⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Akira was an amazing guide! The food and drink tour was one of the highlights of my time in Tokyo. He took us to some fantastic local spots that I probably would never have discovered on my own. The food and drinks were excellent, but what really made the experience special was Akira himself. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fun to be around, and made everyone feel welcome. It was a great way to experience Tokyo’s food and nightlife while learning more about the local culture. Our guide Akira was a total gem. He's funny, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. He took us to tiny, hyper-local spots we never would have found on our own, and honestly, even if we had stumbled onto them, we'd never have had the nerve to walk in. We had sushi, grilled skewers, and a really different bowl of ramen, plus shochu, sake and more. We were completely stuffed! For everything we got to eat and drink, this was the best value of our whole trip. If you want to eat, drink and learn like a local, book this one. Thank you, Akira!

This was an absolutely experience for me. My guide, Aki, was ine of the best guides I have had on any tour. He was super friendly and explained the culture and meaning behind many of the food we ate, and even gave us options of different dishes, depending on weather we wanted to be simple or "risky". All in all, 10/10, would highly recommend this tour to all!

If you want the REAL locals tour, you need to book this tour. Aki is very informative about the area in Ueno, he teaches you local customs and curtesies. But the food is the best part. He takes you where only locals eat and teaches you to drink like a local. Highly recommend!
