We spent two nights here, money well spent. The four bed room is good size, beds are comfy. The location is convenient for Disneyland, close to the bayside station for taking the Mickey train. There is a lovely indoor playroom for the kids, need to pay 900 yen but it’s worth it. There is a flight simulator, the foreigner instructor is very friendly n professional, quite expensive but if you are keen on flying, should have a go. However, we can’t find any vending machine or water machine on both floor after a few hours activity, we can see one in the gym but we can’t access, so we need to walk bk to the main building to get a drink. The spa is quite old and small, need to pay as well, not worth to try. There is a Disney store n convenient store in the main building, so u don’t need to worry about buying snack n drink before coming to the hotel. The breakfast have many choices n taste good, kids under 12 is free to eat, just join the membership. The staff at concierge, front desk and buffet reception always have a professional friendly smile to make our Disney journey more enjoyable.

I’m giving this place 4 starts because the hotel rooms need major renovations. A/C is not the best. We were hot every night. You also have to pay additional $ to use the hotel pool which makes no sense if you’re a resort guest. Overall the start was friendly and helpful and the place is huge. So many shops including Disney shops. Also many shuttles that are convenient to train stations and Disney. If your main reason for coming is to go to Disney but don’t want to stay at a Disney resort this is perfect.
📍 Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel シェラトン・グランデ・トーキョーベイ・ホテル @ Tokyo Disney Resort 🇯🇵 📅 Stayed from 2 June – 6 June 2026 Stayed at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel during our family trip to Tokyo Disney Resort, and it turned out to be one of the best family-friendly hotels we stayed at in Japan 🏨👨👩👧👦🇯🇵 🏛️ One of the first things we noticed was the hotel’s classic old Western-style design. The grand lobby, elegant architecture, high ceilings, and traditional décor give the property a timeless resort feel. While some areas show their age, the hotel remains well-maintained and charming. 🎢 The location is excellent for Disney visitors. The hotel is situated within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, with easy access to both Disneyland and DisneySea via the Disney Resort Line. This made travelling to and from the parks very convenient. 🚍 Another feature we appreciated was the hotel’s transportation services. Complimentary shuttle buses were available between the hotel and Maihama Station, making it convenient to access Ikspiari, JR train services, and the Disney Resort area without needing to walk long distances. ✈️ The hotel also provides airport limousine bus services, which made arrival and departure much more convenient for travellers with luggage and young children. Having direct airport transportation significantly reduced travel stress, especially for families. 👦 What impressed us most was the number of family-friendly facilities available. Our son thoroughly enjoyed Treasures! Island Wizkids, the indoor playground, while the hotel also offered various children’s activities throughout the day. 🎨 We were pleasantly surprised by the children’s activities organised by the hotel. These activities provided additional entertainment and gave families more options beyond visiting the Disney parks. 🌧️ During our stay, we experienced rainy weather, and the hotel facilities became even more valuable. Instead of staying in the room, our son could continue enjoying the indoor playground and activities organised by the hotel. 🏊 The recreational facilities were another highlight. While our son enjoyed the playground, dad spent time at the swimming pool and mum relaxed at the bath and onsen-style facilities. There was something for everyone in the family. 🍽️ The hotel offers multiple dining options. We particularly enjoyed lunch at Galleria Café, where we ordered Nasi Goreng, Vietnamese Pho Noodle, Kung Pao Chicken Fried Noodle, and Pork Rib Ramen. All dishes were delicious and up to standard. 🛏️ Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family stay. Housekeeping was consistent throughout our visit, and the room provided a pleasant place to rest after long days at the Disney parks. 😊 The staff were friendly, professional, and accustomed to assisting international guests. Communication was generally smooth, and service standards were good throughout the hotel. 👨👩👧👦 Families with young children will particularly appreciate the kid-friendly environment, spacious facilities, and numerous activities available on-site. 💡 Tips: 🎢 Excellent base for visiting Disneyland and DisneySea 🚍 Complimentary shuttle bus to Maihama Station ✈️ Airport limousine bus services available 👦 Don’t miss Treasures! Island Wizkids for younger children 🎨 Check the daily children’s activity schedule 🌧️ Great indoor facilities during rainy weather 🏊 Enjoy the pool and bath facilities during downtime 🍽️ Multiple dining options available within the hotel 🚝 Easy access to the Disney Resort Line
We enjoyed our stay! First trip to Japan to celebrate my sons birthday. The hotel had many things for kids and adults. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Forwarding our luggage to Osaka was a breeze and very convenient. The rooms were well maintained and clean, beds were comfortable, and the toilet seats are heated! :-) We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. We had a great stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay hotel while we were visiting Tokyo Disney and Tokyo DisneySea. We could not have asked for a better location. It was in VERY close walking distance to the resort monorail---you could take the shuttle bus, but I believe walking was faster than the bus--it really was that close. Having the monorail so close to our hotel was extremely nice and convenient. Being able to be dropped off at the park via the monorail was the BEST! We had a great park view of the castle and it was beautiful to look at especially at night. The room was very clean. There were 3 of us in a room and their were two double beds and a twin bed---all 3 were pushed right up to each other, which was a little different. The beds were VERY comfortable though. The only thing that I wish was that they has phone outlets to charge the phones on the ledges above the bed that was against the wall. We had a little mini fridge and were provided complimentary waters each day which was very nice. The hot water for the shower was very good. There was toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap, bath wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as lotion. The had slippers in the room as well as robes. The air conditioning worked very well. We found our room tobe very quiet--we were located on the 7th floor. The elevators worked well. There were several restaurant choices in the hotel, although we did not use any because we ate in the parks. We did use the store that was on the same level as the lobby down from the elevators each night when we came though. We would get the yummy ice cream sandwhich that had a cone exterior that was delicious and buy some onigiri which we ate each morning while we were waiting for the parks to open----breakfast of champions--LOL. We really liked the salmon and tuna and mayonnaise onigiri. They also have a Disney store in the hotel where you can buy Disney merchandise. The hotel staff that we came in contact with was all very kind and helpful and the front door staff always greeted us and offered to help in any way they could. It was also nice that the staff we came in contact with spoke English. We would definitely stay here again especially when visiting the parks. The location was so very convenient!
