I was very happy with my stay at Tokyo Marriott Hotel. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the room felt comfortable and well equipped. I also enjoyed having access to the 26th-floor lounge, which had nice views and stayed lively without feeling packed. The overall experience was easy and relaxing, and I’d be glad to stay again.

I love this hotel, but its quite far from the station. There was a man that was a bellboy or a concierge, i dont really know. He didnt help my family lift the luggage, gave weird looks to my dad and didnt appreciate our thank you. He wore glasses and had brown skin, i think he was Indian. Though, there was a really nice lady with short hair that was really helpful. I didnt know her name though.
Excellent service from the staffs at the front desk, breakfast area, and executive lounge (which we got a chance to try A5 Hokkaido Wagyu for the first time). The hotel is next to Gotenyama Garden that we enjoyed our quiet morning walk (with the views of Sakura!). And, it is within walking distance to a train station.
Bonvoy Platium member without upgrade from my 15th floor standard King room with excuse of fully booked but larger room we found were making up on the same floor. Lies! My profile listed preference of room near lobby, that all Bonvoy properties notify it. but Marriott staff not notified and my room was assigned at the dead end of corridor. Asked for afternoon tea at lobby lounge at 16:30 but refused due to close at 17:00. Go to lounge and just want to get a coke and my son stand at the entrance, the indian lady staff immediately said that child need to pay to enter the lounge. The first image of this hotel is hunger for money, that I paid over 135000 yen for two nights. Shuttle bus schedules so called available but frequency is low and not available in the afternoon till 19:30 is the last bus. Walking to Shinagawa station is far away and challenging during raining especially off office hour. Shuttle bus sharing with office tower beside and Japanese from there are chatting very noisy. Complaint to Front Office Assistant Manager, who only offer 1000 points and slightly upgrade to Deluxe King on 11th floor. Thanks for assuring it in my black list and never be there again.
The overall stay was great, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast was amazing, and the Executive lounge offered a stunning view. Karki Shree Krishna, the restaurant manager, deserves special commendation for his exceptional service and friendliness. He has been instrumental in maintaining the high standards of this establishment. The food quality and offerings of the breakfast were amazing. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the amenities are quite impressive. I stayed for 14 nights and was upgraded to a better room in the middle of my stay. Even after a few days, I was offered a larger room. The staff members were well aware of my status and treated me accordingly. However, I must mention that the hotel is quite old and needs immediate renovation. The rooms lack basic infrastructure, such as USB ports on the walls, and the bathrooms are quite outdated. The location is quite far which would not be a problem if there was a more frequent shuttle bus (now some public transportation is reused but not convenient at all)
