Our stay at The Aoyama Grand Hotel Tokyo was outstanding. The check-in was exceptionally friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Every member of the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a fantastic view. The rooms are stylish, modern, highly functional, and surprisingly spacious by Tokyo standards. The air conditioning works perfectly without blowing directly onto the bed. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the restaurant on the top floor. It offers spectacular views over Tokyo and features a beautiful, sophisticated interior. Breakfast was the standout experience for me: an excellent à la carte menu complemented by a small but high-quality buffet, all served in a stunning setting. My only criticism is the outdoor rooftop bar. Unfortunately, it offers no real views despite being on the roof, and the quality of the cocktails did not live up to the otherwise exceptional standard of the hotel. Overall, I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Nice boutique-style hotel with a twist. Located between Shibuya and the fashion district this is a perfect location to explore Tokyo. The team is absolutely outstanding when it comes to service - we felt so welcome throughout the stay. Just one minor remark: the cocktails could be improved. However, we totally recommendthis venue
We had a great stay at Aoyama Grand Hotel. Before our arrival, we realised we wanted to switch to a different room type and the staff were quick to reply and did their best to accommodate our request. We really appreciate their flexibility and excellent service throughout our stay. The location is convenient. The train station is just a short walk away and the hotel is also very close to Omotesando which is ideal for shopping and dining. The hotel also has a fantastic Italian restaurant called Rossi that we got a reservation for during check-in. The only minor downside would be that our room had an unexpected view overlooking a graveyard. Along with that there was a plant next to the window which prevented the blackout curtains from fully closing. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for those looking for a convenient hotel with good aesthetics as well.
An absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel staff are incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming. I cannot praise them highly enough. We did not know Tokyo before our visit and I felt extremely fortunate to have chosen this hotel- it was convenient (walkable) for Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza, the Meiji Shrine and Imperial Palace. The Gaienmae stop on the Ginza line was right outside so we could use the metro easily too. The room was clean, spacious and had lovely views south towards Tokyo tower. It was well stocked with amenities.
We travel often and have high standards. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are lovely and perfectly appointed. The staff was absolutely lovely. The food was very good. The location was perfect - a 3m walk to the subway, coffee and markets within a block, just outside the hustle enough to feel like a calm, clean, safe, relaxing retreat.
