Hiroki was really friendly, enthusiastic and understanding. the pacing of the tour was good as well. Even though it was really packed, Hiro guided us really well.

The host gave me the wrong time and was not at the meeting location at that time. It was misleading and unfair. They gave my slot to someone else.

I did the tour with Manaka and absolutely loved it. It was very interesting, I learned a lot, and I not only got to visit many interesting bits of the Red District, but also to understand it better. And Manaka also took plenty of great pictures for me. She was a fantastic guide, definitely recommend!

Dan was an excellent guide and this ended up being one of the more interesting things we did in Tokyo. He’s knowledgeable, funny, relaxed, and very candid, which is exactly what you want for a tour like this. The best part was getting the context behind Shinjuku and Kabukicho rather than just walking through and looking at everything from the outside. Dan explained how the area actually works, gave us a much better understanding of the culture and history behind it, and was happy to answer pretty much anything we threw at him. It never felt overly scripted or sensationalized. Really enjoyable, informative, and a great way to see a side of Shinjuku that would be very easy to miss on your own. Would absolutely recommend the tour, and especially Dan.

Aya was a great host! We didn't know what to expect with a "deep" dive on the red light district, but it was extremely informative, fun and we learned a lot! They even booked us a dinner reservation for after the tour. Great way to spend 1.5 hours.

One of the better, off-the-beaten-path tours around central Tokyo. My tour guide, Aya, was really amazing and stopped to ensure I got a great understanding of the surrounding area and the lore behind each and every street, building and area. She was wonderful and really made it worth the while to step out and explore Tokyo solo. Oh, and finding the meeting spot was super easy, she made sure to send really clear instructions on how to meet up and what to expect. Well worth the price!

This tour was really cool! A price of close to 25 dollars to see all the hidden back alleys and attributes of Tokyo was really interesting! Not to mention the mere 2 hours to cover multiple stops made the experience alot more fun and immersive! Reina especially made this tour one of my best as he was able to guide a whole group of 9 while keeping the mysterious atmosphere of walking through the alleys! If you're looking for a quick night tour to explore Tokyo's red light districts, this tour is for you!

This tour was so fun and highly informative. While staying in the Shinjuku area we were able to get an up close and personal tour regarding places we pass everyday. Our tour guide Reina was a joy and made the experience enjoyable and memorable.

This tour was honestly one of the best things we did in Tokyo. Suemi was an amazing guide. Super kind, easy to talk to, and you can tell she actually cares about what she’s doing. She didn’t just rush us through everything, she really took the time to explain Japanese culture and give us insight we wouldn’t have gotten on our own. The food was also really good. Everything felt authentic, not like some generic tourist stop. We ended up booking more tours with her after this one, which should tell you how good it was. If you’re looking for something to do in Tokyo, I’d definitely recommend this. We booked through Airbnb and it was 100% worth it.

Responsive by instagram and WhatsApp. I like that it is a smaller more personalized company and felt like we were getting. Very local experience. Felt more like friend/family guiding navigating you through the city than a guide. Will def book with them next time in Tokyo.

The Shinjuku Red Light District tour was great! Naomi was very kind and very insightful. The hour and a half that I booked was just enough time to squeeze in so many spots that I’ll have to visit next time in Shinjuku. Via the tour, you get to see Shinjuku in a whole different light (literally). Going through alley ways lined with izakaya, bars, and brothels was not only super fun, but super interesting. Learning more about how these businesses function was probably the highlight of the tour.

The walk is amazing - the talking to walking ratio is small enough that you won't mind is at all. Host's knowledge about shinjuku is enough to talk about the surroing around, and reply to your questions. Trip was enoyjable enought to the point I didn't feel the timr as it passed by. It was a great experience to see the city's nightlife spots, its culture, recommendations and precautions. It was also a great way to see the most touristy spots like Godzilla and the 3D Cat. The guide was lovely and very attentive at all times. We booked this tour as a last minute option, but we had no idea how fascinating and incredible it would be. This tour was THE BEST TOUR I’VE EVER HAD!!!! I lived in Japan for few years long time ago and come back as a tourist this time and decided to take a tour to see if things changed during I wasn’t here. However to the start and the end, Koki tells us about so many history, underground stories and things that I didn’t know about. I’m so glad that I took Koki’s tour and leaned so many things that other tours will never tells you lol If you are thinking to book this, don’t think!!!! Amazing! Very historic reference to the Red light district for those of you who were wondering. Nana is amazing and speaks very well English. Really gotten many DEEP info by our host Suemi! Brought into bar alleys where even locals may not know, talked about the red light industry in Kabukicho and also thanks to her guidance I was able to try out Pachinko after the tour! Koki was the guide for this experience and I can't speak highly enough of him! He's got an amazing personality and is so easy to talk to about anything! This came in handy with the red-light district tour where some of the topics could be considered "taboo". Koki was open to answer any questions about some of the unique hotels, shops, and offerings that usually confuse or seem off limits to out of town travelers. I learned so much about the "other side" of Japan without any awkwardness or uneasiness and felt safe the whole time. I would definitely recommend this tour to get a full understanding of Japan and all of its different sides and faces!
