I live nearby in North Port and the food was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to come again and try something even more different than what I had. See you soon.
Hiram was a great guide. Tour was customized to meet our needs. She came prepared and the tour was a lot of fun. She is knowledgeable and took us to many cool places. Food was great. Highly recommend her and the tour for anyone that likes anime and manga.
Chrisato was a wonderful guide. Made sure we were going to stores that interested us. Lunch was very good. Loved seeing the huge arcade shops. Maid cafe was fun
Hiromi was amazing and so hospitable! We were on the first tour of our week long trip, and it certainly set the time for an amazing trip! App the sights and experiences were amazing, and she made sure to help us choose options that honored our dietary restrictions. My cheeks were hurting from smiling so much.
Hiromi-san was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. She showed a good mix of anime and gaming shops, with plenty of food in-between. We were able to see a lot of things, experience some interesting stuff, like the maiden Cafe, which was something you should experience at least once and even do some shopping. At the end she showed me to a store where I could find lots of manga. I recommend this tour if you like anime, manga and video games.
Our guide Chisato was amazing. She knew the area very well and helped us find places we wouldn’t have found. We experienced lots of anime, game arcades, and local sites. Dinner was a Japanese Bbq and after we had a parfait at a very cute maid cafe. Absolutely recommend this to anyone who visits Tokyo. Thankyou Chisato 👍❤️
Chisato was very knowledgeable in traditional and pop culture , friendly and accommodating! We had a great experience and highly recommended!
We had a brilliant food and walking tour through Akihabara today with our amazing tour Bazaraa, he gave us so much time to spend wherever we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the area. We tried wagyu for the first time and it was fantastic. Thank you again Bazaraa
Hiromi was such a friendly and helpful guide. Throughly enjoyed the tour as she showed me all the locations that we had visited. She was also helpful with explanations.
Our kiddos said this was the best tour they've ever been on, even though they've been on many. Hiromi was incredibly amazing and fun. We truly had the most wonderful experience of our lives!
We had a blast exploring Akihabara Electric Town with Bazaraa as our tour guide. We got to try out many foods such as sushi, BBQ, and taiyaki at the best restaurants in town. We stuffed our faces full! We saw many cool anime figurines, electronics, games, pachinko, even got to experience a maid cafe. Bazaraa was very helpful and informative. 10/10 I highly recommend this tour!
Got to see so many different shops and items. I also learned the history of the akihabara and why certain stores have special characteristics.
awsome everything perfect we had more then expected answer all our question brought us to nice place we were looking for and very gentle
My partner and I enjoyed hanging out with our expert tour guide, Chisato, in Akihabara! She took us through various anime shops where we purchased figurines, collectible cards, apparel, and other merch. We also stopped at a few restaurants (including the maid cafe), so bring your appetite! This was my second time visiting Japan, so I'm still learning about Japanese cuisine. Chisato was so kind and helpful in explaining how to eat the food properly. Towards the end of the tour, we got to browse one of the arcades, and we tried our luck on the retro gaming floor with Jurassic Park and another shooting game. So, if you love shopping for the latest anime merchandise, playing arcade games, and eating super tasty Japanese food, this tour is definitely for you! I 100% recommend it! A few helpful tips: We had difficulty locating the meeting gate when we arrived, but Chisato made her way over to us and ensured one of our travel companions successfully made it back to the station when the tour was over. Akihabara station is a busy spot, so we'd recommend leaving about 45 - 60 minutes early.
Our guide, Shoko, was very patient and kind as she showed us about. Her English language skills were very good. We enjoyed the tour and her very much.
Our guide Hiromi was wonderful. She talked to us to see what we were interested in and then adapted the plans to fit our interests. We really enjoyed to stores we went to, the food stops were great. We had a delicious sushi lunch, we tried bbq which was amazing and also went to a maid cafe which was so fun and cute!
I have such a great experience. Everything was amazing. The food, the neiborhood, the anime, the arcade, etc. The Maid Cafe was something new for me! Hiromi is a great guide. She made everithing happy and she always wanted I have a great experience. If you came to Tokyo you must try this! *****
You get a nice walkaround Akihabara. The tour guide was very professional and personable. You will get a good walkaround in the biggest anime mega store in Akihabara. The food you will eat is also amazing. The maid cafe experience is also cute and memorable. Just prepare ahead of time if you have diet restrictions.
We went on the tour with our group of friends and family our guide was Eugene. The whole tour was amazing Eugene did everything he could to make sure each of us got an experience tailored to our interests. The whole tour was one of the best and most informative that we've had. I highly recommend this tour especially if Eugene is your guide.
I had a wonderful experience during the Akihabara tour. My tour guide Yumi San was amazing and provided many interesting details about Japan. She helped me translate my Omikuji. :) I highly recommend this tour!
Wonderful experience around Akihabara. The guides Eugene and Mali were very knowledgeable of the area and history. The tour was catered to our needs. They worked hard to get what we needed. The restaurants we visited were top notch. Highly recommend the “maid” experience as it is something you really don’t see. Thank you.
Our tour guide Marin waa amazing. We really enjoyed our tour. She took us to great locations and explained everything to us.
My son and I booked this tour to get a cultural feel for parts of the city we had not explored during our 7 day stay. Marin was the perfect guide for us. She gave us anime, she found a Japanese baseball and Pokemon card store for my son, she gave us a tour of the food markets close by and we had a great food along the way. This was a perfect tour for us as Marin was able to fit in exactly what we were looking for.
The tour was both exciting and interesting. The various food you get to eat throughout the tour are billiant and filling, and the locations you visit e.g. the shrine and even a maid cafe are super interesting and fun, making the tour well balanced. The tour guide, Hiko, was really friendly and helpful, not just giving lots of information but also being flexible for your interests and good company. Even though I toured alone, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tour is wonderful for both solo travelers and groups of people. I highly recommend this to anyone even slightly interested about the Akihabara region, moreso to young fans of anime.
They actually cancelled the Akihabara tour for me, but added me to the Shibuya Food Tour at no extra cost. The company was great to tour with.
It's a great tour! It was lovely that the tour guides took us for some yummy sushi to start and then to explore Akihabara. We were given plenty of time to explore the shops and play arcade games before visiting the maid cafe, eating a crepe and going to a shrine. They also gave us some great recommendations, and we even revisited Akihabara to check out the recommendations, and they were so good. The only downside, I'd say, is that it's costly compared to some of the other tours we did in Japan. So I think it would feel like a better value if it was a few thousand yen cheaper, but on balance, anyone interested in visiting Akihabara and eating lots of food will get something out of this tour.
Tomomi and Hiko were very kind, attentive to everything. Accommodating, they answered all our questions very kindly, very friendly.
I had a amazing experience with my tour-guide Shinji throughout the tour. In the beginning, he informed me about the history of Akihabara and how it became the place that we know and appreciate. He was very kind and made sure to make it possible for me to do the things of my liking during the whole tour, such as eating very delicious Sushi, going to a Maid Café and enjoying some delicious parfaits, playing games in the Arcade and visiting stores to buy the things of my favourite shows. This tour is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to have a good insight of Akihabara, the Mecca of everything Anime and Manga-related, and to enjoy it to its fullest extend in a short period of time.
The tour was very informative on many topics of Japan. Firstly, the tour guide, Adam, was humble and kind throughout the whole tour. He made sure to tailor the tour to our liking and answered our many questions on Japan. Secondly, the food experiences of going to Standing Sushi and korean barbecue were excellent choices from the guide. Thirdly, we learned so much about Japanese culture from Ikebana, to food techniques, to the lifestyle of the Japanese people. It was an amazing experience for anyone looking to learn more about Japanese culture!
