Talk about a luxurious stay - the skM Tokyo Hotel is an absolute premier hotel with friendly, attentive staff, top of the line amenities, and comfortable, high end rooms, located across the street from a metro station. This place exceeded our expectations, and has set a new bar for hotels in the future!
A SPECIAL Thanks to the Staff,(Front Desk) of the SkM Hotel Tokyo. Specifically, Leo, Nilv and Hashimoto were exceptional in providing continuous assistance. Additionally, ensuring mfort, language translations, checking-in/out, shopping locations, transportation, etc. A beautiful hotel and a wonderful Staff.
Great location close to the train station. Rooms are very big compared to tokyo norm. The staff are excellent, if you have a baby they really look after you well. Special shout out to Leo, who was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable
Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and large with a wonderful shower and bath. It had a seating area and table which they serve you complimentary breakfast every morning at which was super nice. The bed was the most comfortable that we've had to date and a nice large king size too! You also have the option to order from their restaurants directly to the room as room service through a tablet which was a neat feature. Only downside to this was the food was a bit cold by the time we got it. They give you snacks, a bunch of water and basically everything you need for your stay. The room was always quiet and we never had any issues with hearing any disturbances. The staff were also all great and very kind!
The location is alright, about 8 minutes from the station. And there's convience stores around for your needs. The one downside is this place doesn't have laundry, however there is a high end laundry place about 10 minutes walk away that you can go to 24 hours. The only other negative I would say is the hot water never got that hot, at max setting it was comfortable but couldn't make it higher for a really hot bath.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious, modern and spotless. The bathroom was huge and beautifully designed. The whole hotel felt new, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect base for our Tokyo trip.
The location was fantastic — just down the road from Kinsicho Station, with Parco shopping centre right across the street, plus Lawson and Family Mart conveniently nearby. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Kinshi Park was only a short stroll away — our 4 year old had a great time on the playground, and we even caught a local market and baseball game there!
We also loved having Seiyu supermarket in the basement of Parco — it had everything we needed and was cheaper than Lawsons. The area is well connected too, only a few stops from Akihabara, Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa, and Ginza.
Highly recommend this hotel for families and travellers who want convenience, comfort, and a great local atmosphere!
