Customer service was amazing! Helpful and friendly staff. The room was immaculate. So clean and perfect for a family. Having a washer/dryer was great!!! The room is perfectly arrange with everything you need. Fridge, cook top, microwave, toaster oven, utensils and everything you need to cook. Great location too!
This is our first time to stay at Monday apart premium Ginzas Shintomicho. We stayed for 4 nights and we are very satisfied with every facility in our room. Laundry machine equipped in our room is so convenient and small kitchen with some dinning sets are nice. Hotel is nearby subway station and it’s easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. Good stay for family of 4~5. Comfortable and cozy.
My family had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious for four of us each having our own bed. The kitchenette was well equipped. The shower/bath was separated with a door from the washer and sink. Then the toilet was separate as well. Very well thought out small space for four people. Everything is new and updated. Rooms were very quiet. The front desk attendants were so gracious and helpful. We were impacted by the typhoons and they called my next lodging location to check on the weather and situation there. I was so grateful for their assistance. They speak multiple languages and communication was easy.
Great location with easy access to a couple of train stations nearby. Plenty of convenience stores and vending machines at your doorstep which is great too! Room was a really good size that comfortably fit two people with 3 large bags. Washing machine was great and we utilised it many times. Cleanliness was amazing (seriously not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere!) and staff were always friendly and helpful. Beds were very very firm but I think that’s with most hotels in Japan :) Overall it was a great stay and I’d highly recommend it!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Monday! The location was perfect—very convenient and easy to get around Tokyo. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. Our room had everything we needed, and one of the best parts was having a washer and dryer inside the room, which made our trip so much easier—especially after long days of exploring. They also offered amazing amenities. We were able to get free laundry detergent at the front desk, along with toothbrushes and other essentials, which was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They made everything smooth and stress-free, which we truly appreciated as visitors. Overall, this hotel made our Tokyo experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan! 🇯🇵✨
