Abdul from Banzai Tours. Kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, they paid close attention to our comfort throughout the cold conditions, adjusted the pace perfectly, and made the entire experience feel personal and relaxed. Their local knowledge, calm presence, and flexibility transformed what could have been a challenging weather day into something truly special. It never felt rushed or scripted ,it felt like being shown Hakone by someone who genuinely loves the area and wants you to enjoy it fully. The warmth and politeness of the people we met along the way added another layer of joy to the experience. Even in the cold, everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and gracious, which made the day feel even more memorable. This tour reminded us that travel isn’t about perfect weather or clear skies, it’s about atmosphere, thoughtful moments, and the people who shape the experience. Snowy Hakone, the Open-Air Museum, misty cable cars, sulfur eggs, peaceful boat rides, sweet strawberries, and an exceptional guide all came together to create a day we will remember for a very long time. Highly recommended, truly unforgettable.

My best friend and I had a wonderful time with our guide Abdul! He’s fun and very knowledgeable. We were able to customize the tour in accordance with our interests. Hakone is a beautiful place! The view of Fuji Mountain was breathtaking from the Owakudane Station. We were able to enjoy their black eggs and a super delicious curry while gazing at Fuji-san! We also went to the open air museum, not only they have some cool art but also a relaxing hot spring for your tired feet! I would definitely recommend booking with Mr. Abdul in the future.

Well planned and beautiful trip to Hakone. Our guide Ali was great and very knowledgeable of the area / which routes to take to get us to our preferred destinations. He was always prompt to respond and also gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do in Tokyo too. He was always on time with the pickups and accommodating too. We had the best day in Mt Fuji thanks to our guide, Abdul. He was prompt, courteous and a good driver. He took us to all of the sights we had pre-arranged and knew exactly where to take the best pictures. Along the way he would give us tidbits of information that enriched our visit and he even put together a slideshow of pictures he had taken of us as a bonus. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan!

we had a wonderful experience yesterday with our tour guide Abdul to Mount Fuji He dropped us off at the open air museum, and the kids had a wonderful time playing in the kid area. And then took us to the cable car to the little place where you can have black eggs, and enjoy the beautiful views. Abdul is very knowledgeable about Japan in the area and we learned a lot and definitely enjoyed the comfort of his minivan to get to all the places

We took a one day private trip to Hakone/Mt fuji. Mr Abdul was my driver/guide. He speaks fluent english, is punctual and is extremely accomodating. He showed us the photo spots, took photos for us and went out of his way to make our trip a pleasant and memorable one.

It was a very nice and friendly experience, very convenient and customisable too for a family trip starting from Tokyo.

The rest of the trip was good, I just didnt like the museum personally. The guide was friendly, he was a bit late when he came to pick us up from hotel, but the rest was ok.

Our tour exceeded our expectations. We loved stopping at all the best photo spots that Abdul brought us too and didn’t expect the wonderful photos he took for us. Hakone and Lake Ashi were beautiful; we enjoyed the shrines and the peaceful nature walks. The timing of the tour was perfect and Abdul was flexible, professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

This was easily the best day of our vacation thanks to Abdul! We were traveling as four adults and a 4 month old baby. Abdul is a fantastic tour guide with a wealth of knowledge he shared during the drive which made the trip pleasant and fun. He gave excellent suggestions for the itinerary that were also baby-friendly, arrived early (earlier than even the scheduled 7am time), had a comfortable car stocked with water bottles, waited patiently anytime I needed to take care of something for the baby (even escorted me across the road for changing table etc.), took great pictures of us, and even shared his own sweets with us. We got AMAZING views of Mt. Fuji and got to take breathtaking pictures with it in the background from an amazing place he suggested. Abdul has such a kind, warm, and joyful personality. This is a MUST-DO activity for anyone visiting Japan!

We did an unforgettable tour of Hakone with Abdul! From start to finish everything went perfectly. Abdul arrived early to pick us up and greet us and he had the best suggestions to show us around! Would recommend this tour to anyone. Amazing!!!Awesome!!! Place itself is awesome but best part was Abdul, our guide. Punctual, knowledgeable, humorous and very warm personality. Through and through, his knowledge about place, culture and importance of each made us love the Japan. There was surprise places which we would not have visited otherwise which were amazing. Hakone is the most beautiful place to relax in Japan. Mr Waheed helped guide us to stay at the right location for onsen experience and then made it easy to see the best spots, do the ropeway and most wonderful cruise on the lake. We saw all the spots including parks and an amazing outdoor museum. Without a private tour, this would not be possible. I highly recommend this tour.

Abdul was an amazing guide. It was raining that day so he helped us adjust the tour so we could make the most out of the day. He took us to a beautiful hidden gem Venetian glass garden, a nice lunch and made sure that the weather was good for us the next day in Hakone so we could do all the Mt. Fuji tour since we were staying there an extra day. He even messaged and checked us in the next day. The car was very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend him as a tour guide.

It was a nice tour, we could see Mount Fuji from the Ashi lake thanks to a fantastic weather, and the open air museum was nice too.
